Noticed water marks and drippings on right side of door. Found gasket warped/out of shape at right corner of tub. Replaced tub door gasket. The customer advised theyve had numerous issues with off-balance loads since they bought the machine and that it has pop holes in the wall. She also advised that during the last off-balance load, one of the suspension rods went missing, and now the tub is leaning to the back left side. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the tub ring damaged, and the suspension rod had dropped due to the bushing up at the top being broken. Did find that her basket had not had all the holes drilled properly through and checked her washer model through ServiceMatters. Found her unit fell within a service pointer regarding a basket replacement due to off-balance issues. Found that her model and serial numbers both matched the affected units within the service pointer. I am ordering the basket and will return with the tub ring and suspension. Arrived on site to inspect wall oven/microwave combo unit tripping the breaker when the broil is being used. I pulled the unit out and placed it in diagnostics showing error code F6E4. I cycled power and removed and replaced the main control and tested. I removed the back panel and tested amp draw to the bake and broil elements and both were within range and well below the amperage of the breaker (40) which is a GFCI breaker. I tested the ohms readings to both element and both were within range and neither were grounded to the chassis. I assisted the customer is setting up the WiFi connection and tested. Arrived onsite for a freezer with broken or missing door parts. The customer stated the door had opened on its own a few times. I found the freezer not leveled properly. I leveled the freezer and checked the door swing. The door works as designed and when its closed it pulls even further closed from the vacuum caused by the fan when its running. I explained to the customer thats its possible part of the gasket hadnt returned to its normal shape after the installers removed the styrofoam blocks from the doors and that would cause it not to vacuum down but at this time the door gaskets look good and the door is working properly. I removed and replaced the gasket and using my heat gun, I shaped the gasket and placed silicone adhesive in the groove of the liner to help secure the gasket to the liner and tested it. The door is closing and sealing properly. I recommended that the customer leave the door closed for several hours to allow the adhesive to cure and the gasket to mold to the chassis.
