"MVW7230HW0 Arrived to inspect non-operation. The customer advised me that after power interruption, the unit would overfill and they had to shut it off. Service test mode showed F0E3 and F7E9 and I cleared for testing. I found the gear case had signs of long-term oil loss and the rotor teeth were damaged. Upon removal of the agitator, I found a piece of garment debris had been wrapped around the inner shaft and was the likely cause of the seal failure. I removed and replaced the gear case and calibrated. The machine required extensive adjustment to prevent the basket from lying against the inner front of the chassis. The console screws were missing and I installed replacements. After completion of service, I tested and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

"WRS325SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect cooling issues. The FC was 25 and RC 47. I found the evaporator completely frozen and filled with frost. Testing thermistors, P5, 1-2 and P5, 3-4 were 3.9K and 4.9K, respectively and the temperatures measured matched likely interior temperatures after inspection. P8, 1-2 showed 43.8K, which is possible due to being encased in ice at the evaporator. The defrost system operated as designed and I verified via thermography. I found no faults with the unit and advised the customer to defrost and contact us if there are further issues. No leaks observed during service."

Tested drain pump at ACU and directly at pump and found resistance and 21.8(j6 connector) and 21.8 at drain pump. Found 119v at ACU and polarized as well a 199v goin to drain pump with a stable 1.1amp draw. Replaced ACU and reassembled and tested unit found UNt could drain on multiple cycles. Call complete

"WRS325SDHW08 Arrived to inspect temperature issues. The FC was at 0? and the RC was 35?. Discussion with the customer revealed they have seen frost on the inner walls of the FC and food loss in the lower part of the RC. Inspection revealed two separate issues, the first being the RC drawers were extremely difficult to close and there was a large amount of plastic fouling along the drawers, rails and liner moldings. Secondly, the FC door gasket was not correctly installed during manufacturing and an area approximately 16 long, at the lower 1/3 of the mullion side of the door was not bonded behind the door liner, at all. I corrected the drawer issue and then temporarily pressed the gasket in place, until the replacement arrives. The liner required sealing around both doors and lower door corners. The chassis was not aligned, causing over 1/4 of difference between the door panels at the top of the unit. Office to order door gasket. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly and not making ice properly. I found the FC at 31 degrees. I found the unit working as designed. I found frost and frozen water droplets on the evaporator cover and on the top of the FC liner. I found the FC door not closing correctly and gapping across the top and right side. I found an ice cube had stuck to the back of the liner not allowing the door to close correctly. I removed the ice cube and the rest of the loose cubes laying in the bottom of the FC. I ran a forced defrost and the bimetal opened in just a few minutes. I tested the unit and found the temps dropping and the unit is working as designed. I explained to the customer that the unit should start making ice again once the temp gets down to harvest temperature. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for RC not cooling. On inspection the FC door was having a hard time closing the last 3 inches. Couple of times when shutting it the door stopped a 1/4 away from the refrigerator. Left a air gap where I see frost. I greased up the rails and the door is shutting now. I gain access to the rc evap and the seal on the cover was torn up replaced the evap cover and replaced the control board. The unit the whole I was working on the rc. The fc never turn off, called and talked with Gerry and he said that on that unit it has to satisfy the fc before the rc gets any cooling. I informed the customer to keep I on the rc to see if it cools down if not the 3 way might be bad if it not switching to the rc. No water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the freezer works just fine and that the refrigerator does get down to proper temperatures but that he is noticing refrigerator temperature is seemingly fluctuate between the 30s and the low 50s. Found no evidence of a defrost issue in the freezer section and found the refrigerator at 43?F. I did explain to the customer that because the unit is in the garage and the ambient temperatures around the unit are over 100? for a majority part of the day that he will have issues with temperature fluctuations in his fridge due to the unit in ability to remove the heat away from the condenser and refrigerant. I explained that over 90?F, the unit will not cool as adequately as it would be in a I explained this will be a seasonal issue, unless if he moves the unit inside, but that as it stands, the unit is working and operating as designed. "Ive been on site for a refrigerator that is condensating on the Mullins. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that all three of the center millions on in between all of the refrigerator, deli, and freezer doors are all sweating. Did confirm the customers complaint and checked the door Moen and center Millie in between the refrigerator and deli drawers. Checked all connections and found connections were good. checked temperature between the freezer in deli drawer million and found the outer edges registering 67.8?F and center of the mullion showing 51.2?F. I unplugged the condenser fan for 10 minutes. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Chris SR# 7737179869. He had me take temperatures again across that freezer top side Molean and I found the outer edges registering 74.6?F and the center of the mullion registering 51.4?F to 53?F. He advised that based on these checks, the issue would be with the other loop inside of that million. He advised that, since the temperature of barely changed in the center and the sides were going up, he would be sending the unit to review and advise the customer that whirlpool will be contacting me, or the consumer based on the next steps. The customer stated that when this started it wouldnt drain or unlock and there were lights that kept flashing. I checked stored error codes and found an F9E1. The customer had removed the water from the basket so I tilted the unit back to engage the pressure switch and activate the pump. The pump didnt come on and I checked voltage at the pump. I had 18VAC across the pump but when I checked blue to ground I had 118VAC. I tested the black wire from the control to the pump and found it open. I replaced the lower harness and tested the machine. The machine is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Suspension rods are completely worn out and basket is hitting the ground, likely causing other failures. Ordering new suspension rods to resolve. Customer will follow up if loads stop again. I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and found shims on the back right side of the unit. Customer requested they be removed and I removed them. I put the unit back in its space and re-leveled the unit and placed it in diagnostics and tested the compressor. The unit is operating as designed. Arrived on site for washer not starting cycles. Upon arrival confirmed failure but found no errors. After running diagnostics I found capacitor failing to hold Power to motor to allow for agitation and spin. Replaced capacitor and found unit working as designed with no leaks. Call complete

"WDT970SAKZ2 Arrived to inspect code and no operation. F9E2 and F8E4 were stored in memory and I cleared for testing. I found water within the catch tray, the cause for the F8E4 and removed. The drain line was incorrectly routed around the outside of the left rear leg and there was no drain loop in the drain line. I correct the drain loop missing issue and correctly routed the drain line, to prevent the rubber connector from kinking. I tested the unit in automatic test mode and found that when the lower arm operated, water would leak from the lower pan to right side wall joint. The joint had the appearance of separating slightly and water could be surging and leaking from the area. The unit was possibly incorrectly manufactured, damaged in shipping or damaged during installation and cannot be determined. The customer is calling to get a replacement and if they are not provided a replacement, the tub assembly W11409866 will need to be ordered and installed. No leaks of the water supply observed during service."

"WOD51EC0HS20 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the cabinet cutout for the unit was too small, 28 1/2 and the minimum, per MFG specifications is 28 7/8. No further repair can be made until the cabinet issue is resolved. The customer will contact us at that time and schedule. The unit may require height adjustment and shimming on the left side, as contact is being made in the upper left corner. After the cabinet is corrected, and if the cabinet floor is true 90? with the cutout, shimming may not be required. ; O-emld tckt"

Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Found error e5(Ice maker thermistor out of range). Found ice mold film of ice but not responding. Also found when in diagnostics unable to engage FC evap motor but when set to normal running fan worked properly. Recommend replacing control and UI along with ice maker. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator in Apt 4309 to replace the compressor. I confirmed the compressor had an internal broken spring. I replaced the compressor and drier. I added an access valve on the new compressor. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 47 grams of R600A. I tested the unit and found it working as designed. Call complete.
