Upon closer inspection was able to preheat oven to 350 with no issues, customer stated issue typically happened during preheat cycle. Informed customer of ongoing issues with GFCI, AFCI breakers and showed service pointer regarding issue. Recommend having contractor change out faulty breaker with properly functioning breaker. "E32AR85PQSE Arrived to inspect cooling issue. I found the slightest frost pattern at the capillary tube entrance into the cabinet and up to, and including approximately two inches of evaporator, cap tube receiving tubing. There was not enough frost/cooling to create an ice ball. Thermography reveled the compressor in the low 100s and the condenser was just slightly elevated above room temperature, much too cool on both accounts to create cooling. The compressor was drawing 0.22 amps during run and would only draw 4.68 amps during short-cycled start attempts. The compressor did attempt to start three times, an indicator of the presence of some gas within the system. Additionally, thermography then revealed within the first few minutes of compressor reengagement, there was appreciable heat within the discharge and condenser, and the amp draw was near double. Suspecting a leak within the system, I tapped both high and low sides and found 86 psi on the high and 16 of vacuum on the low, leading to a high likelihood of a very slow leak. I removed and replaced the evaporator, compressor, dye drier and service port. Ensuring vacuum made it below 500 microns and held for additional time, I charged with the MFG specified refrigerant charge and tested. The unit began cooling and operated as designed. No water connections to unit."

Arrived on site for dryer leaking to much water when steam feature was used. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found valve ohming at 1.5k and slightly leaking. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that had a basket pull away from the cabinet. Inspected unit and work area. Found one of the suspension rods had broken and fell. The customer advised that randomly the unit will start going off balance, and will start banging really loudly. Looked through ServiceMatters and found a service pointer that deals with this issue (W11684122). Verified the customers, model and serial numbers matched the range within the service pointer and checked the basket. Found the holes on the inside of the basket had not been fully punched through. Per the service pointer we will need to order the new basket for repair. Ordering the basket and will return with a couple extra parts. Arrived onsite for washer not filling up with water. On inspection I ran the unit on heavy cycle and during the agitation cycle the unit did not lock the lid due the cycle. Installed a new control board and retested the unit it now locks the lid in agate cycle. Informed the customer that the unit does not fill up like the old washer did. She is loading the washer 90% full to the top. Told customer about 2/3 of the way up on the top is as high as you want to go. Arrived onsite for a wall oven that keeps beeping and giving a power failure message. On arrival I found the UI power button not responding. I checked for correct voltage at the UI and found it good. I found the connector on the left side of the chassis not snapped all the way in. I snapped the connector closed and powered the oven. I found a stored F6E0 UI lost communications error code. I deleted the code and tested all functions of the oven and microwave. All are working as designed. The unit is connected to WiFi. I explained to the customer to monitor the unit and if it continues to happen we would need to replace the console. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for a laundry center that is have water temp issues. Upon arrival I checked that the hoses where connected to the correct valve (hot water tap to hot water valve and cold water tap to cold water valve) and found that they where connected correctly. I then removed the hot water hose from the unit and turned the tap on and found hood water flow but the water would,not get hot it would get some water warm but then it gets cold again. This continued to happen no matter how long the hot water ran. I did the same with the cold water and it stayed cold which is normal. I advised the customer that This issue is a plumbing issue."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit did not tripped the breaker and that the tripping of the breaker happened back in October, but has not done it since. Why they called was because the icemaker stopped working for 2 to 3 days and they had ice and products melting in the freezer section for a day. She advised that she was sure that nothing I was keeping the door open and that the unit just did it itself. Found proper temperatures in the fridge and freezer section and found the ice container completely full. She advised the unit has been working for the past five days and has not had any issue. Found no evidence of a defrost issue in the freezer section. I called whirlpool techline and spoke to Rich SR# 7738154824. he advised that because the unit has returned to normal and this hasnt happened before, he advised that he believes the issue was with the door not being closed properly and that with the unit completely running properly, there is nothing to check. After further inspection I found condenser coils dirty, compressor area had signs of water/rust build up from low side return line of compressor, and air gaps in sealed drain line next to compressor. Cleared coil, and ran ice maker tests. Found no errors and ice maker harvested as designed with no leaks during fill. Found correct fill levels. Found both coils frosting over evenly but fc evap fan motor would never turn on in normal operation or diagnostics with a stable power supply at fc harness. Also found dispenser auger shaft missing for dispenser function. Rescheduled customer for 01/10/24 to complete repairs with new fc motor, hv control, shaft, and silicone. "WED5100HC3 Arrived to inspect noise. I found the water valve for steam equipped dryers had the original cover for the valve assembly still in place. Most of the time, the metal plate is stuck down to the rear cover due to the painting process, but this one was not and it was less than a mm away from the other metal. Any vibration caused the two pieces to contact and make the noise. I bent the plate slightly and then used aluminum insulative tape to secure the metal. Testing on no heat and all the way through high heat showed the issue was resolved. Operational test good."

"KRFF507HPS03Arrived to inspect cooling issue. Upon arrival, the unit was set to the coolest setting and had been set line the for several days. The customer advised they have had very minimal ice production and certain frozen foods have not been frozen solid. I found minimal heating at the condenser and the return was just above room temperature. I disassembled the FC to access the evaporator and the refrigerant could then be heard to flow after just a few moments. After the flow resumed, I tested pressures and found them normal. I evacuated the system and then performed an extended vacuum. The unit was able to be vacuumed below 500 microns and it then held the vacuum for an additional 15 minutes, prior to charging. The sealed system started working as designed and I found the high side heat of the system within normal, expected ranges. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived onsite for a washer that is not drying properly. Upon arrival I installed the drain pump trap and found that it was fulfilled with pet hair causing the issue. Upon further inspection I found a over suds code stored which I advised the customer on detergent use to keep that from happening, I ran the unit in quick wash cycle and found that unit op as designed. sr#7737777320"

Arrived onsite for washer making a metal to metal sound. On inspection ran diagnostics and heard no noise. I ran drain and spin there was slight noise when it switched between agitate and spin. I installed a new clutch and slider. calibrated the unit and ran diagnostics cycle. No water leaks detected during service.

When I cleared the code, another error code appeared F1E1-AM failure. I pulled the unit out and removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed."
