"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water inside. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when the ice maker harvests and the fills it makes a loud noise. Using my jumper wire, I tested the ice maker and when the valve came on to fill the tray, it made a loud humming noise and barely filled the tray. I tested the water dispenser and water flowed to a trickle. I removed the filter and retested and got the same results. I placed my filter bypass in the filter head and retested and water flowed good. I contacted techline and spoke to Rich and advised of the complaint, the history of the issues with this unit and my findings today. Rich advised to replace the filterhead/reservoir and provided SR#7737950154. I removed and replaced the reservoir and tested with the bypass installed and the unit is operating as designed. I provided the SR number to my customer and recommended they contact customer service and provide the SR# if they continue to have issues. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that has long cycle times. Inspected unit and work area. Upon further inspection, I found the sliding drawer is popping back out after closing the drawer and the customer is having to slam the door to get it operate properly. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the switches/interlocks on both sides. I adjusted the interlocks pulling the switches towards the front of the unit and tightened the screws holding them in place. Retested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

Arrived on site to inspect range. The customer is experiencing an electrical surge sound when heating the oven. The customer informed me it usually happens around 200 degrees. I found no stored error codes. I inspected the main control and all igniters. All fans are running properly. I ran two heat cycles and was unable to hear the sound. I instructed the customer to try to get a video of the sound if possible due to the intermittent nature of the noise. The unit is operating as designed at this time. No gas leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite and repaired the dishwasher using the wiring harness. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair.

Arrived on site to inspect range oven not heating properly. I ran a bake cycle to 350 and found the average oven temperature higher than the set temperature. I put the unit into diagnostics and found inconsistent readings from the temperature sensor. I removed and replaced the temperature sensor and tested. The unit now operates as designed.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is leaking. Upon inspection I found that the leak was coming from the filter housing. I replaced it and ran water though the unit and found that the leak was gone.

Arrived onsite for an ice machine to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I found the system flat and found the suction line very corroded when the drain line at the chassis had been leaking water on it. I replaced the compressor and evaporator. I installed a drier and installed an access valve on the new compressor. I vacuumed the system and it held the vacuum. I went to charge the system and the valve on my R134A bottle had froze up. I tried opening it with pliers and the shaft broke in the tank. Will need to return to charge the system and reassemble the machine. RS for Wed 12/6.; schdld next appmnt for 12/6 WED PM

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher with the lower wash arm making a clicking noise still. The customer stated that after I left the last time it started making the noise again and has done it every cycle since. The customer stated it starts happening right after a normal cycle is started. I started a normal wash cycle and tested the machine. The machine ran normal and sounded normal. After the rinse aid got injected in the cycle and let the machine run about 15 minutes and inspected finding suds to start building up. The arm still was quiet and sounded normal but I suspect that when the customer is using a Cascade complete pod with the rinse aid it is causing to many suds and causing the float to rise and the arm to hit it. I showed the customer how to turn the rinse aid down to minimum and how to lay a butter knife across the float if the noise happens again so the float cannot rise to see if the noise stops. I explained that if this was the issue then they will need to either stop using rinse aid and just use the pods or use the rinse aid on minimum and use a liquid detergent. Call complete.

Arrived onsite and found temps at -7fc and 38 ff. Adjusted temp for freezer to not overwork to meet tolerances. Fans are good and airflow is not obstructed. No further repair needed at this time.

The customer had the unit turned off and advised that it had been making ice and then all of a sudden stopped making ice all together. They advised that the unit wasnt even making a sheet of ice and was leaking. Ran it through diagnostics and found all tests working as designed but found water leaking from the reservoir drain cap. Found the cap not fully seated on the reservoir causing the reservoir to leak pretty consistently as a unit was recirculating water. Fixed the issue and tested the unit. Found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for freezer not cooling. On inspection found that the compressor was not turn on. Replaced the capacitor on the start device from truck inventory(W11631831). The compressor is now starting up and the unit is starting to cool down. Informed the customer that she needs to dedicate a plug for the freezer.

