He advised that based on all current information the unit would be sent to review due to multiple items being replaced and repaired. "Arrived on site for a range that wont ignite the front burner and has flame height concerns. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint about the left front burner taking a while to ignite. Attempted to adjust the burner head with no luck. I replaced the burner head and found the unit working and operating as designed. I attempted to check the burner height lengths and found no abnormalities with the flame heights. I attempted to adjust the gas valves to see if I could increase the rate of flow out of the burners. Found I was unable to adjust the burners to where it more gas will come through. I checked the offices and found the offices were correct. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Rob SR# 7737461206. he advised that based on all my checks, the unit is working as designed, and that by swapping the unit over from natural gas to propane that the strength of the burners are going to lessen. He advised that on a natural gas supply and orifices, the large burners are 20,000 BTUs on propane those large burners drop down to 13,000 BTUs. He advised that there is no way to change it on this unit and that the only way to increase the size that are flames is to convert back to natural gas. The customer advised that there are no natural gas lines in the city and are unable to do so. He advised that the unit is working as designed and to make no repairs. Call complete."

Customer stated that he heard grinding noise and the unit would not operate. unit into service diagnostic mode and found F9E2, F8E4 and F7E2 error codes. Cleared the codes for testing. The drain pump was loud and all other functions seemed to work properly. Inspected the drain pump and found it in good condition but discovered that there was no drain loop. Installed a drain loop and ran several more diagnostic tests and a consumer cycle and the unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service."

Found the unit completely unlevel upon arrival and found the tub resting against the front panel. Adjusted the feet to level out the washer and tested the suspension. Found the suspension was good. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Around the unit through a drain in Spanish found the unit working as designed. Went over loading techniques and advised the customer that the issue appeared to just be that the unit was completely unlevel, causing the tub to bang against the front panel anytime the unit was going into a spin. Arrived onsite for a washer that is vibrating. And seems to be off balance. Upon arrival the customer arrived me that the vibration she was worried about was the back panel of the cabinet flexing when the unit is in spin which is normal. But still the unit will not spin smoothly and will at time stop and not finish. I am ordering the gearcase and the basket. Since we have been unable to duplicate the noises we have no good repair we can perform. However, upon my research, the orifices are correct and the complaint is that the burners dont get hot enough. The issue is that the grates set too high off the burners and there is no correction for this issue. I advised the customer and provided the orifice number breakdown provided by the installation sheet and showed them the numbers on the orifices that are with their cooktop. No repairs needed at this time. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I tested the temps in the FC=24 degrees. I placed my gauges on the sealed system ports and found the high side had dropped slightly since last service call; approximately -3psi. I monitored pressures for several minutes and very little change occurred. I inspected the FC evaporator and found no frost pattern. Spoke with in house tech support and based off the type of frost pattern and my pressure readings, they recommended bumping the system with refrigerant to get it to exact pressures. I bumped the system tough the high side and monitored the frost pattern and there was no change other than it being slushy. I evacuated the system and installed a new UV dye drier and vacuumed the system for approximately 33 minutes. Installed 5oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored the system. The evaporator began to get a good frost pattern and unit was beginning to cool. Pressures were good at 0/175. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and contact our office if the unit fails again. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"WMH31017HS09 Arrived to inspect continuous heating failure and coding. I verified the HV leads were not inverted (VSR) and tested. Upon initial inspection I found the control that was installed within the unit did not appear to be correct and there were also differences in discrete components within the board itself, from the verified replacement. I removed and replaced the control and tested. The issue differed in no code was registered during and initial test and the unit reset at the time the HV relay should have engaged. Further inspection revealed door switches to be the likely initial source of the issue and after replaced, the unit resumed normal operations. SR# 7737445577."

I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1-diverter lost position. Cleared the code and continued with testing. I found where the diverter is constantly rotating and where the unit possibly leaked, but was unable to duplicate the issue. I found the diverter harness slightly corroded and dry water stains on the floor below the unit. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and retested and unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a DW that stopped at that start of a wash cycle and showed a code for the float switch. Upon inspection I found that the the drip tray was full of water I removed the water and the removed the outer door panel and ran the unit to monitor the bottom door seal and found that some soap suds would come over the lip of the tub meaning the customer may be using too much soap I advised the to cute back on the amount of soap. I continue monitoring the unit and found that there was also a leaking coming from the drain hose where it connects to the unit I adjusted the hose and the clamps and tested the unit several times and found unit operating as designed no leaks at this moment

Gain access to the back and the compressor was running, the temperature was 90?. The unit had been running for 30 minutes before I got there. The ice plate temperature was 85 to 88?. Arrived onsite and found interrupted power supply causing loss of function. Corrected power supply and advised customer on findings and repair. All checks good.

Arrived onsite and found unit is operating but poor airflow. Advised to airflow restored with a duct cleaning. All else checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with stink sour stink when oven is in use. Customer had oven wiped out but oven still stinky. Observed and found source to be spill. Recommended self clean to resolve. Advised safety on findings. #7737398794

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator making noise. On arrival customer pointed out compressor noise and wanted to confirm it was not abnormal. Fridge is in an open room with no sound dampening around it, and sounds normal. Compressor is working properly and is not losing any cool. Unit working as designed. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose noisy dryer. Found drum has some resistance while turning, like something was stuck. Checked blower wheel and found a sock had gotten stuck to the wheel and rhe thermostat screw, which was causing the wheel to stick. Removed the sock and tested. Found noise gone and unit working properly. Repair completed."
