Ran vent test and test is poor for electric dryers. Removed hose and test passed. Test unit by using a load of damp towels. Unit began at 1:19 and the went up to 1:22 and is sensing.after a couple of minutes, Then began counting down every second all the way down. Unit never switched from sensing to drying. Then error message appeared for lint to be cleaned. Disconnected vent hose and test unit. Unit lasted a few minutes longer then repeated issues occurred. Need to replace control. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that does not have spray arms moving. Inspected unit and work area. The customer at the unit disconnected from power, but stated that when they went to look for the model and serial numbers, and they accidentally pulled out the electrical cord from the dishwasher. They did advise that they have the breaker tripped in the meantime, but need to get that reconnected. I reconnected the hot, neutral, and ground wires to the unit using wire caps. Turned the unit on and found the unit of power up. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Around the unit through an auto test the unit began to work and operate as designed. I tested the unit running through multiple checks and was unable to get the unit to replicate any issues. I did it by the customer to keep an eye on the Internet and call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

The customer want to cook a little hotter I calibrated the oven for 20?. Should customer how to calibrate the unit.

Arrived onsite for a washer thats not powering on. I found the cold side of the valve assembly cracked and water sprayed on the control and caused it to fail. "Arrived on site for Tripps breaker and makes loud rattling sound when operating. Upon arrival, customer states that unit trips breaker sometimes immediately and sometimes after several minutes. Ran diagnostics test and there are no saved error codes. Checked polarity and got 125 from each leg to neutral Test unit on timed dry with high heat and air only. Unit Tripps breaker anywhere after 8 minutes to 12 minutes. Contacted SW for assistance. Test polarity and get L1-125, L2-125, L1-L2 251. Voltage is a little higher than normal. Test amp draw when heater energizes and de energizes and get L1 26; then 6, L2 17, 0 amps, Neutral 3.6,/4 amps. Recommended replacing control. Replaced control W11378949. Test unit and still Tripps around 10 minute mark. Contacted techline for assistance. Spoke with Curt. Explained all the test that were done and replacement of main control. Unit is on a SQUARE D 30 amp arc fault GFCI breaker. TECH explained that this is a breaker tripping nuisance and gave service pointer W11525530. SR# 7738514180. Contacted SAFTEY tea and spoke with Mari. Notes were taken. MfrRef # 7738463535. It is deemed that the unit is operating as designed and issues are related to the breaker. "Arrest onsite for ui not responding. On inspection I found that the normal setting does not work, this is the third console that as been installed in the dishwasher. I checked and fixed the gasket on the vent trying and keep the moisture out of the ui. "WDT750SAKZ0 Arrived to inspect error code. I found F8E4, F9E2 and F10E2 stored in memory and cleared for testing. The unit would not complete service test mode and I found the float switch connector was not making full contact. I removed the connector and disassembled, reconnecting the internal contacts and effectively repairing the harness. The unit began normal operation and all functions were present. During the drain phase, a loud rattle occurred and I removed and replaced the drain pump. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not completing cycles intermittently. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that normal clothes seem to work just fine but that when she washes bigger towels or bulkier loads, sometimes the unit does not spin out the clothes and shes having a ring out the clothes. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E2 (over-suds) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. Checked the basket and found it mounted properly. I checked underneath and could not find any issues with the motor, belt, or a drive pulley. I tested the unit several times and could not find an issue with the machine. I did explain to the customer that the most common issues with not spitting out the cycles would either have indicated some sort of error message like the oversuds, but the only other thing that can cause that would be off-balance loading issues. went over loading procedures and the unit is working and operating as designed. "WTW4957PW0 Arrived to inspect spinning issue. I found the unit had no error codes and operated within service test mode. Inspection revealed the spin basket very near the inner front of the cabinet. I corrected the issue and retested, finding the prior contact with the cabinet was resolved. There were three basket holes that were not fully punched, and I was able to correct two. "Arrived on site to inspect washer lid locked. Upon further inspection, I found the lid unlocked and the customer advised that they had turned the unit on and walked away and when they returned the lid was unlocked and they were able to remove their clothing from the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error code and found F7E8-motor drive module over temp. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed until spin mode and it began to make a knocking noise. I stopped testing and tilted the unit back to find the rotor bolt loose (photo) and gearcase oil on the rotor, harness shield and once I removed the rotor, I found oil on the slider (photos). I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering the gearcase, clutch and slider and scheduled return service for 02/29/24. Returning tech to replace the gearcase, clutch and slider. "Arrived onsite for a laundry center with the dryer working but the washer will not power on. I found the unit unplugged on arrival. I had correct voltage at the wall outlet. I powered the unit up and the drain pump started running with no water in the tub. I found the unit in a flood state. I explained to maintenance that with the drain pump powered on the control would not respond. I changed the control and tested the washer in diagnostics. Now the washer will not fill with neither hot or cold water but it goes thru the rest of the diagnostics cycle properly. I had no other parts so I didnt trouble shoot any further. On inspection the left front burner the gas comes out on the left side of the burner and it is ignited on the right front side the gas has to run around the burner to ignite. Tried to,get the igniter to spark on the left side consistently with no luck. The right front simmer flames are different shapes and sizes I adjust the gas to change the shape with no luck. Ordering an igniter and a dual burner head. No gas leaks detected during service. ; ordrng 1 W11580024 (Ignitor) and 1 W11344539 (Dual burner)"

