"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not cooling on either FC or RC. Customer stated husband pulled unit out and scratched flooring. Used floor protector and pulled unit out. Upon closer inspection found unit to be unplugged since issue arose. Inspect unit found compressor and 3 way valve engaging as intended, as well as compressor pulling 1.2- 1.3 amps. Then exposed both evaporators to visualize frost pattern. Freezer compartment had no frost and RC had no frost on evaps. Then applied bubble solution to visualize a leak, found section of cap tube separated where it should have been soldered to suction tube entering cabinet above RC evap and visually confirmed leak from that area. Called tech line to discuss what was found, SR7737756326. Unit will be submitted for review as location of leak is not in a position for repair."

KDFE204KPS1 arrived on site to inspect a dishwasher leak. Tested the unit and found water coming from the rear right of the unit. Pulled the unit out and found the heating element wasnt fully seated. Tightened the connectors and ran another service test and watched for leaks. No leaks were observed after service.

Arrived on site to diagnose washer leaking water from the bottom. On arrival saw a small puddle in the front left corner of the washer. Examined washer and found fabric softener / water residue on the cabinet / basket / tub ring. Unit has the old style tub ring that causes these leaks. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not maintaining proper temp. Ice build up behind bottom drawer causing drawer not to closing properly. Upon arrival I found all of this to be true. Being that this is our 6th trip out For the same issue I connected techline and advised Nate of all of the repair and trips we have made on the unit, we then tested resistance across the defrost thermistor at the control and found that it was showing OL. We then tested it through diag mode and it passed. He mentioned that the thermistor may be faulty and the Evap cover may be leaking air which and cause this issues. Then was given sr#7737761995. Upon further inspection of the unit I found that the drain tube was sealed up and not clogged, the customer also mentioned to me that the butter that she keeps in the right door of the RC will have condensation on it. I found that there is a tear in the gasket on the side which cause this as well. I ordered the gasket, Evap cover, and some permagum to help seal the new cover when we replace it. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has moisture and water leaking into the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit leaked again inside of the refrigerator section and that they were wondering if this was the same issue as before. I gained access to the freezer evaporator and found no ice or water residue in the freezer section. Checked the air channel and found individual moisture droplets, but no ice buildup in the actual air channel. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Robert SR# 7737762382. He advised that this is a common with this style refrigerator, and that moisture will build up in the air channels and will leak from time to time onto the top shelves of the refrigerator. He advised that this is normal operation and there is nothing that can be done about it. He advises the customer will just need to wipe off the top shelves from time to time with a paper towel, and that the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

We found the unit tilting slightly forward. I adjusted the front leveling feet and raised it. I tested again and found no change. Arrived onsite for icemaker not producing ice. On inspection the fc temperature -1. I gain access to the fc evap I found a ice ball in the right upper corner. The evap only had frost on the top loop. Called talked with Gerry and we came up with the SS going out. Arrived on site to inspect side by side refrigerator. The UI does not have power and the ice or water does not dispense. I found the UI connector not fully seated. I also found the paddles not contacting the switches. I adjusted the paddles so they contact the switches and plugged the connector all the way in and tested. The unit now operates as designed. The customer informed me the water dispenser was leaking but stopped yesterday. I found no leaks at this time. The unit is operating as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for led lights not working in refrigerator. On inspection there were no led lights working. Gain access to the top of the unit and found voltage going to the led power board. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is making noise when spinning. I ran unit and confirmed some abnormal squeaking coming from the bottom end that sounded like a slipping belt. Found some belt marks on the cam, but unit had only run 2 loads. Ordering a belt and cam to reduce noise, but also advised customer to run a few loads to break the unit in and noise may dissipate. Advised to let maintenance know if more loads remove the noise. Reacheduled for 11/15, or earlier if we are going on site for other jobs and units. ; ordrng 1 W11611297 (Belt)"

I found good readings from the ice box fan, ice container level sensor, ice maker thermistor. The motor will run but never find home position. I called Whirlpool techline and spoke with Butch 7737750333. Butch recommended testing voltage on the high voltage board at P7 3-4. I found improper voltage when the ice maker reaches home position. Butch recommends replacing the high voltage board to resolve. I removed and replaced the high voltage board and tested. The ice maker now finds home position. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for union. Not making ice. Upon arrival customer explained unit is not making ice for dispensing water. Inspected unit and found supply valve was shut off. Turned on supply intestine. Unit is now dispensing ice recommended customer dispense 2 gallons worth of water out to prep new filter. Also notified customer that the flooring underneath the unit is peeling took pictures of pre-existing floor scratches and damage. Job complete

Arrived on site to inspect cooktop. The customer informed me the RF element would not turn off even when the knob was in the off position. I tested and found the element cycling and turning off properly. I disassembled the unit and found no issues. The infinite switch failed and kept supplying voltage to the element in the off position. I removed and replaced the infinite switch and the element. I reassembled and tested. The unit now operates as designed. I called Whirlpool safety and documented my findings 7737699077.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the unit not making good ice and the ice slabs getting stuck in the evaporator due to calcium build up, I disassembled the unit and evacuated the refrigerant and removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, non-UV drier and evaporator. Vacuumed the system and pressures held good at -30/0. Installed 5.75oz of R134a refrigerant and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed and pressures are at 0/120. I finished reassembling the unit and turned the unit on and allowed it to begin to make a slab of ice. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to install bottom and upper spray arm. Relaxed both parts test unit and unit test good job complete.

On arrival verfied complaint of not starting cycles correctly. Did visual check of gearcase and splutch found no debris or oil. Capacitor is dry as well. Verified motor ohms and shifter. Ran diag and found no error codes. During manual check all components activated but the shifter when activated would shift twice and then the main board would turn off. Then turn back on with only the lid lock light on then shuts off and unlocks the lid. Confirmed failure twice more. Replaced control and error no longer continues. Job complete. No leaks during service.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with a crooked door alignment. repaired by adjusting alignment and trim. Unit is now within specifications. All checks good. See pic. Customer concerned about tight installation tolerances.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that will not start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm that the unit would turn on, but that the dryer would not start. Check voltage to the unit and found proper voltage and polarity. Gained access to the control and checked the door switch. Found the door switch, making and breaking indicating a good circuit. Checked the motor circuit and found it open. Gained access to the interior cavity and found the belt broken, causing the idler pulley to engage on the belt switch. Got authorization from claims to install the belt replaced the belt and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. ; ordrng 1 Needsautho (Needs autho)"

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed support. Replaced support. Unit is now operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for flames being a different color. Also front 2 burner do not always light. Flames are mostly blue now. Customer says when it rains it turns red. Advised customer this is caused by impurities or something getting in gas lines. Called tech line. Sr# got disconnected. Attempted to repair front outside burners per Service Pointer - W11643965. Got left better but rfront right still not lighting properly. Recommend new holders, burner head and screws reset for Wed; ordrng 2 W11337062 (Holder)s and 2 W11344539 (Burner head)s and 4 W11323261 (Screw)s"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the LED board failure, I removed and replaced the control board and tested and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."
