"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has frosting up in the freezer. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised it about a week ago, they came into the freezer section and found what appeared to be snow on all of their items in the freezer. They advised that they did not clean any of it out and the frost has not dissipated. Check the freezer section and found what appeared to be frost. The head turned into ice indicating the issue was no longer present. Check the gasket in the cabinet for any gaps. Found no gaps all the way around the gasket or around the cabinet and liner. I did advise the customer that it appeared that the door may not have been either fully closed or they may have had something caught between the gasket and the cabinet. I showed the customer that the left-hand side of the freezer can pop out if you dont close it or open it correctly. And did advise her to open and close the door from the middle or right hand side of the handle. The unit is working as designed. Advise the customer to call back if any other issues persist. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is making a whooshing sound during operation. The customer advised the sound usually is more pronounced at the beginning portion of the cycle but as the dryer continues to run, itll get lighter. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint but did advise the customer that it sounded like a normal dryer sound. The customer just wanted to have it checked because she hadnt noticed it before. I disassembled the unit just to be sure, and found all rollers and idler pulley working as designed. I checked the blower wheel and the motor as well and found both in good condition. The customer advised that the idler, pulley and rollers had just been replaced six months ago. I I told the customer that everything within the dryer seemed in good condition, and to notify us if there are any further issues. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a DW that Is not running. Upon arrival I put the unit in diagnostic mode and found a motor not running F4e3. I erased the code and ran the unit and found no change. I then replace the sump&motor and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed.

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher not completing cycle. On inspection the unit would start up and run for 45 seconds the error out. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not cooling. On arrival customer said they noticed that stuff in the RC seemed to be spoiling quicker than normal. I checked temps and found freezer at 3 degrees and dropping when measured, and everything was appropriately frozen. I examined the RC and found good airflow to RC, but the top shelf right under the vent had items pushed to the back wall for the entire shelf length. This is blocking airflow to all of the lower shelves, and the temp difference was noticeable. Moved items out of the way and told Customer to make sure that all items are away from back wall to create proper cooling and airflow. Repair completed."

On arrival verified complaint of no lights in Fc. Customer stated bulb already replaced by customer. Opened Fc door and saw switch broken. Replaced door switch and light came back on. No frost build up or signs of any other issues. All operational test good. Job complete no water leaks during service.

Arrived onsite from DW that is not drying dishes properly. Upon arrival I put the unit in diagnostic and found code F6E1 water valve issue. I ran the unit and found that the unit filled with water and drain with no issues and the heater came on at the end of the cycle. Upon further inspection I found that the detergent dispenser seemed to be leaking rinse aid. I replaced it and the control and tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed

"Arrived on site to test unit for not getting up to temp, tested unit found customer is using after market thermostats and per customer they are reading 25 degrees lower, put temp probe into oven and per heated to 350, unit pre heated to 375 and recovered back to 350 within 5 minutes, showed customer that her after market thermostat is is reading lower by 30 degrees, advised customer not to use them also notice that customer is using silicone mats covering entire lower rack that is effecting how the heat is cycled in the oven, advised to use small foil covers, at this time unit is running as designed, job complete"

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Upon arrival I found that the unit had indeed made a full bin of ice but upon further inspection I found that the drain was clogged causing ice to build up and block airflow to the ice box causing the issue. "Arrived on site for a chest freezer that pops on the door is open and closed. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and checked the hinges. Found that when the door was being opened, that part of the actual door was being pulled open due to a tear on the backside of the door. See photos found that the popping was occurring when the unit was lifted up enough to basically pop back into place. Arrived onsite to install previously ordered parts. Upon arrival I inspected the unit and found that the actuator was stuck in the middle of its through causing the cam to not engage properly causing noise and the unit not to agitate or spin. I replaced the the actuator and the cam and tested the unit in quick wash and in drain and spin and found that the unit operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not drying. On inspection found F7E1 error. Ran diagnostics cycle and monitor 5he heating element. The heating element is drawing 7.8amps which is normal reading when working correctly. After the diagnostic cycle the heating element was warm not hot. There are some wear marks on the heating element. Installed new heating element and retesting. The new heating element is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for an ice machine. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had a maintenance man who was helping me out with the machine. He advised that on the previous unit they had issues with the unit filling with water and when they replaced it with this new one, they have had the same issue. He did not know if they were related. I turned the unit onto a max ice cycle and found barely any water coming into the unit when trying to fill. Removed the filter and found no change in water pressure. Went to turn off the water supply and found an in-line water filter, in between the copper waterlines underneath the sink. I asked the customer how long ago they had replaced that filter and the maintenance guy advised that he was unsure when that had been replaced last. I did advise that the issue maybe with that filter considering that the old unit had the same problem. He removed the copper waterline off the the machine side of the filter and we added water pressure. Found water dribbling out of the in-line water filter. He removed the filter off of the other side of the copper waterline, we found adequate water pressure indicating the issue was not with unit and with the in-line filter that they already have on the unit. I ran the unit through diagnostics and checked all components of the machine and found the unit operating as designed. Advised the customer to either bypass the in-line filter or to replace it and the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for a washer that is making noise when in use. Upon inspection I found that the actuator as not shifting properly, there was a quarter under the washplate and the drain hose would also slab the inside of the standpipe when the unit is spinning out the clothes. I corrected all of this and ran the unit with clothes in it like,the customer would and found that the noise is now gone."

