"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator mullion not catching the pivot block. Upon further inspection, when I opened the left RC door, I found the mullion not making good contact with the pivot block. I attempted to adjust the mullion and had a piece of plastic break from the mullion. I removed and replaced the mullion and adjusted it and tested and unit is operating as designed. I recommended the customer have the cabinets adjusted in order for the unit to fit appropriately and be leveled properly. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, I found the unit on and quiet. Customer advised the unit gets very loud at times and they believe it to be the compressor. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor and it was quiet. I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and checked the compressor and it was showing .80amps. Checked all tubing and it was good and could not duplicate the issue. Put the unit back into place and when I opened the FC door, I found frost on the bottom of the ice bin and evap cover (photos). Customer noticed a small piece of ice/frost built up at the top of the FC door. I removed the ice bin and using my flashlight, I placed it inside the FC section and found a gap in the door gasket at the top right corner of the FC door at the center mullion (photo). I placed my flashlight at the bottom of the FC sections and closed the door to find a gap in the lower right corner of the door gasket at the center mullion. Also found the bottom mullion slightly bowed inward at the center mullion (photos). I contacted techline and spoke to Adrian and advised of the complaint and my findings. Adrian provided a text to my phone and I sent him the photos of the gaps. Adrian advised the file would be sent to Engineering for review and provided SR#7737151988. I advised my customer that someone from the manufacturer would contact them in approximately 3-5 business days with a resolution. No repairs made at this time and .No water leaks observed during service, job completed"

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a ice container that is stuck in the door. Upon arrival I installed the container and found that the was some ice accumulated underneath the it I steamed all of the ice out and still was not able to get the ice container out I believe the motor shaft auger and auger has built up corrosion and effectively welcome them selves together. as I was attempting to remove the iceberg a crack in top plate that covers the auger motor development I am ordering it to be. Arrived onsite for MW fan not working. On inspection went to drop unit and it would not come down. Customer was trying to help get it down. I was pulls on the MW and I saw the top lifting up. I stopped pulled the tape back and found a sheet metal screw about 1 1/4 long down through the vent into the MW. I removed the screw and the fan started working again. The customer said that the roofer dropped some shingles down the vent and remove the MW to retrieve the debris out of the fan. The unit is operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for an icemaker that stopped making ice again. On arrival the customer stated it had started working again. I tested the harvest and fill finding it working as designed. I found frost and ice built up on the end of the bale arm and container cover which looked like it had stuck the arm preventing it from moving making it think the bucket is full. "Arrived onsite for a DW that has runs ton the front door panel. Upon inspection I found that the rust was deep in the steel and would not come out. Upon further inspection I found that the heater was malfunctioning and I believe that it was caused by the rust spot I found in it. I also found that the door hinges were making a loud squeaking noise when you opened the door due to rusty pivot points I am ordering the hinges, heater and returning with the door panel to replace. Arrived onsite for cracked cooktop. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found thermal crack on cooktop over dual power burner element . Replaced cooktop and tested. Unit is now. Functioning properly. Job complete.

Arrived on site for noise when high speed fan is on. Upon arrival. Lowered unit from cabinet for inspection. Found damper installed incorrectly causing flap to rattle. Installed damper correctly. Test unit and is operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for flames not changing much from simmer to high. Adjusted flame height to recommended height. Found air vent directly about cooktop. Had customer turn on fan to adjust flames while air is being blown on cooktop. Would not recommend going any lower as air may cause igniter not to sense flames and may blow flames out. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for cooling loss and determined the freezer evap frozen through. Unable to gain access to determined cause but ordering the heater and harness assembly due to case history molex failure. ; ordrng 1 W11650660 (Heater)

Arrived onsite for doors not level. Doors do not have direct adjustment capability. Shimmed right rear corner of cabinet and used front frame set feet to achieve the best functional level possible. All checks good.

Arrived onsite for a wall oven that is showing f9e0. Updating insulation I found that the unit was showing the code for incorrect wiring I asked the customer if they had a power surge/outage. And they said that the did and this issue started right after that. I then power cycled the unit and the tested it and found that unit operating as designed
