"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit is leaking water from the middle of the door at the bottom of the door. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. While testing, I found a large amount of suds in the tub (photo). I removed the outer door panel to observe the reservoir and found the suds pushing the water over the reservoir (photo). I advanced through testing and found the dispenser, drain pump,and element all are operating as designed. I made recommendation for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use (water softener system). I made recommendations for cleaning as well. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. On inspection the rc was 45? set at 35? the fc was 13? set at 0?. Customer said that there was frost on the back fc evap cover. She pulled the power and defrosted the unit for 24hrs. I gain access to the fc evap and checked the heater and it was on and hot. Checked the thermistor and it 6.3k 43? shoot pipe the thermistor was on in it was 45?, thermistor was good. I then noticed that the fan had not been on the whole time I was checking the components out. The fan finally came on after 30 mins. I then checked the condenser and it was 100% clogged, clean it out and told customer that the condenser being clogged can cause the issue she is having. She is going to give it a few days to see if is working correctly. No water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I found a large hole in the wall to the left of the unit (photo). Customer advised the unit got off balance and caused the hole. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I tilted the unit back and inspected underneath and found no issues. I found service pointer W11684122 and inspected the basket to make sure the holes were punched through and found most of the holes had not been punched through (photos). I pushed down on the tub assembly and it came right back up but had a slight pull to the front right. I advised the customer of my findings and per the service pointer, I am ordering the basket and office to schedule return service. Returning tech to replace the basket AND suspension rods. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and softener use due to having a water softener system. No leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11172199 (Basket)"

Found the center million at 52.2?F. I unplugged the condenser fan and found The center Moen starting to heat up, indicating a good system. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Adrian SR# He advised that it was a known issue and the fix was to install two small foam gaskets around the upper gasket on the freezer door. He gave me he part number for the said parts and advised that if that didnt work, we would have to replace the door. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has frost buildup in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. Found a spot on the evaporator cover that had a slight frost on it. Removed the evaporator cover, and did not find any evidence of a defrost issue. Did advise the customer that the issue was most likely either with a door being opened or warm food being put in the freezer section that caused excess steam buildup in that area. The customer advised he wasnt sure about the warm foods causing steam just because the frost has been there for two or three months already. It has not affected their temperatures at all, but he just wanted to make sure that it was OK since he was running out of warranty. I did it was a customer that everything is OK and did steam off the excess frost. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Upon entry, found the freezer section sitting at 2?F in the refrigerator section sitting at 38?F. Checked the evaporator and found a good frost pattern across the entire evaporator. Spoke to SW and was advised to proceed forward with the sealed system repair. I replace the compressor, dryer, and access valve and pressurize the system with nitrogen. Found no pressure drops. Vacuumed down the unit to -30 psi in profound pressures. Hold for 15 minutes. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not working. Upon further inspection, I attempted to test the unit and it failed. I removed the back cover and tested voltage at the block and found 243V. Tested the element, cutoffs, thermal fuse and found the fuse bad. Removed and replaced the fuse and retested and unit is operating as designed. Using my vent test kit, I tested airflow to t(e unit and found two out of three tests failed. The only test that passed was with the vent tube disconnected from the back of the unit. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended they contact maintenance and have he vents checked/cleaned. No lint observed within the unit, job completed."

He advised that the touch up paint is the only repair that could be made and that if the customer did not want the touch up paint, they would have to contact customer service.