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop middle burner not turning off. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and I plugged it back in and tested. While testing, I found the middle burner cap not seated correctly and once it ignited, it put off a very large flame. I adjusted the cap and retested and the unit is operating as designed. Customer advised that the middle burner ignitor will stay on even when its not in use and they demonstrated and advised that the other burner ignitors are coming on as well. I advised the customer that when starting one burner, all ignitors will arc and once the burners have ignited, they have to turn the valve knob to the H in order for them ignitors to stop arcing and demonstrated. Unit is operating as designed and no gas leaks detected during service. Attempted to contact Safety to report my findings and their office was closed. Will contact following business day."

Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking and door making a noise. Found door vent duct hits bottom panel and caused it to warp. This is causing knocking noise. This has also caused restriction in vent causing it to leak. Ran diagnostics and confirmed no error codes. Plugged in molex M and found, the P5 connector off the control, measuring resistance through the refrigerator and freezer compartment thermistors measuring 3.5 K ohms of resistance. Tested the unit and diagnostics and found all components working and operating as designed. I advise the customer of the issue and told him to call us back if any other issues persist."

Customer said they the unit was loud, I ran the unit in diagnostics mode and the drain pump was very loud. While I was checking the pump out during diagnostics cycle. It dripped water on my arm in the same spot as the rust spot. I looked and found the inner gasket is bad on the unit. Ordering gasket and pump and return the door and handle to install at the same time. Water leaks due to the bad gasket that I think is causing the rust on the door. ; O-emld tckt"

Arrived on site to diagnose washer with loose section. Customer informed me on site that unit seemed to be making some thumping/banging noises. I tested the unit and could not duplicate any kind if failure. I did see evidence of overloading and a couple scraped on the belt cage from unit being overloaded. Advised customer to make sure they are balancing loads and not overloading. No gearcase oil present. No repair needed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for unit not heating. On arrival inspected and found blower /cooling fan was blocked and causing noise. Uninstalled and found blower not installed properly. Secured blower and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete.

The customer stated that the issue is with their fabric softener dispenser as the top piece fell off and he advised that he did not know how to put it back in properly. "Arrived on site to diagnose noisy vent hood. On arrival customer said its noticeable the most on the middle setting (2). We ran the unit for 15 minutes and did not find any kind of noise. Customer showed me a video of the noise, which they also pointed out would lessen when they pushed on the chassis. Noise doesn't appear to be coming from the motor at all. Called tech line, SR7737938556. Tech line advised that noise may be coming from material between the hood and the vent piping. Advised to have builder come out and inspect the vent and ducting and correct any loose material. Left voice-mail for customer informing them to contact the builder to inspect the vent ducting. Cycling the defrost time, I found the compressor would still not start and testing the circuit, found only 20 VAC getting to the compressor. I removed and replaced the defrost timer and tested. The unit resumed normal operation. No water connections to unit."

Arrived on site. Replaced defective fresh food evaporator checked door seal good.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the control panel showing error code F2E1-stuck key, I removed and replaced the panel fascia and tested and the unit is operating as designed with no error codes. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Found the unit how to defrost issue in the freezer section. Gained access to the control. I found the defrost thermistor at 39.5 k ohms (-16?F), the refrigerator thermistor reading 3.97 k ohms (62?F) and her freezer thermistor reading 5.14 k ohms (52?F). I checked the heater and found the heater within range. Spoke to SWN was advised the issue would be with me and Control. I defrost the entire unit and replace the control. Tested the unit and the unit is cooling an operating as designs. I advise the customer to give the unit 24 hours to cool and a call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is leaking when in use. Customer showed me that the water is coming out of the panel, and happened after unit was banging around. Checked unit and found the basket was not fully punched and in need of replacement. Valve is also broken, and back panel dented. Ordering basket, rear panel and valve to resolve. Office to schedule when all parts present. ; ordrng 1 W11486091 (Rear Panel) and 1 W11172199 (Basket)"

Arrived onsite and replaced the top to repair cosmetic damage. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.
