Ran diagnostics test and unit did pass however, normal cycle and drain and spin cycle failed. The control LED indicator light for lid lock was on and could hear and actuating noise. However, the latch did not actuate and the lid could be lifted. Notified customer that latch was faulty and not engaging fully. Customer notified me that she ordered and replaced the latch her self. Install looks correct, possibly a bad latch. The customer will try to return and replace. If symptoms persist, recommend having on hand, control, and latch . Job complete"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator water dripping inside and temps. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise they were hearing and after hearing the noise I determined that the unit was in defrost mode while getting the video. I could hear the water from the melted frost on the evaporator hitting the defrost element. I tested temps in the FC=8 degrees and RC=39 degrees on manufacturer settings of 0/37. I found the unit is currently in defrost mode and while on site, the unit began to cool again. I advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed and no need to worry about the sizzling noise coming from the freezer section and explained the defrost stage of the unit. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon arrival I ran the unit in time drying and found that the unit did not heating I ran the unit in a regular cycle and found that the unit still did not heat I ran a air flow test and found that the unit a good air flow for gas dryer. I gained access to the fuses ad thermistors and tested them all and found the all good I replaced the motor under the suspension that the centrifugal switch had failed then tested the unit while checking for voltage at the burner and found 120v but it would not ignite. The customer had somewhere to be so I ordered the burner and rescheduled 11/14/23 to complete diagnostics ; ordrng 1 280119 (BURNER-GAS)

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that has dispenser issues where it seems loud, and the unit was not getting as cool as it should. Upon arrival I found out through the customers that the unit has been sitting running for a while with nothing in both sections. And when the put items in the refrigerator the temp dropped and is not stable which I checked with my temp sensor. Rc is at 32* and the unit set to 33* the fc at -2*set to 0*. There was some condensation setting on the inside of some of the containers in the RC but this is normal as some food item have more moisture in the the others and when temps change/fall it give off the moisture as condensation. No frost buildup on the back of fc. I adjusted the right side door to help with sealing and to keep it from running into the customers counter. Unit is operating as designed, i then checked designed and found that the noise heard is normal and the volume of the noise is normal as well."

On arrival verified complaint of moisture on gasket. Found freezer gasket is good but liner is separating from the cabinet. Also verified temps of the center horizontal mullion. Found initial temps are left to right 64 60 65 after ten minutes with cond fan disconnected found left to right 78 68 77. This is caused by Yoder loop withdrawing from center mullion. Spoke to Derrick at TL 7737706219 submitted for LR. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that is not heating. Tested unit and confirmed that unit is producing no heat. Checked voltages and found 120/120 with good polarity. Checked safety devices and element and found the element coil snapped. Replaced heating element and reassembled. Verified unit heating. "WRS325SDHZ05 arrived on site to inspect a refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon inspection the temperatures read FC=-10, RC=19. Looked at the ice maker and found it not in the home position. Attempted to run the ice maker test and the unit would not operate. Removed the ice maker and tested voltage and found 124V. Replaced the ice maker and ran the ice maker test and the unit tested successfully. No water leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that will not power on. I found the refrigerator tripping the breaker as soon as it was plugged in. I isolated components and found the issue in the rear wire harness. After inspecting the harness I found when it was tucked under the fan bracket , the side of the bracket cut the insulation on the neutral wire and it was touching the bracket. I repaired the wire and corrected the way it fit under the bracket. I tested the refrigerator and found it working as designed. Call complete."
