"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon further , I tested temp,sin the FC= -1 degrees. I removed the ice maker cover and found the IM tray damaged and ice in the fill tube. I removed the ice maker and using my steamer, I removed the ice from the fill tube. Installed a new ice maker and tested and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to replace board and interior light. Replaced both parts test unit by heating water for 1:30 minutes and 2:00 minutes and unit test good job complete.

"GSS25GSHBCSS Arrived to inspect no dispensing of ice. Upon initial inspection, I found the dispenser motor and solenoid had frozen, similarly to the prior service. I was able to get the ice maker to complete a harvest and fill cycle and found no issues with the amount of water dispensed into the ice maker. Further inspection revealed a large area at the bottom of the FC door, along the mullion that was gapped. Using a flashlight within the chamber, I could see an area four inches in length by 1/4 gapped. The area was allowing a large amount of air to circulate through the system, causing condensate to gather and then freeze within the FC chamber and resulting in the dispenser assembly seizure. I was able to re-form the mullion and then seal to prevent air movement and moisture incursion into the cabinet. I advised the customer of my findings and that there are few, if any, options to attempt further repair, if the door/gasket continues to not be able to conform to and seal along the mullion side. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite to install previously ordered parts. Upon arrival I I checked the wave guide and found that it was not damaged. I then replaced the filter board and the transformer and tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed

On arrival verified complaint of unit shutting down 10 minutes in and has to fully cool down before customer can start it back up. Replaced all fuses and thermistors as all checked good but still one of them is causing the failure. Job complete operational test is good.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking water inside of the washer when it is not in use and is also turning itself on randomly. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error code. I did confirm that the inlet water valve on the hot side was leaking water very slowly. I replaced both the inlet water valve and the control panel and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

I did find the water circulating over the evaporator but not frost patter/no ice forming. I am ordering the compressor kit, evaporator, NON-UV drier, access valve and CNOTE-3 HOUR JOB. Unit was left turned off and the door left open to prevent mold from building up. Installed new motor & fan blade. Test the unit and the noise does appear any more. The unit is operating as designed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the deli drawer hard to slide. The customer showed me the deli drawer and it had come out of the rails on the shelf and they could not get it back in the rails. I removed the shelf and showed the customer how to put the drawer in the shelf rails with it on the counter. I installed the drawer and shelf back in the refrigerator. I tested the drawers and they work as designed. I showed the customer how to lift the deli drawer to release it from the stop before pushing the drawer in to prevent this from happening. Arrived on site to test unit for unit making loud noise when starting. Test unit and found bad drain pump. Replaced drain pump test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator making a noise. On inspection the video the customer showed me sound like the compressor. I checked the FC and found no ice buildup and the fc was 0?. I went the back of the unit and took the plate off and the compressor was a little louder then normal the Temperature was 110?. The noise never showed during the service call. Told the customer to keep an eye on the rc side and if it is getting warm to call us. No water leak detected during service.

