Arrived onsite for inner bake ring failure and replaced both the switch and the element due to combined symptoms for both failures.

"Arrived on site to inspect range leaking CO2 per gas company. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they smelled gas and contacted the gas company and were advised by the gas company that the oven is leaking CO2. I tested the cooktop burners and found all flames were blue (photo). Using my CO2 detector, I placed it at the oven vent on the cooktop under the control panel and tested the oven on Bake at 350 degrees. The customer advised that they smelled the odor approximately two minutes after the bake burner ignited. I allowed the oven to heat for approximately ten minutes and within that time, the bake burner shut down once it reached preheat temp, and then came back on once the sensor detected it was cooling off inside. While testing, I found the burner flames were blue with an occasional orange tip. I tested the bake function several times and tested the broil mode several times as well. The customer advised that they never smelled the odor they were experiencing before. Once I was done testing the oven, I tested the cooktop again and all burners are operating as designed. I turned the front left burner on but without the flame and allowed the gas to flow and questioned the customer if what they were smelling was the odor they smelled before. The customer identified the odor as the one the smelled when they contacted the gas company and the gas company to,d them it was CO2. I advised the customer that what they were smelling was Natural Gas and not CO2 and explained that they cant smell CO2 but that theyre CO2 alarm would have alerted them of the odor. Customer advised their CO2 alarm never alerted. The customer advised that the gas company rep had a tester that had gas and CO2 testing capabilities on the same tester and they said the tester alerted while they were testing the oven with the burner on. I advised the customer that if the flames werent orange/yellow while testing and blue as they are now, there was minimal CO2 and their CO2 alarm would have alerted when their tester alerted. I advised that their tester was on gas sensing and not CO2 sensing and it alerted to the natural gas being burnt off by the burner. My CO2 tester never alerted and the customers alarm never alerted to any CO2 in the air. I advised the customer that with the odor they experienced, which was the natural gas emitted from the unit, was more than likely due to one of the burners being left turned on and the gas hadnt ignited. Customer advised that their water heater had a potential gas leak as well around the same time they were experiencing the odor from the oven. I found the range operating as designed with no gas leaks detected during service. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling good in the RC but the FC is ok. I found it not cooling well in either section due to no air flow and the evaporator completely frosted up. I forced defrost and the heater is working as designed. I found the door gaskets sealing properly. I found the FC thermistor reading 10 degrees colder than it should. I found the evaporator fan working as designed. I found no other reasons that the unit wasnt going thru a defrost. I removed all the frost from the coil. I changed the defrost thermistor and the UI since thats what I had. If the customer calls back the main control will need to be replaced. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that after the previous repair, they have had multiple loads not finish out the spin cycle. They advise they have had certain loads finish but that its not as consistent as it used to be. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. Around the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working in operating as designed. I did find the washer unlevel and leaning up against the back panel, potentially contributing towards off-balance issues. I adjust the feet on the washer and tested the unit. Found the unit working and operating as designed. The customer then stated that theyve only had four loads go off balance, but one of them was a set of towels, and another set of sheets. I did advise the customer that their unit will go off balance from time to time due to unbalanced loading. I advised her that light loads and bulky loads will have more likelihood of that happening. I did advise her that if she has any problems with her washer, to run a normal wash load of clothes, and if the unit finishes out the cycle, it wouldve been an issue with the previous load. Arrived on site for washer needing previously diagnosed tub. Upon arrival costumer clarified that at one point theyd seen the tub leaning to the back left which indicates a failing suspension rod. I replaced tub and all 4 rods then tested washer with 8 towels. Found washer could fill and Agitate then go into a stable spin cycle without getting off balance. Confirmed high speed spin was stable with customer. Found no leaks during repair and unit working as designed. Call complete

On arrival verified complaint of no ice. Visual inspection of unit shows ice maker is turned off. FC section was set to 5 degrees which can cause issues with ice harvest. Set back to 0 and turned ice maker on. After a few minutes unit then harvested the ice maker. Ran test 97 and confirmed unit filled. Ice maker is operational. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a rattling or vibration noise. The customer played me a video and the noise was refrigerant noise entering the evaporator. I inspected the evaporator and found the sound pad barely hanging on the evaporator and in the wrong location. I installed the pad where the capillary enters the evaporator. I tested the refrigerator and the noise is muffled now. I went over using crushed ice and adjusted the doors for the customer. I explained to the customer that there tile at the rear of the refrigerator was out of level from left to right and they would need to roll the refrigerator up on a shim to get it any closer. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for incomplete combustion. Determined oven burner was not straight and was resulting in complete combustion. Made adjustment to straighten burner. All checks good. In event of repeat failure. Please regulator valve and oven burner.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise they were experiencing and based off the video provided, it appeared that the unit was off balance due to the placement of the clothing. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed other than a slight screeching noise I heard when the basket ramped up in speed in the spin cycle of testing. I contacted techline and spoke to Bruce and advised of the complaint, the history of the unit and my findings today. I tilted the unit back and removed the pulley shield and found debris on the belt and pulley and advised a Bruce of my findings. Bruce recommended replacing the belt and cleaning the pulley and motor pulley and provided SR#7738607434. I advised the customer of my findings and conversation with the manufacturer. I advised the customer that I am ordering the belt and scheduled return service for 03/11/24. No water leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11239857 (Belt)"

Arrived on site to inspect unit for being stuck on soak cycle. Upon closer inspection found display not responding properly and based on customers complaint of having to unplug and plug unit back in to having a working unit for one wash cycle. Replaced both controls based on what I saw and customers complaint. Tested unit unit is running as intended. No leaks present at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site for rattling dryer . Found unit very noise when tumbling . Ordering sound pads and noise kit per WP pointer . Also will need second man due to stacked and in drain pan . Call to set return . ; ordrng 1 W11401018 (Noise kit) and 1 2man and 6 Dryersoundpadss

"Arrived on site for temperature issues, upon arrival customer explained about having to adjust temperature by 25 degrees and getting an error code. Majority of issues in when cooking at 500 degrees. Ran diagnostics and get F8-E0 low fan speed. Power cycled unit per specifications and began testing. Monitored temperatures using thermocouple. 1st preheated to 350. Unit preheated then began heat cycles. Got L327, H382, with average 354.5. Then test unit preheating to 500. Unit preheated,then began heat cycles. Got L492, H521, average 506.5. Error code no longer is present. Observed air flow from bottom vent. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete"

Arrived on site to replace faulty console. Replaced Consol and tested. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not drying properly. Confirmed unit had heat, and was tumbling. Element is cycling on and off as designed. Checked airflow coming out of unit, it seems to be restricted and not flowing properly. Advised customer to have vents cleaned. Job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for agitator coming off. Upon closer inspection found agitator walked itself loose and got damaged while cycle continued. Replaced agitator, screw and dispenser, tested unit, unit is running as intended. No leaks present at this time. Job complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Found compressor attempting to run multiple times but is seized. Recommend compressor replacement. Needing 2 hours on return visit. Unit is r600a. "Arrived on site for vent hood shaking. Found motor has a shake when in medium speed. Attempted to replaced blower motor but found entire vent casing moving with motor.
