Checked the machine info and found that the model and serial numbers are not in the system suggesting the control and ui were changed at the same time. WRT518SZFG02 GP arrived on site to inspect a gasket not properly sealing. Upon arrival found unit in the garage. Discovered the FC gasket compressed towards the bottom and loose towards the top. Removed the hinge and noticed that it was slightly bent outward and that the holes were drilled slightly too far forward. I adjusted the hinge and reattached. The door is now properly seated with no gapping in the gasket. No water connected to the unit.

"Arrived on site for a freezer with a compressor that is h having a hard time starting, upon arrival the customer advised me that the unit was making a buzzing noise that would come and go and then one day the noise became constant. The customer unplugged the unit and left it off for a few dais then plugged the unit back in and the unit has been running and cooling ever sense. The unit is empty and in the garage, I took temps and found that unit a 26* and dropping, the Evap had a full frost pattern and the Evap fan was running and the heater tested good as well. The only thing I found out of the ordinary was that the defrost thermistor was out of position and was not making good contact with the Evap tubing.I corrected this then I performed a amp draw test on the compressor and found that or was pulling 1.53 amps no loud noise could be heard coming from the unit at this point. I asked the customer to monitor the unit and give us a call back if the issue comes back"

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they recently had their inspection and were told the oven is not heating properly. The customer advised that the inspector used a round metal thermometer to test. I advised the customer the only way to test temps is by using a multimeter with thermal couple. Customer advised the builder calibrated the temps 30 degrees. I corrected the setting and placed it back at 0. Using my multimeter, I placed the thermal couple in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temps was 347 degrees. My next three readings were 357, 348, 355 for an average temps of 353 degrees. I advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they used the unit and it failed to dry. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. I checked the dispenser and found no rinse aid being used (photo). Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. While testing, I tested amp draw to the components and found the element getting 7-9amps during the wash and drying cycles of testing. I removed the outer door panel and tested ohms readings to the element and it was within range at 13 ohms. I advised the customer that they will have to use rinse aid in order for the unit to dry better. Also advised that plastic items wont dry and items on the 3rd level rack and upper rack wont dry as well as the items on the bottom rack. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as,,detergent and rinse aid use. I contacted techline and spoke to Rob. I advised of the complaint and my findings to get documented for any future drying issues. Rob provided SR#7737247683. No water leaks observed during service, job completed"