"Arrived on site for dishwasher not completing cycles. Upon arrival found water in drip pan. Found dishwasher leaning forward heavily causing water to flow from under door and into pan. Arrived onsite and found unit operating with broken center knob. Advised customer on other burner concerns. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on findings. Advised they could contact whirlpool customer care and request a knob.

Arrived on site for not making ice. Upon arrival inspected unit and found ice container is empty. Inspected icemaker and ice mold has no ice or water. Ram diagnostics to test icemaker. Icemaker harvest correctly. Ran water fill test. Valve energizes but icemaker not filling. Found styrofoam blocking water inlet to icemaker. Cleared debris and test unit. Icemaker is now filling correctly. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived onsite from washer making a noise. On inspection but unit in diagnostic cycle and it completely the cycle with no issues. I did notice the tub was a little wobbly. I flipped the unit up and found that the bolt that held the rotor on had backed out. I then noticed that there was oil all over the sides of the unit. I popped the rotor off and found oil in the rotor. I installed a new gearcase,rotor,clutch and slider. Ran calibrated the unit and ran diagnostics cycle again with out any issues. No water leaks were detected during service."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they had some off-balance issues with a particular load and that she has not been able to replicate it since she first called in about it. She just wanted to know if it was normal for the machine to do this, because after the load couldnt finish, she advised that the machine would not start a new cycle. I did advise the customer that the machine can act a little funky after a balance load, and that the best way to fix that is by unplugging the unit for a four minute prior to trying to start any other load. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test, and the unit ran as designed. I checked the suspension and the hub assembly and found everything showing that they were good. Did advise the customer against bulkier items such as pillows, rugs, blankets, etc. as they will have more issues with off-balance loads. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"GSS25GSHBCSS Arrived to inspect no ice and overflowing. I found signs within the ice bin, auger drive assembly and within the ice chute of overflow of water and ice. Having the valve and ice maker recently replaced, I determined the fill tube had a ridge at the lower end, causing water too pool, freeze and then fall into the fill chute, plugging and overflowing the system. I removed the excessive plastic from the fill tube and manually tested the valve, verifying the issue was resolved. After departing, the customer called and advised the ice dispenser auger had stopped turning and due to prior ice removed from the connector, the pins will need to be adjusted upon return. No leaks observed during service. ; O-emld tckt"

"On arrival verified complaint of no heat then no power. Ran checks on power. Voltage is correct and polarity. Checked fuses and all are good. Ran voltage check at board getting volts but no power. Replaced main board. Ran cycle and had over 200 degrees temp and vent test is good, moisture sensor tests fine as well. Job complete operational test is good."

"Arrived on site for squeaking noise. Upon arrival, inspected unit and is on pedestal. Test unit and found noise coming from front bottom corner. Noise will do away pressing corner of unit. Disassembled unit. Found bottom corner of panel was dented during installation. Uploaded picture on Sd. Straighten the best I could. Secured all screws to panel. Test unit and is no longer squeaking. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven too cold. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the oven is not heating. I removed the racks and bottom panel to gain access to the burner and tested. I could hear the relay on the control click, but the ignitor failed to turn on. Tested the ignitor and found it open. I removed and replaced the ignitor and retested and unit is operating as designed. No,gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not heating. Upon further inspection, I found the unit not connected to WiFi properly. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error code and found F6E4-control failure. Following the tech sheet for the error code, I removed and replaced the main control and cleared the codes and assisted the customer in connecting the unit to WiFi and downloading the whirlpool app on their phone. Once it was successfully connected to WiFi, I tested the unit and it is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no ice and RC getting warn, customer stated that item on top shelf in FC are thawing out, exposed evaporator and found insufficient frost on evaporator, connected pressure gauges and found high side at 100 and low side -3, contacted office and were able to determine that the system is overloaded with refrigerant release some refrigerant and the pressures stabilized at 80 and -7, Evaporator is now completely frosted over advised customer to monitor for improvement. If she still persist customer will call us back at this time job complete."
