"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with water in the bottom of the tub. I pressed the cancel button to start the drain pump and I could hear the pump motor but there was no water being drained out of the unit. I checked the disposal for the knockout and found it had been removed. I found the drain hose at the disposal was badly kinked (photo) and the hose was ziptied at the top of the cabinets under the sink. I removed the ziptie and adjusted the drain hose to loosen the kink and retested the unit drain pump and it is draining as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested and unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"WDF331PAMS0 Arrived to inspect noise when starting. The customer described it as a loud, low frequency rumble, when the unit was first started. All functions were present and thee were no error codes. I found the drain tube assembly had been mis-routed and was barely resting upon the motor. When the unit would initially engage and drain, the tube would contact the pump and cause the issue. I was able to correct the routing and secure the drain line, correcting the issue. There were signs of leaking and inspecting the vent, I found it required correction of the gasket and additional sealing, correcting the issue as observed with the outer panel off and a full service test mode. I discussed and advised about detergent type and amount and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop burner not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the front left burner is not working properly. I tested all,burners and found the front right burner not heating properly. I found two burner outs on the inner element (photo). Customer advised that the front left burner is not getting hot enough when the middle element is on. I retested the burner with the cooktop off and found it heating properly. At the customers request, I removed and replaced the burner and retested and the new burner is operating as designed just as the old burner was operating. I explained to the customer how the burner functions and its operating properly. Arrived onsite for a wall oven displaying an F2E0. Upon arrival I found the unit displaying an F9E0 error. I entered diagnostics and found there was an F2E0 stored first and then the F9E0 started appearing. The customer stated they both will show up at different times. I erased the error and power cycled the unit finding the codes coming back. I checked the UI harness and the voltage supply finding the harness connected correctly and the voltage good. I replaced the console and programmed it. I tested the microwave and the oven and the code no longer shows up. Call complete.

Customer advised they installed it themselves and that they know that there was proper water pressure going to the unit but that the unit does not fill with water. I ran into through diagnostics and confirmed an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during the fill) error code. Checked underneath and found the connector piece for the inlet valve and the wire connector detached from the inlet valve itself. I replaced the water valve and tested the unit. "KDTM404ESS3 Arrived to inspect noise. Service test mode had F6E4, F2E1 and F9E4 stored in memory and I cleared for testing. I found the lower spray arm was operating as designed, but would make contact with the float assembly. The sump assembly had been mis-molded and was lower at the right front corner, than the left rear corner, by approximately 4mm. This was enough difference to cause the arm to dip in the float switch area and contact. I replaced the faulty sump and the issue was fully resolved, having approximately 10mm of clearance from the float assembly. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service. During service, the middle rack adjuster on the right side broke and we will cover the cost of the part. Office to order p/n WPW10546503 and contact the customer to arrange return service. ; ordrng 1 WPW10546503 (Rack Adjuster)"

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that there had been a power outage in the neighborhood and when they came to check on the new built home, they found water on the floor in front of the unit and it appeared to have come from the ice dispenser area. They advised the unit had been operating just fine until the power outage. I checked the FC door and found the ice bin sitting on the inside and full of ice. Customer advised it was full before as well. I advised the customer that due to the outage, the ice in the bin melted and leaked out through the ice dispenser and onto the floor. I found the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service and no repairs needed at this time, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine with constant water in the bin. Upon further inspection, I found the unit connected to an RO system tank and filters along with a filter in the unit. I found the ice being made is wet and melting quickly. I advised the customer that due to the RO system and all of the filters, all of the minerals are being filtered out of the water which is causing the ice being made to melt faster. I recommended they remove the unit off of the RO system and connect it directly into the main water line. While servicing, the unit made a good slab of ice and I found when the reservoir was filling, the water flow from the valve was very slow. When the customer turned the water dispenser on at the sink, the water flow to the ice machine dropped tremendously. Again, I recommended they remove the unit from the RO system and connect to the main line. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for burner not igniting correctly. On inspection it took serval seconds for the burner to ignite. I adjusted the burner and now it ignites in 1 to 2 seconds. During adjusting the burner the front right burner the simmer was going out when turn to low and when I tried to adjust the flame it did not change the flame. Then when you turn the burner back up as the high flame would only ignite on half of the burner head. You had to turn the knob a little more for the burner to ignite all the way. Arrived on site to inspect gas range. The customer was preheating the oven and smelled a burning smell. He found a black substance inside on the bottom oven panel. I inspected the bottom panel. The black substance looks like something plastic or rubber that melted. I found nothing missing in the oven cavity or door. The door gasket is in perfect shape. Something foreign must have been inside the oven. I was unable to remove the black substance it has stained the metal. I am ordering the bottom panel to resolve. This could be a logic glitch so I replaced the control and will have the customer monitor the unit.
