"Arrived on site for a washing machine that intermittently wont start cycles. Inspected unit and works area. The customer advised that sometimes when she goes to wash a load of clothes, the unit will buzz and will immediately skip to the complete portion of the cycle. She says that when this happens, she can unplug it and plug it back in, and the unit will work again. I ran it through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Around the units are an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I tested the unit starting multiple cycles and could not get the unit to replicate the failure. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Leon SR# 7737522637. He advised that based on the current information, the customer would need to get a video of the failure or for us to be able to replicate it while on site. He said this could be due to an electrical supply issue even though the unit was currently showing proper voltage in polarity. He advised to make no repairs at this time and have the customer call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the water filter not staying in. I found the filter housing defective causing the issue. I replaced the housing and tested while dispensing water. All is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and placed my gauges on the sealed system and checked pressures. I found the pressures were at -20/100. I tested temps in the RC=51 degrees & FC=11 degrees. Based off my pressure readings from previous service call, pressures have dropped -10psi on the low side and approximately 10psi on the high side. Using my UV light, I checked for any dye/leaks at the evaporator and the compressor/condenser area and found no leaks. Using my liquid leak detector, i checked the same places and found no leaks. contacted techline and spoke to Jonathan and advised of the history with this unit and my findings today. Jonathan agreed that there is a leak in the system inside the cabinet based off pressure readings from approximately four weeks time. Jonathan provided SR#7737525711 and advised that the file would be sent to engineering for review and someone would contact the owner in 3-5 business days. I provided the SR number to my customer and advised the same info. No water leaks observed during service, job completed"

On arrival to washer verified complaint with customer of noise during spin. Customer states only when it had the agitator installed did it make the noise. Found unit not leveled correctly. The customer advised that the cover of the ice container had popped off and she didnt know what to do with it. Removed the ice container and reattached the cover. Checked the impeller and motor and found both working and operating as designed. Reattached the ice container and found the unit dispensing, cubed and crushed ice as designed. I did advise the customer that this can happen whenever they have ice clumps inside of the ice container, and to remove those if present. 18101081317 GP arrived on site to inspect clogged left side of sink. Found that there is a Y pipe connecting the left side of the sink to the garbage disposal that was previously serviced. Found that some debris made its way into the pipe slowing its ability to drain. Cleared the debris. No water leaks observed during service.

I had the freezer and the refrigerator open for 10 minsters as I was inspecting them. When I closed the doors the damper was blowing cold air. It should have shut the damper down and satisfied the FC first then open it to the RC next. Replaced the diffuser and now when you have booth doors open the damper door is closed unit the fc gets satisfied and then the door opens to,the Rc. No water leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling in either section. On arrival I found the FC at 0 degrees and the RC at 38 degrees. The customer stated the ice cream had gotten soft and the display was showing the temperatures higher than the set point of 0 and 38 degrees. I found the compressor working properly. The dampener was working properly. After speaking with the customer it sounded like the unit had gotten stuck in defrost but I cannot prove that at this time. I found the door handles all loose and tightened them up. I also leveled the refrigerator and got the doors even. Call complete.

I checked the breaker and found it to be a GFCI breaker and it was tripped. I cycled power to the unit and assisted the customer in connecting the unit to WiFi. I advised the customer that if the unit continued to trip the breaker to contact their builder to have a look at the breaker as its bad. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher tripping the breaker. The customer informed me it trips the breaker at the start of the cycle but does it intermittently. I ran the unit and tested amp draw. I found no stored error codes. I found all components running within spec. The heating element was at 8 amps. The motor was running at 1 amp. I found no water residue of leaks. And found no loose wire connections. The unit is operating as designed at this time. I instructed the customer to get the breaker tested. No leaks observed during service.

On arrival I found the door gasket and the horizontal mullion completely dry. The customer stated she had dried it off yesterday and it hasnt come back. I found the door slides working properly. I found all the gaskets sealing properly. I found the vertical mullion very cold but it wasnt sweating at this time. I changed the setting and turned the mullion on all the time. "Arrived on site for a wash machine that will not complete cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Found the unit flashing an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. Attempted to get the unit passed the error message and found I was unable to. I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in. Attempted to run a drain and spin and confirmed that voltage was being sent from the control to the drain pump and the drain pump not even tempting to operate. Checked resistance from the control to the drain pump and found it open. Lifted up the unit and checked the drain pump for resistance at the drain pump.I found 19.6 ohms of resistance, indicating a good drain pump. Ordering the wire harness for repair and will return with the control just in case. Rescheduled the customer to 10/16.; ordrng 1 W11591637 (Lower harness) and 1 W11633362 (Control)"

Arrived on site and repaired previously diagnosed leak. Vacuumed system and charged to specs. Now compressor is not turning on and is seized. Recommend compressor replacement. Needing 2hrs and office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11592010 (Compressor) and 1 W11291123 (Evap) and 1 W10843121 (Non UV)

Arrived onsite for a DW that has rust forming on the heating element. Upon arrival I inspected the heater and found that it was rusted. I replaced it and tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed no leaks

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the new blower wheel amp tested the unit. Ran unit for 5 minutes and there was no noise during testing. Unit is operating as designed.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed valves filling in standby. Replaced valves. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised maintenance on observing for normal operation before resuming use.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised maintenance had done something to the unit and it hasnt tripped the breaker anymore. I found ice in the bottom of the FC section (photo) that appeared to be coming from the ice maker fill tube. I found the ice maker unplugged and I plugged the harness in and the ice maker began to harvest. When the water dispensed through the fill tube, water ran down the evap cover and I found where water was getting into the molex connector of the ice maker harness which would cause the unit to trip the breaker. I removed the ice maker and properly adjusted the harness to where it is seated inside the evap cover and not exposed. Also adjusted the fill tube extension to where it was seated inside the fill chute and not leaking. Re-installed the ice maker and retested and unit is operating as designed. I advised the tenant and the front office of my repairs/corrections to the ice maker installation. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not dispensing ice . Upon inspection I found that the impeller had stripped causing the issue. I replaced the motor and the impeller and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed. Upon further inspection I found that the rh door gasket broken I am orange the gasket and setting return 10/12/23; ordrng 1 W10830274 (Door gasket)

Arrived onsite for a washer the is not going into the washer cycle. Upon inspection I found that was due to the capacitor being damaged. 0/17/23; ordrng 1 W11395618 (CAPACITOR)

Arrived onsite for washer that wont wash. On inspection the strike was broken not allowing the unit to start a wash cycle. Replaced the strike and tested unit in diagnostics mode. It finished the diagnostic cycle with out any issues. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site for paint peeling from inner drum . Replaced drum . No lint build up found . Job complete

"On arrival verified washer no power complaint. Checked sourc voltage 120. Found 120VAC into main but no voltage going to display, replaced main and verified green light and voltage to display but no display. Replaced ui and and confirmed transfer of MOD SER from old parts. Operational test good. No leaks observed during service, job complete"

Arrived onsite for a dryer with the door gasket coming apart and the spring getting stuck in clothing. I confirmed the door gasket was separating. I replaced the door gasket. Call complete.

"KCGC506JSS00 Arrived to inspect burner issue and gas odor. I found the burner caps incorrectly matched and after correcting, the flame ignition on the standard burners was corrected. The F L&R cups required adjustment and after completed, ignition was very fast. After burner cap and other adjustments, the gas odor was eliminated. No gas leaks detected during service."
