Arrived on-site for a washer that is still vibrating and is very loud during spin. I found the machine with a load in it when I arrived so the customer could show me what it was doing. When the spin cycle started the machine was vibrating more than normal because the RF leveling leg wasnt down. I set the leg and the vibration was normal. The noise the customer was hearing in the spin cycle was the drain hose tapping the wall. I advised the customer to put a piece of pipe insulation or a piece from a swimming noodle around the hose to prevent this from happening. The machine is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop flames orange. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found the tips would burn orange intermittently which is normal. I found a large amount of pipe dope sealer at the regulator and the connection coming out of the wall which is mixing with the gas inside the tubing and causing the intermittent orange tips. Contacted the builder and advised of my findings and advised the orange tips are normal. Builder provided email address for receipt. Unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven not heating. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the broil works fine, but the bake element does not ignite. I tested the bake burner and found it would ignite, but shortly after the flame would go out. I tested the broil and it is operating as designed. I removed the bottom panel and retested the bake burner and it continued to function incorrectly. I removed the burner and inspected and it is good. I removed the orifice to make sure its the correct size for natural gas and found the orifice engulfed in a grey grease. I cleaned the orifice and gas line and re-installed the orifice and retested and unit is operating as designed. Tested the cooktop burners and they are operating as designed. Arrived onsite for a range with the oven not turning on. On arrival the oven would light but the main issue is the burners were never converted to LP and the entire oven compartment and door glass is sooted up. I called claims and was instructed to tell the customer that we will drop of the conversion kit and they will need to get the builder to install it and clean the oven up. Arrived on site to inspect single wall oven. I ran a bake cycle to 350 and found inconsistent readings from the temperature sensor. I tested the bake and broil elements and found them good. I removed and replaced the temperature sensor and tested. The unit now operates as designed.

"WED6150PW0 Arrived to inspect leaking. I found the unit had leaked since the prior service and I discussed use conditions with the customer. I found they had done a smaller load and spotted the leaking and ceased use. I discovered the the unit had the static shield setting activated and that setting utilizes the water spray system, regardless of load size and can be a source of leaking. I advised the customer of my findings and demonstrated the issue. I also advised that the machine will remember the last use conditions per cycle and advised to ensure the static setting is off. The customer understood the issue and will contact if there are further issues. No leaks observed during service."

On arrival verified complaint of no water. Checked filter housing and had no water flowing through. Source is good flow. Then found reservoir is frozen due to bad seal on evap foam cover. Arrived onsite for a SW that is leaking. Upon arrival I ran the unit and found that the leak was coming from the upper left corner of the door. Upon further inspection I found that the gasket in that corner was deform allowing water to get parts and run down the door and leak onto the floor. I replaced the gasket and tested the unit and found no leak after running and monitoring the unit for 15mins.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven/microwave combo unit with the microwave not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the microwave stopped heating but the oven operates properly. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F9E0, F2E0, F1E5. Cleared the codes and tested the microwave using my MW tester and found the unit not heating at all (F1E5-inverter failure). The error code F2E0 reports the control panel not connected, which in this case, Ive been able to place t(e unit in diagnostics; therefore, that tells me the panel is reading incorrectly and will need to be replaced. The unit is more than two years old so the F9E0-unit mis-wired error is pointing to the main control. I tested voltage to the unit and got 243V. Also found the cover plates inside the microwave were damaged and will be to be replaced. I advised the customer of my findings. Im ordering the control panel in black stainless, (2) cover plates, inverter, magnetron, main control and microwave control. "Arrived on site for a range that does not heat the griddle properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit does heat but that it will get to about 150? and then completely shut off. I did confirm the customers complaint and went to replace the module. Found that the new module had a broken thermostat on it. Attempted to replace the old thermostat onto the new module and found that the thermostat was not sitting right. I tried to find any other entry point for the thermostat, but could not find any on the module. Reassembled everything and had the same results indicating an issue with the new module as well. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Gained access to the elements and checked all elements with the hot surface indicator. Found the left front element the only one causing the hot surface indicator light to turn on. Replaced the left front element and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Arrived onsite for a range that is tripped the breaker when in use. Upon arrival I ran the unit in back and when it got up to 225? it tripped the breaker. I unplugged the broil element and found no change. After a while off testing the unit through a code for the oven sensor f3e0. I tested the sensor and found that its was showing open and the harness tested good I am ordering the sensor and returning with the harness and control. On 12/12/23; ordrng 1 WPW10181986 (SENSOR)

"WRS315SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the ice maker that had been recently replace, stalled in a partial harvest rotation, prior the tray flex. I verified line VAC at the harness connection and upon disconnecting the connector and then re-plugging it, the unit resumed operation and re-centered. I suspect the connector at the ice maker, or the harness within the refrigerator wall, to be the source of the issue. I adjusted the connection pins to rule out a bad connection at that point and the customer will contact us if there are further issues. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite for a dryer that is making a intermittent tumbling noise when in use. Upon arrival I found that the customers was not home, we made contact with the customer and found that the unit was replaced."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling again. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the unit low on refrigerant. Gained access to the evaporator and found no evidence of any die at the evaporator. Gained access underneath and found evidence of a leak at the pre-cooler. I want to head and replace the pre-cooler, dryer, and compressor and charge the unit up with 125 psi of nitrogen. Found pressures hold for 30 minutes and vacuum down the unit to -31 psi for another 15 minutes. Found pressures hold. Charge the unit up with 5.3 ounces of R134A. The unit began to cool and operate as designed. Advised the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for gas leak. Test unit and found no gas leak at regulator or unit. Found gas leak coming from wall connection to yellow flex line. Called safety and reported findings. 7737909835

Arrived onsite and found recurring f1e5 error. Inverter error. Installation is delicate and fine furnishings and has a pillar one side which will make 2 man necessary for access and repair. Office to reschedule. ; O-emld tckt

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not preheating smaller oven. Upon closer inspection found spark igniter was not plugged in properly, also noticed bake had yellow tint to it and was never swapped from natural gas to propane. Swapped out correct orifice to propane tested unit, unit is running as intended job completed."

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the fc door and moved all the parts over to the new door. After the new fc door was installed the rc and the fc door were not even. I tried to adjust the door with no luck. I thought the floor was unlevel. I pulled the unit out to see if the doors would even out. They stayed the same. I open the rc door and noticed that the whole door was down 1/2in. There is a piece missing from the bottom of the rc door. ; ordrng 1 WPW10257203 (Door cam)

Arrived on-site for cooktop flames under size. On inspection found 99mm orifice on the big burners. Installed 130mm and was little to large. I then went to 125mm and it seems to be correct size. Builder is going to contact Ferguson plumbing and order 4 125mm orifices for the other burners. The builder or Ferguson will call to setup appointment.
