Arrived onsite for washer making a noise. On inspection had the unit in diagnostics mode and when the agitator started to shake violently and the cap came off and hit the lid. Stopped the unit and gain access to the gearcase found oil every where. Pulled the rotor and found oil all over it. Pulled the clutch and slider found oil on them. Went to pull the agitator off and broke it get it off. Since they have not approved the repairs and I did not have the agitator stopped the repair. "Arrived onsite for dryer not drying. On install found heat set for medium turn it to high and found the washer was set to medium spin. I set the spin to xtrra fast to get more water out of the clothes to help the dryer dry them. Informed the customer to wipe the moisture sensor once month to keep them working correctly. The unit heated to 267?, it is getting hot enough to dry clothes. Customer is going to try the new settings in see if it helps. The smell that is in the dry is the new heating element burning off the factory oils. Air flow was good on the unit. SR7737549540."

"Arrived onsite for washer dispensing to much detergent. Found that the unit was set on the lowest soil setting. Did not find and other settings to change the amount of detergent that gets distributed into the unit. The keys are not very responsive to the touch, informed the customer to connect the unit to the WiFi to get software updates. Sr 773754872 WP said there is no setting to change for softener, you can only set the amount detergent going in to the unit. No water leaks detected."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a clicking noise during agitation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it is doing the same thing her previous washer did where it will make a clicking sound in the counterclockwise rotation of the agitation. The customer showed me two videos within the past three days where this is done this. I did confirm the customers complaint and checked the agitator. Found no abnormality with the agitator. Checked underneath and did not find any signs of rubbing from the rotor, stator, or slider. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Butch Sr # 7737550704. He advised that based on the complaint, the only three things that could cause that sound would be the slider, rotor, or gear case, and to replace all three. Replaced all three parts, and did advise the customer to contact us back if further issues persist. I call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not making ice. Customer said they can hear it cycling sometimes and sounds like it's filling but nothing is coming out. Found an E5 error for the thermistor, which can also be tied to unit not filling. The refrigerator compartment is packed with items and the back wall is fully blocked, which I believe is causing cold pockets to freeze the fill tube since most cooling air is right at the top shelves. I power cycled the unit and advised clearing out the RC and moving everything off the back wall so air can circulate, and function should resume. If this does not resolve we can replace the icemaker and control. Call completed."

The customer advised that the unit seems to have this screen pop up that they lost power when they did not lose power and when this happens, the unit will lose time and will stop The cooking cycle altogether. He advised that before this issue started, time seem to be going fast on his oven clock, and that he was always having to reset it. He advised that he had tried to hook up the unit to Wi-Fi and even called into whirlpool to try to get help with it. He advised that nothing seem to work. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Checked all connections and found all connections properly seated. Did verify proper voltage to the control and to the user interface. I called Whirlpool techline and spoke to Robert SR# 7737549347. Used air flow tester and found that with the unit connected to the external vent hose it recorded poor air flow. Ran same test with unit disconnected from vent and recorded good air flow. Took pic. Arrived onsite for a washer that has power but will not start. I found the tub full of water. I tested voltage out of the control to the pump and had 0VAC. I tested the resistance from the control to the pump and had 1.8 ohms. I verified the resistance at the pump and had the same. I changed the pump and the control. I tested the unit in the service diagnostics cycle and the unit completed the cycle and works as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I found ice on he evaporator cover and after pulling the cover off I found an ice and frost block under the fan and on the capillary inlet. I found the compressor only starting about every fourth try and tripping the overload all the other time and drawing 9 amps when tripping. I tried a different start device but had no change. I found the system fully charged. I changed the compressor and drier. I added an access valve to the compressor. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 5.25 ozs of R134A. The unit had good pressures and was working as designed. Call complete.

