I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the damper in test #3. I could not duplicate the noise. I found moisture built up on the ice maker fascia and the ice bin door gasket is badly crimping when closing the left RC door (photo). I tried several times to get the damper to fail. I found the customer has the RC and FC sections packed with too much food causing no airflow in both sections. I recommended they remove some of the food items and rearrange the items to allow for better airflow. I am ordering the ice bin door and will return with all prescreened parts. "Arrived on site to inspect range middle burner not igniting fully and the oven not heating properly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they had an inspector tell them the unit oven is not heating properly and the middle burner is not igniting. Customer advised that the inspector used a round metal thermometer to test temps in the oven which is not approved by the manufacturer. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal couple in the center of the middle rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. While testing, I removed the middle burner and found a large amount of cooking oils in between the burner head and cap (photos). Also found a large amount of cooking oils around the middle burner on the cooktop. I cleaned the burner cap and burner head and reassembled and tested and the middle burner, along with the other burners, is operating as designed. My preheat temp for the oven was 420. My next five readings were 324, 396, 329, 391, 327 for an average temp of 353.4 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings. Also checked the calibration of the oven and found it was set at zero (not calibrated). I advised the customer the unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to inspect dryer. The customer states it takes two cycles to dry clothes. I tested airflow and found good airflow. I found the unit heating and cycling properly. I tested temperatures at the back and found the temperatures from 152 to 118 on high heat. I found them at 143 to 106 on low heat. I tested temperatures inside the drum and found temperatures around 200 degrees. I called Whirlpool techline and spoke with Robert 7737657459. Robert verified the temperature readings are good and within specifications. The customer is possibly putting too many clothes inside the unit or the clothes are too saturated. The unit is operating as designed at this time.

Arrived on site for a dryer that is making a squeaking sounds during operation. Inspected unit and work area. Was able to detect the squeaking sounds immediately upon turning the dryer on which sounded like rollers or the idler pulley. Disassembled the unit and verified that the rollers were causing the sound. Use the repair kit to replace both rollers and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Arrived on site to inspect side by side refrigerator. The customer is hearing a hammering sound from the valve as well as low flow from the dispenser. I removed the filter and found good flow and no hammering sound. I inspected the water quality at the supply line and found a lot of debris in the water. The customer does not have a water softener. The clogged filter is causing the valve to hammer. I instructed the customer to look into a water softener or a inline filter for the refrigerator supply line. He also informed me the ice is not dispensing. I tested and found ice under the ice container causing the motor gear to disconnect from the ice container. I removed the ice and tested. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service.

KRFF507HPS04 arrived on site to inspect a refrigerator making noise. Upon arrival the customer provided video evidence of his complaint. I rand the air baffle motor and evaporator fan test and was able to recreate the sound. I examined and made slight adjustments to the fan and air baffle and I rand the same test several more times and the fan and air baffle motor began to operate quietly. Pulled out the unit and tested a few more times before returning it back to its original position in order to make sure the sound did not return. No water leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a clock in noise again. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a video of the washer, making the same clock noise when the agitator moves counterclockwise. She advised the last repairs seem to work for a short period of time again did the same thing. I checked the rotor, slider, and agitator, and could not find any abnormalities with any three parts. I called Whirlpool Tech line and spoke to Chris SR# 7737550704. He advised that due to the parts being previously replaced that the stator and clutch would not be the problem and with no abnormalities with the agitator, he would send the unit to review for the engineers to look at. He advised that Whirlpool would be in contact with myself or the consumer depending on the next steps. Call complete."

"Add on site for dryer that it has long dry times. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they use the energy saving setting and only said it to the energy saving portion indicating that they are not looking for more dry on the clothes. The customer advised that when they do use time dry that they typically dry at 20 minute intervals and they are having to dry their clothes on several cycles. Around the unit and found the unit tumbling and heating. Check the vent hose off the back and found the vent hose was installed properly. The customer advised they had recently replaced the vent hose because the previous vent hose was too long and was kinked. I ran temperature tests on the dryer and found the dryer exhaust fluctuating between 165?F and 107?F showing aThe unit was fluctuating properly. I did advise the customer that if they are using mixed loads, the best thing they can do is run a time dry cycle for at least 60 minutes to ensure that the clothes are done properly. The customer said that towels were specifically harder to dry with the cycles that she has been using. I did advise the customer that they may need to use a more dry setting on the energy, saving settings or use longer time dry cycles because while theyre old unit may have dry the clothes faster, this unit will need at least 60 minutes to dry towels. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for dryer making a noise. On inspection found a low humming noise coming from the dryer. I installed a repair kit and got rid of one sound. Arrived on site for fridge not cooling. Upon arrival confirmed failure and found liner in bottom right of door bowed outward over a 1/4 inch and allowing cold air to escape and unit would frost over with ice. Will need findings reported to techline. ; ordrng 1 Needtechlinedoc.

WRS335SDHM06 arrived on site to inspect a refrigerator not cooling. Temperatures read FC=61 RC=65. Inspected the FC and found the evaporator completely frozen up. Found that the defrost heater is good but the defrost thermistor was reading out of range. Replaced the defrost thermistor and steamed the ice from the evaporator. No water leaks observed during service.

"WRF767SDHZ03 Arrived to inspect noise. I found the evaporator fan would pulsate and if power was interrupted, the unit would power cycle for several minutes, prior to starting back up. Unloading the P9 connector revealed the FC fan as the source of the issue. I removed and replaced the fan and tested and the issue was resolved. During disassembly, I discovered the RH FC slide had broken and the retainer would not stay in place. We will install the ordered part when we return with the door and associated parts, in the near turn. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11668671 (FC Slide, RH)"

"Arrived onsite for a dryer that is not responding to touch ad at one point was tumbling and the ui was showing nothing.upon arrival I tested the unit and found that the power button on the unit would not respond to touch but when it did the unit operating as designed. "WMH31017HS09 arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Upon arrival we tested the unit in order to verify necessary repairs and the temperature was below manufacturer specifications. Removed the microwave and replaced the magnetron, capacitor and diode and reassembled the unit. Performed the heating test and found the temperature climbed from 80 degrees to 144 degrees. Unit is operating as designed."

Arrived on site for oven taking too long to heat. Says after 5 min it is not hot. Ran test and found relay clicking but bake nor broil elements turn on. Suspect voltage problem. Attempted to removed from wall but unit is hard wired. Goes behind and above microwave. Unable to access unit for repair. Refer to builder to have unit accessible. ; ordrng 1 WP4449751 (Thermostat)

Arrived on site for oven showing error of f3e0. Control would not let me check errors. Removed from wall. Verified proper voltage. Check sensor and got 1.1 k ohms. Replaced main control. Verified operation. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is leaking in the refrigerator compartment. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complain and found water leaking from one of the lights in the middle of the refrigerator. Pull down the top cover and found the freezer. Icemaker fill tube had not been inserted fully into the valve, causing the leak. Fixed the water tubing and test of the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during operation. Did advise the customer to keep an eye on it and if any further issues persist, the unit will need a new dual valve. Call complete."
