The defrost element read in the MOhm range from the control and the defrost thermistor was 43KOhm, expected with the amount of frost on the evaporator. I removed the evaporator ice and found the single connector had backed out and corrected the connection and the harness routing. I thermographied the defrost thermistor and found it within 3? of the indicated resistance. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for refrigerator not lvl and missing feet per customer on arrival. Upon further inspection I found this model didnt have standard leveling feet and had the roller style(all four rollers were intact and functioning). "Arrived on site for a range that is still having issues when using the timer function. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a couple videos of what was happening, but I could not see if it was being pressed on the control panel. I tested the unit on a 400?F. Bake cycle several times and could not replicate the issue. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Chris SR# 7737090152. He advised that because there have already been three trips and no replicated failures, he advised just to go ahead and replace the electronics on the range, and that if that did not fix the issue for the consumer, it would have to be an issue on the consumers usage side. I replaced the control panel, main control, and display control and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Found dye drier was leaking. Installed new drier and charged system with nitrogen. Applied bubble solution to all potential leak points and found no signs of any other leak. Vacuumed system and charged to specs with 5oz of r134a. Evap frost pattern developing as designed. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has frost buildup and had a top piece fall in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm frost buildup in the freezer and found that the evaporator cover was sitting on the top two drawers of the freezer. checked above it and found the screw holes had been completely stripped. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Jonathan SR# 7737484962. He had me send him several photos of the damage and ask the customer for the delivery date since the invoice date was from August 1. He did advise that that may or may not cause an issue with resolution but advised that the unit would be sent to review. he advised that whirlpool be in contact with myself or the customer depending on the next steps. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not cooling in the RC. Upon arrival I found that temps in the RC and room temp. Upon further inspection I found that the back of the freezer was covered in ice along with the fan blades. I gained access to the Evap and found more ice I removed the ice and found that the fan tuned on and ran normally, I tested the defrost heater and found it good along with harness going to it. Upon further inspection I found a screw clogging the drain hole in the drain pan after removing it and tested that it drains properly I monitor the unit and found that a frost pattern formed. I advised the customer that the unit will take approximately 24hrs. To get back down to operating temperature in the fc at it is as if it is started from the beginning again"

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not drying clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit takes a long time to dry and they are having to run through the unit for several cycles before it actually dries. Tested the unit and found the unit heating in tumbling, but no airflow due to cold air inside of the drum whenever I opened the door and then it got hot air rushing right after it. I removed the vent hose off the dryer and found a huge clog at the back of the wall vent. Found the issue was buildup due to a crushed to where the dryer vent hose sticks onto at the wall. Did advise the customer that they may want to consider changing out the venting through the home to eliminate this issue. Tested the unit and the unit is now working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is making a vibration noise and its intermittent. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor and could not duplicate the noise. I moved the unit from side to side and could not duplicate the noise. I recommended the customer get a video of the noise and call in for service if the it happens again. As I was leaving the unit began to make the noise which sounded like the condenser coils. I pulled r(e unit out and found the back cover damaged from installation and the water valve at the wall damaged with the handle broken off from installation (photos). I found the dust cover vibrating on the metal pan under the compressor. Using sealer tape, I taped the cover down to the metal pan and tested and t(e noise stopped. I advised the customer to monitor the unit and call in for service if the noise came back. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error code. Upon further inspection, I found the panel display showing F7E2-motor failure. Placed the unit in diagnostics and cleared the code. Continued with testing and the unit filled with water and then shut down and began to drain the water out. When I went to pull the unit from the cabinets, I found no mounting screws and mounting brackets were badly bent up (photos). I advised the builder of my findings and they advised they would pass it on. I pulled the unit out and removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and tested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. Unit was not mounted to the cabinets as I did not have mounting brackets. Builder advised they would advise their cabinet guy. No one available to sign for the receipt as the builder left before repairs completed."

Arrived onsite for MW with no power. On inspection the unit was asking for the clock to be set. I set the time and ran the unit for 2 minutes and the temperature was 203?. Unit is operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the moulin and I put the light behind the moulin and no light bleed through the gasket. Customer had already defrosted the RC. Customer is going to keep a eye on the evap to make sure it is not freezing over. No water detected during service.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and could hear a popping or clicking noise coming from the back rollers area. The unit is stack and I was able to pull the units out and leave them stacked. I disassembled the dryer and removed and replaced the back felt roller and placed the drum back in place and rolled it. While rolling it, I could hear the clicking noise from the back right roller. I removed and replaced the back right roller and reassembled the unit and bypassed the door switch and tested. I could still hear the noise but not as loud. I removed the drum and inspected the drum seal and found it bunched in a few places and too much glue on the drum/seal. I adjusted the seal and reassembled the entire unit and retested and unit is operating as designed, but with a slight clicking noise that is quieter than before. I recommended that the customer use the unit several times and allow the seal glue to heat and spread and if the unit continues to make the noise to call it in for service. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Customer advised they had another company that had come out three times and replace the icemaker and all the valves. They advise that nothing has worked and that after googling this issue, he found the issue was with the wiring underneath the door. Looked underneath and did find several wires split on the wire harness going through the door. Arrived onsite for a built in MW that is stuck in loop showing messages that say touch power or start. But nothing happens when you do. The unit was power cycled and then began working but the after a while it started happening again. Due to the seeming intermittent nature of the issue and that there when no other obvious defects. I replaced the console and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance, is making a lot of noises, and now will not spin. Inspected unit and work area. Tested the suspension and found the suspension was good, but found the tub leaning against the left and front panels. Checked underneath the unit and found that the cover shield had fallen off, and only one screw was holding on the cover shield. also found the belt disconnected from the motor. Reattached the belt and added screws for the cover shield. I adjusted the feet on the washer to level out the unit and ran into diagnostics. The unit began to work and operate as designed. I also went over used and care on the unit. Call complete."

Upon further inspection, I pushed down on the tub assembly and when it came back up, the assembly bounced around instead of coming straight back up. Due to the space the unit is sitting in not being level, I recommend the customer level the unit the best they can to prevent any further issues with off balance vibrations. Arrived on site for water fills continuously . Upon arrival ran diagnostics and only got error code F0-E7 for load detected when running clean washer cycle. Test all components and operating correctly. Ran a normal cycle with towels. Unit fills and washes correctly. Found water overfilling at stand pipe. Unit is operating as designed. Customer will have plumbing checked. Job complete
