"Arrived on site for a dryer. That is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. Checked voltage and polarity and found both were good. Disassembled the back and tested all heating components. Found the thermal cut off open. Replaced the thermal cut off and tested the unit. I found that with the vent hose attached, The unit was not ventilating properly as there was a huge gush of heat after you opened the door within five seconds. Checked temperature using a k-type probe inside of the unit and found the temperature exceed 214?F before stopping the cycle. Found temperatures increase to 250?F after the door was left open for three or four seconds. Did advise the customer the issue is most likely with their venting due to a lack of airflow movement. Checked the vent going outside and found it was clogged, but did find that the vent hose going through the wall is about 10 feet long. Did advise the customer to have that cleaned prior to further use of the unit. Call complete."

I pushed down on the tub assembly and it popped right back up without much movement telling me the suspension rods are fine. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that had a stuck freezer door. On arrival attempted to open door and found it would not budge. Did not see any ice on the rails or around the door at all. Used some force and tried to open door again and had the door mounts on the right side pull out of the door. I was able to remove it at this point and found a huge ice formation in the rear right of the freezer compartment from leaking water. Based on the source and the amount this looks like the reservoir has been leaking directly into thw freezer from the return vent. I provided the customer with some epoxy to use on the door dlecrew mounts while a new door is ordered. Called findings and info to tech line, SR 7737541805. Tech line recommended using epoxy to hold tue door mounts in until replacement door is shipped, and to replace the leaking items in the RC along with the brackets. Customer advised to defrost unit and allow 24 hours for the epoxy to cure on the door before reattaching. Steve recommended checking the pressure from the supply line. I did this and found very good pressure but found a lot of debris floating in the water. I showed the customer the debris. I flushed more water out of the supply line and found no more debris. I instructed the customer that the water quality may be clogging the filter prematurely. I recommended the customer get their water tested or look into added water filtration systems. The unit is operating as designed at this time. No leaks observed during service.

The customer advised that whenever they plug the unit in, the right front burner will sit on high and will not turn off regardless of the setting I did confirm the customers complaint and checked the infinite switch. Found the outer ring turning on and off in accordance with the infinite switch. I did find the infinite switch, making and breaking. Spoke to SW, and was advised that the issue is likely with the relay board and potentially the limiter. Bring the parts in the office. Arrived on site for ice build up at base of FC section. Upon arrival inspected unit and found drain pan frozen over. Removed rear panel to access drain tube. Drain tube is good. Found service pointer W11604003 for modification to drain tube. Made modification. Thawed all ice from evaporator and drain pan with blower and steamer. Found still not draining. Found foam in drain. Cleared out debris and test drain. Water now draining correctly. Unit is operating as des. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice but the temperatures in the compartments are good. I found the FC at -2 degrees when set at 0 and the icebox temp was at 6 degrees with the icebox fan running. I found no water in the mold and an E5 stored error. I found the icemaker going through a harvest cycle. I ran a fill test and found no water entering the mold and the valve just humming. I tested the heater and found it working. I used a piece of tubing and tested the valve finding it working as designed. I ran the heater for 10 minutes and tested the fill again and the mold filled with water. I explained to the customer that either a piece of trash got caught in the valve after the new install that caused it to weep and freeze the fill tube or the icemaker is bad. The customer will monitor and call back if it stops producing ice and if it does we will need to order an icemaker. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the container cover and tested. The ice maker tray no longer comes into contact with the cover. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to inspect microwave noise. The vent fan is making a vibrating sound. I removed the unit From the cabinet and found the noise is due to the house vent tube rubbing on the damper/fan. I was able to raise the vent tube slightly so the vent no longer contacts the damper/fan. The unit now runs quietly. The unit now operates as designed.

Arrived on site for fridge not dispensing ice . Bucket was full . Found ice clumped and stuck together and binding auger in bucket . Removed clumped ice from bucket . Unit is now dispensing ice properly . Advised customer to just get a cup or two of ice daily to keep cubes from freezing together . No other issues found . No water leaks detected at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site for not making ice. Upon arrival. Inspected unit. Ice container is empty. There is no ice or water in icemaker tray. Ran reset on icemaker. Can here valve energize but not filling. Confirmed supply water is good. Found fill container on icemaker was frozen solid causing fill tube tube also freeze. Cleared all ice with steamer. Test icemaker again. Found ice maker will intermittently not call for water. Need to replace icemaker. Replaced icemaker and test for fill. Unit is now operas designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not reaching temp. Upon further inspection, I tested temps using my multimeter and placed my thermal couple in the center of the middle rack and tested on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 351 but after that the unit would not get back to temp. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and my preheat temp was 384 degrees. My next four readings were 317, 379, 328, 378 for an average temp of 357.2 degrees. Unit is operating as designed/within manufacturers specs. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for discoloration, and right side burners not igniting. Upon closer inspection found it as normal wear and tear of unit explained proper up keep to customer. Upon closer inspection of burner head found debris in outlets. Cleaned burner head and made sure all units were working as intended. Tested unit, unit is operating as intended. Job complete."

"WRF767SDHZ04 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the purposefully disconnected connector for the valves and tested. I discovered the isolation valve was operating incorrectly and one of the diodes within the lower harness was partially shorted and would allow voltage when under load. Further testing revealed the ice maker in the FC was the likely cause of the initial failure and I removed it from the circuit, as it was overflowed and the gear head was swamped. I removed and replaced the harness and control as an added measure and tested. At that point, the isolation valve would only receive 70VAC and the dispenser valve, approximately 12VAC and variable. Due to the prior found and verified control catastrophic failure and current readings, I suspected an internal harness failure. There was also an area on the lower part of the back outer skin that was raised at an angle, from upper left to lower right at 12, extending down and when pressed on, air could be heard squeezing out and the metal deformed 3/8. I contacted the MFG and advised Tech Adrian of my findings. The unit has a failed internal harness issue and cannot be repaired. SR# 7737453478. The unit has been submitted for review. No leaks observed during service and water to the unit shut off."

Arrived on site to test unit for not dispensing ice. Customer stated they have AIG warranty. Advised customer they would need to contact AIG for dispatch.