She advised that she has had this happen several times where she has had to turn off and turn back on the icemaker for the icemaker to work. However, recently, she has been experiencing no ice production at all. I did confirm very little ice in the ice container and went ahead and replaced the icemaker. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher with the door falling open. I found the sound barrier insulation had gotten in the right door hinge spring causing the spring to release from the cam. I corrected the insulation and attached the spring back on the cam. I tested the door and found it working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for wall oven that showed f5e1 in diagnostics and burnt up on the upper inside oven cavity and door. I removed the filter and ran a bypass and tested the Dispense and found proper water flow returned. I asked the customer if they had a water filter on the home and they did and I advised them that the can run the unit without the filter and the customer put in their bypass. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the FC not cooling correctly. The customer stated she turned the icemaker off. I found a bunch of frost build up on the left side of the FC. Frost was on the side of the icemaker, the left side of the liner, and on the evaporator cover. The customer stated it had started cooling again. I found the door not closing correctly and causing a gap in the gasket on the left side. I corrected the door and rails so the gasket would seal. I tested the FC temp and it went down into the single digits and the sealed system components were still running. I turned the icemaker back on. I found the mullion sweating and dripping water on the FC gasket and dripping on the floor. I showed the customer how to turn the moisture control on to prevent this from happening. I explained to the customer the noise they had been hearing was probably frost had gotten in the fan but it had cleared itself. I explained to the customer to watch the door and make sure it closes all the way and explained the frost would get removed by the evaporator. All is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking at the door handle and not draining. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a photo of the water at the door handle on the right side (photo). I removed the outer door panel and found where the gasket to the vent has been leaking water (photo) and dry water stains on the inner door panel (photos). I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E2-drain pump failure. I cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed except for the drain pump. The drain pump struggled to turn on, but once it came on it drained the water from the unit. I removed and replaced the drain pump and vent and found the left hinge friction pad laying on the floor under the unit. I advised the customer that I would have to order the friction pads and recommended they perform a wash cycle and see if it leaks at the door handle again. I did find some old water stains on the door gasket and will return with the gasket. I am ordering the friction pads and main control and CNOTE-LSO and scheduled return service for 03/02/24 (KC). On arrival verified complaint of smell. Unable to smell anything in the unit. Verified dispenser is set correctly as customer as a water softener. Customer is already using affresh. "Arrived onsite for dishwasher with a burning smell. On inspection I took bottom plate and I when I took the over flow float off it came disconnected. I was looking for burnt wires underneath the unit, found none. I then was looked in the dishwasher found no evidence of plastic burning onto the heating element. Ran unit in diagnostics mode and there were no error messages. I hooked the overflow float back up and informed the customer I did not find any issues at this time. Customer will call if the issue continues. No water leaks detected during service."

Arrived on site for a microwave that has no power. Inspected unit and worked area. The customer advised that they werent using it and one morning they just came out to the microwave being unresponsive acting like it was unplugged. They said that this did not happen during any part of the operation of the unit. I checked all door switches and found them within range. I checked Ohio State components and could not find any issues. I replaced the thermal fuse and tested the unit several times. Found the unit working an operating as designed. Call complete.

On arrival verified complaint of blower making everything oily. Confirmed unit is fully functioning and blower is working correctly. Found install issue. Blower damper in cabinet is blocking air flow out causing unit to force air out the front instead of upwards. Unit working as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice again. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit made two batches of ice, but then stopped making ice again. He advised that he still here is the unit attempting to fill, but is not actually making ice. I checked the fill tube and found the fill tube frozen. Remove the excess ice and went to go check the heater. I found that the heater connector was not fully inserted. I fixed the connection and tested the unit. Found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for washer not working error code F5E2. On inspection found the error in memory, I stated the unit in diagnostics cycle and passed. I stepped through the component test every thing passed. I could not get the unit to fail, I gave the customer a magnet so she can call us if or when it fails. The unit is operating as designed. No water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for leaking water from front door. Upon closer inspection found seal looked fine, but while inspecting gasket noticed damage to front of tub about halfway up on both sides. While running unit through test cycle found a few droplets of water almost to the mid point of door. Opened door to confirm no visible issues, seal and vent look fine no water damage to door insulation or kick plate insulation. Confirmed with customer that there where anchor points while testing previously, the anchor points in tub could have been causing door separation and allow unit to leak. Customer also confirmed unit had not been ran since original problem was found. Raised legs so unit sat better and didnt wobble. No leaks present at this time. Arrived onsite to test washing machine following. Small leak from underneath. Determined leak occured from rinse splatter on off balance load. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed without leaking.

Arrived on site to test unit for F1E1 error. Found shorted console. Replaced console test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I found the FC at 14 degrees when I arrived and it went up to 16 degrees then the compressor came on. I watched it drop to 0 degrees and took a photo of the temp. The refrigerant flow was perfect and I found no issues with the compressor. I replaced the control and RC thermistor because of the differential swing. The refrigerator is working as designed. Call complete.

Upon closer inspection found the upper rack has been damaged allowing upper rack to drop from right side of cavity will need to order wheel tub, and track stop and return. Arrived on site to inspect unit for leaking from back of unit opposite of the drain hose. Upon closer inspection ran unit through 4 diagnostic cycles watched the valve inspected drain all hoses could not replicate leak. Did visibility see water trapped in one of the legs but no moisture leading towards back left leg. Suspect bad seal on tub ring due to location of leak and explanation from customer. Replaced tub ring ran another cycle. No leaks present at this time. Job complete.