KDTE234GPS0 arrived on site to inspect a dishwasher tripping the circuit breaker. Upon arrival the customer stated that the circuit breaker trips at the beginning of the cycle. Cycled the breaker and the light blinked 6 times. Per the circuit breaker manufacturer 6 blinks is a fault that requires the unit to be replaced. Cycled the breaker and the unit stopped blinking. Ran service diagnostic test on the dishwasher and found that all of the components are working as designed with no water leaks observed during service. This requires safety call. But they are closed. Tested the icemaker and found that it would not turn. Attempted to remove the icemaker, but was unable to. Found the backside of the icemaker cover catching on something. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Robert SR# 7737543721. He advised us to go ahead and yank it out and let him know if there was any damage done to the cabinet. I was able to successfully remove the icemaker and replaced the icemaker. Tested the unit and found the unit harvest and filled as designed. Call complete."

Upon arrival confirmed failure and found large defrost issue in fc with ice frozen all over evap coil and frozen around fc evap motor, found the following results for thermistors and heater P5-1&2(6.31k),3&4(13.4k), 36.1ohms. Found 124 from hi control to heater in defrost mode. Called techline and reported findings Sr#7737538832. Was instructed based on findings that ui logic wasnt registering when unit needed to defrost. I replaced ui and hv control as well as evap motor asm. Instructed customer to give unit 24 hrs to stabilize temps after I removed all ice from coil and installed parts. Call complete"

Arrived onsite for unit with no display. Upon arrival inspected unit. Inspected wiring and found loose connection. Verified proper voltage to unit but found discrepancy. Inspected further and found Breaker was tripped. Customer stated breaker has recently tripped several times. Ran components test and all components passed without error. Customer stated unit tripped last when heating to 425 degrees. After components test ran cycle at 425. Unit was functioning properly. Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed parts. On arrival found that customer did not give 24-48 hr thaw. Customer stated after previous tech made adjustments the noise and ice buildup stopped. Inspected and and found no buildup. Did however see the freezer door issue. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the unit display showing error code F6E1-no communication with UI. Attempted to clear the code and place in diagnostics, but the control panel failed to respond. I removed the outer door panel and inspected inside the door and found the vent gasket badly crimped allowing steam to enter inside the door and get to the UI causing it to short. I am ordering the vent and gasket and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and will return with the UI and control panel. Unit left turned off for safety and no water leaks, other than the vent gasket, observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11649995 (Vent) and 1 W11545539 (Gasket) and 1 CNOTE (LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST)"

Arrived onsite for failed microwave element support bracket. Replaced support (1). Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator with no water or ice production. On inspection the water was working fine, but the ice maker did not pass 2 of the test. It could not home and the thermistor said it was 2 warm, the fc was -2. Gain access to the icemaker and found a small black of ice on top of it. Ordering a icemaker and fill tube heater. Arrived on site for washer making a noise. Customer has video of washer making a knocking noise. No error codes stored. Ran diagnostics and found noise during agitate was loud. Removed rotor. Removed cam. No evidence of any oil. Found wear on slider. Replaced slider. Adjusted level. Verified operation. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise if the unit does make ice, but it does not make nearly as much rice as it used to. They advise that it is taking the icemaker four days to make recorders in a bin of ice. Check temperatures in the freezer and found temperatures at one degree Fahrenheit. When I had to replace the icemaker assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for squealing noise. Found idler was seized. Replaced idler and belt. Unit now working as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to replace right wheel assembly, valve, fill tube heater and potentially housing, attempted to remove unit but unit side trim is behind the cabinet and cant be successfully removed with out heavy scratches to the cabinet and potentially the floor since right side wheel is broken, spoke to customer the in order to get the repair done contractor will need to remove left and right cabinet trim so the unit can be pulled out properly office to follow up with customer and reschedule ; O-emld tckt"

Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Unit was unplugged on arrival. Powered unit on and found compressor pulling .8amps. Frost pattern started to develop on evap coils. Applied bubble solution to all potential leak points and found no signs of refrigerant leak. After unit was running about 15mins frost pattern started to seize and would not form beyond first two coils. Recommend replacing compressor and evap for potential restriction in evap. Arrived onsite and found new filter would not seat properly due to print from old filter blocking proper engagement. Corrected. Advised customer on repair. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

Found error code f6e6 indicating appliance manager is faulted. Error code f6e0 indicating the user interface faulted as well. Error code f2e1 indicating shorted key pad as well. Called tech line per notes, tech line stated to replace harness, blower and keypad.
