I attempted to jump the unit and found that the motor would not turn, even though proper voltage was going to the icemaker. I did advise the customer that they do need a new, icemaker but that I wouldnt be able to check anything else until we had the icemaker. The customer advised that they were told that if their issue was with the icemaker, their supplier would replace it due to her having ongoing issues with her previous refrigerator icemakers. The customer called Nebraska Furniture Mart and spoke to Albert in The Colony, TX. The customer advised the unit will start filling with water, but will not agitate due to the lid not being able to lock. Around the unit three diagnostics and found an F5 E1 (lid switch fault) and F5 E2 (lid lock fault) error codes. ran the unit through manual testing and attempted to lock the lead. Found that the control would not recognize the lid was closed. Went to replace the latch assembly and found that did not been set with me. I did not find any common signs of mold, which is generally dark in appearance, but did see what appeared to be manufacturing release material on the gaskets, which appears to be a white, powdery substance and is common. I removed and replaced the damper and tested. The original grumble/grind noise was corrected, but at the last bit of the damper closing, a creaking could be heard. Office to order a second damper and we will return with that part, when the door is available, as the issue is non-critical to operation of the unit. Arrived on site to replace heater in front load washer. Moved unit out to work on it and saw dried puddles on the ground behind the unit. Looked at rear of unit and saw some rust on the rear access panel. Removed panel and found unit had sediment buildup from leak coming out of bearing assembly. Unit rear tub half would also have to be replaced due to failed / leaking bearing. Customer declined any further repairs and is going to replace unit. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was tripping breaker. Tested unit in forced defrost and could not duplicate. I had talked with tech line a day prior for this same type of unit that they recommended changing defrost heater. Changed heater and retested and found no breaker trips on GFCI. I found that the unit also had the wrong harness on the icemaker (4 pin) and it was pushed into the harness on the refrigerator (6 pin). Removed icemaker and provided to leasing office and advised they review all their icemakers and get the right harnesses installed, as this may also cause issues. "WMH78019HZ05 Arrived to inspect no heating and arcing sound. I found the actual noise was a relay chatter and further inspection revealed the chassis was incorrectly assembled and had gapping in the lower RH corners of the microwave chamber. There was also warping of the frontal area near the switch assemblies, causing the chatter due to the door not able to fully close/actuate the switches. I contacted the Tech Assist Line, MFG Tech, Chris, file# 7736636314 and advised of the issue. The unit has been submitted for product exchange and the customer will be contacted. I advised the customer to discontinue attempted use until the unit is replaced."

"Arrived on site to follow up refrigerator that has been leaking some water after recent icemaker replacement. I examined the unit and found ice under the bucket, ice was from water and not moisture. Found icemaker front had a cracked piece of plastic causing the ice not to be able to slide off. I removed the hanging piece of plastic and ran a harvest and fill. After the fill I found the mold was completely full, and a couple drips came over the edge. Customer said issue wasn't this bad until the last icemaker replacement. All signs point to a defective icemaker. Ordering new icemaker to resolve. I raised the front of the unit several turns to angle the water in the icemaker away from the front lip so that it doesn't spill on fill again. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not making ice. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they have replaced the water filter four times since the beginning of the year and they continue to have low/slow water pressure. Customer advised they have a new water filtration system to the home and showed me the setup. I test3d the water dispenser and the water flowed very slowly and almost stopped flowing. I removed the filter and retested and the water pressure was normal. Also found the waterbox and ice maker housing lights were not working. I checked the FC light and found it not working as well. Using a module from my van stock (W10695459), I removed and replaced the FC module and tested and all lights are operating properly. Customer questioned if they need to have the water filter installed since they have an entire filtration system on the home. I advised that they did not, but if the home filtration system gets dirty, it could potentially cause issues with the refrigerator water. The unit is operating as designed. No further repairs needed at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Ice bin was full on arrival. Noticed unit does not have a filter installed and excessive green mineral build up on cooling plate and water tubes. Advised to run clean cycle and install water filter to prevent build up. Unit is currently working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for a dryer that is not drying clothes. Upon arrival I ran the unit in normal dry with towels in the unit and monitored the unit and found the the timer is counting down fast. Upon further inspection I found that the unit was not leveled properly and the wet clothes was not hitting the moisture sensor when tumbling. I adjusted the unit and tested again and found that the timer is now counting down at a normal rate now and the towels are now hitting the sensor now. The customer did have the steam option turned on this could cause some issues like what were seeing now I advise them to turn the steam function off unless necessary .

