Found the refrigerator at 19?F and the customer advised the unit always freezes everything inside of the refrigerator section. Checked the refrigerator thermistor and found it reading, 1.81 kg ohms of resistance, indicating the temperature was above 100?F. Replaced the refrigerator thermistor and tested the unit. The unit began to cool and operate as designed. Advised the customer to keep an eye on the unit and call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Getting 123 vac to the broil on the DSI board, the bake is getting 0vac on the DSI board. I replaced the DSI and when I talked to WP tech line they said to change the control board since there is no voltage to the bake side. I tested the igniter wire and tested good. On further inspection found the wire red with white stripe is shorted. Ordering a wiring harness.Sr7737163828; ordrng 1 W11458864 (Main harness) and 1 W11564647 (Console)"

I checked for leaks on the welds and evap and found no UV dye present (other than what had dripped during the cap tube weld leak) previously resolved. Unit started cooling properly and frost pattern was developing. Leveled unit. All appears to be working as designed. Repair completed.

Tested thermistor from hv control at P5-1&2 6.92k, 3&4 13.5k, p8-1&2 21.5k. Found condenser coils clear and all fans running. Found compressor much hotter then normal. Spoke with techline on findings (Chris sr#7737166218) and was instructed to put a temp data collect in unit to record temps over next few days. I did verify unit had proper airflow through defuser and lower return vent. Replaced evap fan motor and evap thermistor to try and help regulate airflow better to rc side. "Arrived on site to diagnose range that was burning some items on the cooktop, on several different burners. I tested the voltage at the terminal block and found it consistently at 120 on L1 and L2, polarity correct. I tested the burners and found they are cycling correctly, and the switches are fully responsive. Per previous conversations with tech line I checked their cookware and found most of it had a fairly noticeable concave indent, with one bubbled outwards, which can cause issues with the element. Advised to replace cookware with some newer pots and pans with flat bottoms to ensure proper cycling. Burners are not sticking on high and no damaged was found to the switches. All working as designed with no verifiable failures. Call complete."

Found proper flow with filter removed, indicating a failed filter. Checked the ice maker and found fill tube was full of ice. I removed the ice and steamed out the tube. Tested a harvest and found it filled properly. I found water staying at the end of the fill tube due to a little ridge from casting. Trimmed off the ridge so water would no longer back up. Repair completed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice. The customer stated its not filling with water. I tested the icemaker and found it going thru harvest but not filling and I could hear the valve hum. I gained access to the fill valve and connected a hose to it then ran a harvest again and the valve was working as designed. I tried to remove the icemaker and couldnt because it was froze in. I steamed up thru the funnel and removed the icemaker finding the fill tube with frozen ice in it. I cleared the ice and tested the icemaker. The icemaker filled and worked as designed. The fill valve was not weeping. I explained to the customer it could have gotten some trash in it and it blew thru. Call complete.