Arrived on site to inspect bottom mount refrigerator. I found the FC at 31 and the RC at 49. I found a sheet of ice in the bottom of the FC. I removed the ice and inspected the evaporator. I found little to no frost on the evaporator. I found the drain tube clogged as well. I removed the drain tube and cleared the restriction. I found the compressor running very hot and at 1.3 amps. I am ordering the compressor to resolve the cooling issue. Office to order parts and schedule service. "KDTE204KPS1 Arrived to inspect drying issue. I found no stored error codes and all functions, including the heating system, wee fully functional within service test mode. The customer pre-rinses well and was over-detergenting. I advised a recommended amount of detergent (1 or less TBSP) and also found the rinse agent set to the factory level of 3, which is too much in most every case and I entered the service mode and set it to 1, which facilitates better drying. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burners not working. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found the front left burner ignitor arcing intermittently. I retested the front left burner and using my screwdriver, I moved the ignitor and it would arc to ignite the burner. I disassembled the cooktop and inspected the ignitor/harness and did not find any damage to either. Tested the spark module and it is good. I adjusted the ignitor and reassembled the unit and retested and the front left burner continues to fail. The burner will ignite if a lighter flame is out to it while the gas is on, but the ignitor is not arcing properly. I am ordering the front left orifice holder assembly and office to schedule return service due to the availability of the part. Tested unit with dispenser installed first and found leak and been minimized significantly but still had some drops of water coming from each corner under door. "Arrived onsite for dryer not drying. On inspection I noticed that the unit is vibrating more then normal. Customer should of a video that the unit is making a loud noise on a normal cycle. Sounds like the blower is out of round and making a noise and vibrating the unit ordering a blower and motor. Tested the moisture sensor with a wet towel and it did not add time to the dry time, I stop and clean the moisture sensor off and restarted the cycle it started to add time to the dry cycle. Informed the customer that the sensor need to be clean once a month or when the clothes are still damp after a cycle completes. On arrival verified complaint of ice melting in bucket. Visual check of gaskets show gaskets are sealing correctly. Unable to tech proper temp reading as customer had emptied the Fc this morning so no product to test. IR temp reading shows 23 degrees. Ice in bucket is frozen but has a layer of water in bottom of bucket frozen. Ice maker is not cycling during manual test. Unable to check it for leaks but no visual signs of leaking. "MVW6200KW0 Arrived to inspect noise. I found the splutch assembly had signs of failure and removed and replaced, finding no additional damage to associated components. I corrected an issue with the mode shifter and secured the board with the position switch, to prevent future failure. I recalibrated the unit and tested within service test mode. Arrived on site to test unit for gas smell when oven on. Test unit and found no leaks and did not detect any gas from the regulator or valve. Found smell coming from oven being on as the normal smell. Job complete. Flames are nice and blue and checked all connections.

Arrived on site for oven not igniting . Found safety valve not opening at times . Ordering valve . Set return 11/22No gas leaks detected at time of service. ; ordrng 1 WP98014893 (Valve)

Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. On inspection found water in the overflow tray. On further inspection found the water marks on the side of the door where the water had been running down the side into the tray. Replaced the gasket to solve the issue. The corners of the gasket were flattened out and allow water down the side of the dishwasher. No more leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site to install console. Installed console test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite for ice machine power off. On inspection the unit did power on so I took a gallon water and poured it in the ice bin and the unit powered off. Installed a new pump in the unit and tested it with a gallon of water and it pumped it all out with out power down. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks during service.

Arrived on site to test unit for console not responding and giving F2E1. Found shorted key pad and customer said she will contact jennair on possible replacement of the unit. This is the 3rd time with in 6 months of the same issue. Job complete.

Arrived on site to inspect unit for not cooling properly. Upon arrival customers groceries were actively thawing in freezer compartment. After closer inspection found excessive frost on freezer side. Replaced bad control and steamed excess frost off. Recommended customer allow unit to defrost for 24 hours for best result. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a dryer that is making a clicking sound during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me several videos of the sound game to access inside the unit and could not find anything wrong with any of the parts. Went ahead and replace the blower wheel and motor assemblies and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to install sealed system parts to resolve no ice production. Evacuated system and replaced compressor, drier, and evaporator. Tested with nitrogen and confirmed no leaks at 100 psi. Vacuumed down unit and charged to spec. Tested unit and confirmed good frost pattern and unit cooling. Water fill looked slow, and may require valve replacement. At this time unit is cooling and chilling ice. Repair completed."

On arrival verified complaint of display showing PF multiple times. Checked voltage to the ui when unit running and failure popped up but voltage is constant. Replaced console. Error did not come back. Job complete. Operational test is good.

arrived onsite for a DW that is not draining at the end of the cycle upon arrival I put the unit in diagnostic and found code f8e2 Drain Motor Electrical Problem and f6e4 Float Switch. Upon further inspection I found that the drain pump was not plugged in all the way. After correcting this and checking that float switch worked the unit operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for washer making a noise, found noise is when spin starts and stops. Inspected but was unable to find any thing hitting, replaced gear as, belt, actuator, capacitor, motor, and ausoension. Reassembled and unit is still making a clicking noise, Called tech line. Advised on how calibrate. Calibrated with customer. 7737802965. Advised customer to call in if still making noise, call complete."

Arrived on site to inspect top mount refrigerator. I found the RC switch broken. I removed and replaced the door switch and tested. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for unit not drying properly . Tested and found no error codes. Ran diagnostics and heater is energizing. Rinse aid not dispensing properly. Replaced dispenser. Tested and unit is functioning properly. Job complete
