Arrived onsite for LED LIGHTS not working. On inspection the lights in the rc and fc were out. I replaced all of the lights because the new lights are different than the old lights (old lights clear lens new lights white lens). The RC lights start to work. The FC lights did not come on. I checked the door switch and it was good. I started to go back through the lights and the light top left in the fc had the pins come out of the molex and were not making a connection. I tried to get the pins back into the mole- w its no luck. Called WP but since it is out of warranty they would PEX it out. Called informed the customer on what WP said. Arrived on-site for a washer that is still vibrating and is very loud during spin. I found the machine with a load in it when I arrived so the customer could show me what it was doing. When the spin cycle started the machine was vibrating more than normal because the RF leveling leg wasnt down. I set the leg and the vibration was normal. The noise the customer was hearing in the spin cycle was the drain hose tapping the wall. I advised the customer to put a piece of pipe insulation or a piece from a swimming noodle around the hose to prevent this from happening. The machine is working as designed. Call complete.

I tested the bake burner and found it would ignite, but shortly after the flame would go out. I tested the broil and it is operating as designed. I removed the orifice to make sure its the correct size for natural gas and found the orifice engulfed in a grey grease. I found they had done a smaller load and spotted the leaking and ceased use. I discovered the the unit had the static shield setting activated and that setting utilizes the water spray system, regardless of load size and can be a source of leaking. I advised the customer of my findings and demonstrated the issue. I also advised that the machine will remember the last use conditions per cycle and advised to ensure the static setting is off. Arrived onsite for a SW that is leaking. Upon arrival I ran the unit and found that the leak was coming from the upper left corner of the door. Upon further inspection I found that the gasket in that corner was deform allowing water to get parts and run down the door and leak onto the floor. I replaced the gasket and tested the unit and found no leak after running and monitoring the unit for 15mins.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven/microwave combo unit with the microwave not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the microwave stopped heating but the oven operates properly. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F9E0, F2E0, F1E5. Cleared the codes and tested the microwave using my MW tester and found the unit not heating at all (F1E5-inverter failure). The error code F2E0 reports the control panel not connected, which in this case, Ive been able to place t(e unit in diagnostics; therefore, that tells me the panel is reading incorrectly and will need to be replaced. The unit is more than two years old so the F9E0-unit mis-wired error is pointing to the main control. I tested voltage to the unit and got 243V. Also found the cover plates inside the microwave were damaged and will be to be replaced. I advised the customer of my findings. Im ordering the control panel in black stainless, (2) cover plates, inverter, magnetron, main control and microwave control. I tried to find any other entry point for the thermostat, but could not find any on the module. Reassembled everything and had the same results indicating an issue with the new module as well. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Gained access to the elements and checked all elements with the hot surface indicator. Found the left front element the only one causing the hot surface indicator light to turn on. Replaced the left front element and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a range that is tripped the breaker when in use. Upon arrival I ran the unit in back and when it got up to 225? it tripped the breaker. I unplugged the broil element and found no change. After a while off testing the unit through a code for the oven sensor f3e0. I tested the sensor and found that its was showing open and the harness tested good I am ordering the sensor and returning with the harness and control. On 12/12/23; ordrng 1 WPW10181986 (SENSOR)

Arrived on site for washer not spinning or latching . Found one of the suspension rods had failed . Replaced all rods . Ran diagnostics and unit is not latching . Replaced latch . Ran calibration and test wash . All checked normal. No water leaks detected at time of service . Job complete

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises.Upon further inspection, I tested the dryer and found it was loud due to the vent tube not being connected at the back of the unit. Customer advised it came undone when they pulled it out before I arrived. I reattached the tube and retested and the unit is making normal noises. The unit is heating properly as well. I advised the customer that the unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for door flopping open . Found left hand spring had come off hinge . Replaced hinge assembly. Door is functioning properly now . No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

"WRS315SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the ice maker that had been recently replace, stalled in a partial harvest rotation, prior the tray flex. I verified line VAC at the harness connection and upon disconnecting the connector and then re-plugging it, the unit resumed operation and re-centered. I suspect the connector at the ice maker, or the harness within the refrigerator wall, to be the source of the issue. I adjusted the connection pins to rule out a bad connection at that point and the customer will contact us if there are further issues. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for fzr light not working. Ran diagnostics and found door switch is not responding in fzr. Removed fzr shelves. Replaced light switch. Verified operation. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a dryer not starting. I found the push to start switch contacts not closing when it was depressed. I replaced the switch and tested the dryer. The dryer is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect venthood lights not working. Upon further inspection, I found the lights hanging down from the hood (photo). I gained access to the lights by removing the light panel and found the lights not secured by their brackets (photos). I attached the brackets and secured the lights and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

Arrived on site to replace sensor and sensor harness. Replaced both parts and cleared codes. Could not get unit to throw another error and is working properly. Unit working as designed. Repair completed.