I gained access to the evaporator and found that the frost pattern was not complete which point to ther being a sealed system issue. I a ordered a ss, evap,compressor, access valve, and Uv drier. The unit has a copper heat exchanger. Arrived on site for refrigerator needing to be charged with r600. Upon arrival confirmed failure and found after pulling vac and recharged system. Found during repairs that left side leveling foot threading on screw was stripped and unit couldnt be properly leveled to allow door to realign for gasket to seal. Rescheduled customer for 08/23/23 to complete repairs and finish verifying unit will cool as designed. Ordering WPW10515763 left side roller asm.; ordrng 1 WPW10515763 (Leveling foot/hinge)

"Arrived on site for the refrigerator that has loose gaskets on both doors. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found both door gaskets loose and unable to push back in and get to seal properly. Replace the refrigerator door gasket since that was the only gasket I had on the end. The unit seem to hold the door gasket for the time being. Ordering the freezer door gasket and advise the customer to call back if any other issues persist. If the customer just called back, please order both refrigerator and freezer doors. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item.; ordrng 1 W10861499 (Freezer gasket)"

Arrived on site to repair sealed system. Customer stated they reset breaker and unit now cooling properly. Temps are correct in both compartments and unit is making ice. Accessed compressor and found insulation was obstructing condenser motor. Compressor was extremely hot to touch. Allowed compressor to cool and rerouted insulation. Unit working as designed. Condenser motor obstruction was causing compressor to kick out on thermal. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived on site for door gasket not staying on correctly. Upon arrival inspected unit and found RC door gasket is warped. Used heat gun to form gasket. Unit is now operating correctly. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for a MW that is showing a F1 E5 inverter code. Upon testing I found this to be true I replaced the inverter and the mag and tested the I got f6e8 code also found mag getting really hot and the 4903 really dropping out, then I connected Steve at techline and began trouble shooting with him. sr#7737120838. As we where doing so I found that the cooling fan was missed the fan blades I am ordering the fan and thermistor/sensor and rescheduled for 08/23/23; ordrng 1 W11344874 (MOTOR-FAN) and 1 W11233913 (SENSOR)"

Replaced control and did not solve the issue. Called techline spoke to Nate SR#7737075167 and found that the harness in the back for the compressor was shorted somewhere. Recommended to replace the main harness for the back. Im ordering parts and reschedule to return on 08/21/23 ; ordrng 1 W11661849 (Harness)

Arrived onsite for burner not functioning. Upon arrival inspected unit. Tested all burners and found what customer was experiencing was the cool down period of the element cycle. Expected burner to be glowing hot consistently. Unit is functioning properly. Instructed customer on cycling and temperature limits. Job complete

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the pump and motor assembly and tested unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for dryer making a noise. On inspection the dryer was making a squealing noise. Gain access to the drum compartment and found that the belt was stretched out and was slipping on the pulley. Replaced the wheels,belt and pulley. The unit now is running nice and quit."

Arrived on site to diagnose dryer making noise. On arrival I tested the unit with items in it and it was not making any noise. Checked the rear and found the vent hose was mashed into the rear panel. Found if you pushed hard enough the blower wheel will make noise due to being squashed. Advised to replace the crushed vent and unit should not make any noise as long as its not crushed. Repair completed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator compressor noises. Upon further inspection, I found the unit not plugged in. I plugged the unit in and when the compressor came on, I could hear the cam inside the casing knocking and the unit would not cool. Also found the cap tube to the drier is aluminum. I am ordering a sealed system repair for the unit. Ordering the compressor, UV dye drier, access valve, CNOTE-2HR JOB, CNOTE-LOKRING KIT, and 4 cap to drier lokrings. Unit left unplugged for safety. Office to schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service. Arrived onsite and found unit operating with noise from dislodged control housing. Re installed housing properly to eliminate noise. All checks good.

Arrived onsite for knob broken on range. Installed the new knob tested it and the burner ignited. Unit operating as designed and no gas leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for a washer making grinding noises in spin and agitate. I found gear case oil all over the chassis and components. I disassembled and cleaned up all the oil. I tried removing the agitator bolt and it will not budge. I big impact will need to be used to either remove the bolt or break it off and the gear case will need to be replaced. Ordering W10752187 bolt. RS for Tue 8/22.; ordrng 1 W10752187 (Bolt)
