"Arrived on site to inspect washer that wont stop filling. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the washer would not stop filling and they had to run a drain and spin cycle to get it to drain and the water continued to fill. Customer advised that they turned the water off and unplugged it. I plugged the unit in and turned the water back on and placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. I continued with testing and the units hot water valve failed. I removed and replaced the valve and calibrated the unit and tested and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"WFG550S0LZ1 Arrived to inspect heating issue. The customer advised the unit would intermittently not heat and sometimes would preheat, but cool too much. I found the unit having difficulties igniting, and when it did ignite, the flame had a very loud, blow torch sound, denoting an incorrectly set air shutter. Inspection of the air shutter revealed it was all the way open, the setting for high altitude use, and I correctly set the air shutter for optimal combustion at the local altitude. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service."

I did find that the serial number attached was correct. Attempted to jump the icemaker and found that the icemaker motor would not turn even though proper voltage was being supplied. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothing. Upon further inspection, I tested the airflow to the unit with my vent test kit and the unit passed (photo). I tested the unit on timed dry with high heat and the element failed to come on. I disassembled,bled the unit and removed the element to find the coil was broken. Also found lint inside the unit (before photo). I replaced the element and cleaned the roller axles and tension pulley axle and found the drive belt is beginning to badly fray. Using a belt from my van stock from a dryer repair kit (661570V-belt/repair kit-4392067), I replaced the old belt and vacuumed the lint from the unit (after photo) and reassembled the unit. Retested and the unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

I removed and replaced the drier and service port and vacuumed the system. Holding 340 microns for an additional 15 minutes, I charged with the MFG calculated charge of 6oz and tested. The unit produced a frost pattern and started cooling as designed. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer error code. Upon further inspection, I found the unit stacked and I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F6E3-ACU not hearing MCU. Cleared the code and continued with testing. I found that the hot water valve at the wall was not turned on and the unit failed to spin. I, along with maintenance staff, unstacked the dryer from the washer and I removed the top panel and tested the motor and found it within ohms range. I removed and replaced the main control (ACU) and retested and unit is operating as designed. Maintenance staff assisted in restocking the units and I placed the units back in their space and retested. Unit continues to operate as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is making a grinding noise. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise. The unit will run fine for the first half the wash cycle and then they will make the noise. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through two diagnostic cycles and could not get the machine to replicate any abnormal noises. I did advise the customer that he did have a few things that were impeding the spray arms, and that couldve been causing an abnormal rubbing and grinding sound. Other than that, I did tell him that there was nothing I could fine within the dishwasher that would be causing this issue. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the tenant provided a video of the noise which sounded like the cam grinding. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E1-basket speed fault. Cleared the code and manually tested the spin mode and found the motor comes on but the basket doesnt spin. I tilted the unit back and found the belt not on the pulleys and the pulley shield damaged. Removed the shield and found the cam pulley nut loose. I removed the cam pulley and found the cam teeth badly stripped due to the pulley nut being loose and the pulley not making good contact with the cam. I removed and replaced the cam assembly and belt and reassembled the unit and calibrated the unit. Placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use to the tenant. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

It was assumed the smell was coming from the water heater. After a visit from the gas company the gas company had stated the dryer, across the hall, was leaking after a pressure test. "Arrived onsite for washer making a noise. On inspection ran diagnostic cycle and when got to spin cycle there was a plaster on metal grinding noise. Gain access to the bottom of the unit and found an off white dust. Pulled the pulley cover and the clutch and found that the plastic gear were rounded off. Installed a new clutch and now the unit is working as designed. The noise is gone, no water leaks detected during service."

"WRT138FFDB01 Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the issue was the unit would trip the breaker, shortly after plugging in, when the compressor would attempt to start. I replaced the start device and tested. The unit ran as expected and did not re-trip the breaker during the rest of the service call. After several minutes of run time, the compressor was drawing .62 amps and the unit began cooling. No leaks observed during service."
