I disassembled the unit to find the drive belt had been rubbing on the tension pulley and the drum seal was overlapped. Using a tension pulley (WP691366) and belt (341241) from my van stock, I removed and replaced both and adjusted the rear drum seal and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. "On arrival confirmed water damage to floor. Floor is buckled. Customer signed water waiver. Checked unit and found no internal leaking from filter housing or ice maker, no frost or defrost issues, checked under unit and had a lot of dust but no water marks or signs of damage. Water is not coming from the unit. Pictures attached from under the unit. Collected service call job complete unit working as designed."

"Arrived to inspect power loss. The customer advised the issue was intermittent, but has increased in frequency greatly, in the last few weeks. Service mode showed F6E4 stored and I cleared for service and testing. I found during service test mode operations, if the microwave door was opened, it would trigger, but not save, an F4E1. After triggered, the unit would not run any accessible tests. Further inspection revealed the lower spacers on each side of the frame had been removed, causing the unit to sit on the lower air guide (not designed or the units weight) and also the lower front vent. This was causing the machine to lean backwards and had damaged the microwave interlocks, creating odd errors. The lower metal trim for the vent area was missing as well. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that the panel will not respond correctly on. The customer stated the machine had stopped working and was displaying a code but after a few days it started working again. I found a stored F8E4 error code. I found no water leaks on the machine while running diagnostics. I went over detergent and rinse aid use with the customer and showed them how to adjust the rinse aid dosage on the control. "Dance out for a refrigerator that is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. Found the unit completely dead upon arrival. The customer advised that there soon as the unit is plugged in, it tripped the breaker. Checked all wiring for any grounded, wires or failed components. Cannot find any. I took off the ground wire off the power plug from the unit and plug the unit in. Found the unit working and operating as designed without tripping the breaker. I called Whirlpool tech line and spoke to Ed SR# 7738116047. Advised that the only two things that would cause the unit to do that would be the control or with the GFCI breaker. Advised that since the ground wire was removed from the backside of the cabinet that they could not be with the control as they would still trip the breaker and that as long as the unit is working right now, the issue is fine. Advised if issue comes back, the customer will need to update their refrigerator to a standard outlet. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

I was able to remove the filter and upon inspection, found the door in serviceable condition and reinstalled. The ice maker had stopped production and upon inspection, I found it had fractured and popped out of place. I removed and replaced the ice maker and the unit regained all normal functions. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for a dryer. That is not heating again. Inspected unit and work area. Check voltage to the unit and found proper voltage. Did verify the no heat coming from the dryer when the unit was on a time dry cycle. Checked all heating components and found the thermal cut off open again. Check the heater and found no continuity between any of the heater windings and the chassis indicating a good circuit. Check the operating thermostat and found it working an operating as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Ed SR# 7738108120. He had me measure operating temperatures on the exhaust and determine that because the unit was cycling properly that the issue would have to be with the customer loading or with the venting system throughout the home. Advised the customer of Tech lines findings and the unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete.

"WZF34X20DW05 Arrived for cooling issues. The customer had experienced a partial thawing of items within the freezer. I found the cabinet at just below freezing, but the high side tubing was quite warm. After exposing the evaporator, I found the sound of the refrigerant traveling through the lines was intermittent, showing poor refrigerant movement in the system. Office to order the compressor, service port and dryer and the the evaporator will be added, in case of need. Arrived on site for previously diagnosed door switch needing to be installed in fridge. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue and installed part. Found full functionality restored. Call complete

On arrival verified complaint of melting ice in bin. Found temp was 17 degrees. And RC temp was 41. Ran test 3 and heard either evap fan or damper are knocking. Ice box fan and thermistor pass. Ordering both. Rescheduled for 01/01; ordrng 1 W11578030 (Evap fan motor) and 1 WPW10479155 (Damper)

Arrived onsite for a cooktop with bezel issues. I found the bezels loose and not attached to the cooktop. I replaced the loose bezels. I found no heat issue that caused this. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not getting to temp. Replaced sensor test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for humming noise coming from unit, noise goes away when door is pressed. Upon closer inspection found loose screw on bottom panel causing slight vibration tightened screw and got rid of vibration,. Tested unit, unit is running as intended. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for vent hood not able to power the fan off. On inspection found that the off button for the fan was pushed all the back behind the vent hood and would not release. Removed the old control board and was installing the new one. I plugged the unit in to see which button was the lights and which ones were the fan button. Went to install the controller and shorted it out on the vent hood. Ordering another controller switch to return with. ; ordrng 1 W10851619 (Motor control)

"Arrived on site to inspect washer dispenser holding water. Upon further inspection , the customer advised the fabric softener dispenser is holding water. Raised the lid to inspect and found a small amount of water in the dispenser reservoir and also found some old softener as well. I raised the top panel to gain access to the dispenser and found the port where the water flows out into the basket had old softener debris inside (photo). Using a Qtip, I attempted to clear the debris but was unable to get all of it out. Also found the Load & Go dispenser is leaking detergent. When I went to pull the unit out further p, I found a small amount of water on the floor at the front left corner. I found that when the softener dispenser is dispensing into the basket, its spraying out and running down the inside of the side panels and onto the floor due to the build up of softener in the dispenser. I advised the customer of my findings and they advised they have a water softener system. I am ordering the faucet switch assembly and UI fascia and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and scheduled return service for 01/01/24 (KC). I will return with prescreened parts. No water leaks observed at the end of service and I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and softener use.; ordrng 1 W11569112 (Faucet switch assembly) and 1 W11478525 (UI fascia) and 1 CNOTE (LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST)"

Arrived onsite for a cooktop to replace the previous diagnosed parts recommended by techline. I replaced the orifice holder and the burner caps. I tested the center burner and it improved it a lot but if the gas is set in just the right position which is just a little higher than simmer it will make the puff sound occasionally. The customer is happy with the way it is performing now and agrees its a lot better than before. Call complete.
