"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven microwave combo unit clock resetting itself. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a photo of the units control panel display which indicated the unit lost power. Customer advised that they do not have the Whirlpool app downloaded in their phone and the unit connected to wifi. I placed the unit in diagnostics and found no error codes. Customer advised they attempted to connect to wifi but it failed in the past. I removed and replaced the control panel and assisted the customer in connecting to WiFi through the Whirlpool app on their phone. Connection was successful and I tested the unit and it is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Don site for a wall oven. That is not reaching proper temperatures. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that since the last repair, the unit worked fine the first time, but they have had consistent issues cents. I noticed all three of the bake racks covered with aluminum foil. The customer had pre-started a bake cycle at 450? and I checked temperatures. I found the upper portion of the oven getting a lot hotter than the lower portions of the oven potentially due to an airflow issue. I did find the unit cycle between 430?F and 475?F. I had the customer take out the aluminum foil and restarted the test back over. Found the unit cycling and operating as designed averaging a temperature of 450?F. I called whirlpool tag line and spoke to Kurt SR# 7738639426. He advised that you cant have aluminum foil on the racks because it inhibits airflow throughout the unit and will cause the unit to see the unit is at temperature when the unit isnt at proper temperature throughout the unit. He advised that the cooling fan is meant to recirculate the air, but that when you have several barriers where the airflow cant flow through, you will have uneven temperatures. He advised Magno repair at this time in the unit is working as designed. Call complete"

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the first time they use the dishwasher, the unit leaked a lot of water all over the floor. They had their installers come back out and they did some stuff to it and it hasnt leak sense, but they were told to keep the appointment. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present. The customer said that she was able to wash the last four washes without it leaking. A verified all water connections were secure and there were no leaks present during operation. I did advise the customer that it appeared that theyre installers fix the original issue, which was probably due to installation. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is leaking and has ice buildup in the back of the freezer. Upon arrival I gained access to and inspected the water lines and connectors under the unit and found them dry. Not leaking. Upon further inspection I found some frost on the back of the freezer. I gained access to the Evap and found that the frost pattern was good not too much frost at this time but I did find that the drain hole was blocked I removed the blockage and ran the heater by activating it in diagnostic mode and allowed the melt water to flow through the drain hole and the monitored it from underneath the unit and found the the water dripped into the drip pan. Like normal. I did change the defrost setting from dynamic to basic and asked customer to monitor the unit

I replaced the thermistor and both controls and found unit operating as designed

I found the unit working properly upon arrival and ran the unit through diagnostics. Did not find any stored era codes. I went ahead and replaced both the control and the console. I did advise the customer that if they continue to have further problems, the issue would be with their electrical supply, having intermittent drops and voltage, which would most likely be at the power plug. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is frosting in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise the unit cools and operates just fine but that they are getting frosting up in the upper right hand corner of the freezer section at the door. I did confirm the customers complaint and found frost inside the unit. I found the door gasket, not quite making a proper connection and use to heat going to try to reform the gasket. Found that the frame of the cabinet was bent out a little bit, causing the door not to make a proper seal. I checked the liner inside the cabinet and found an indentation on the left-hand side. I attempted to use silicone to bridge the gap, but found that the gap was too wide, for the Silicone and Silicone was just dripping down. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andrew SR# 7738633973. He had me send him several photos of the indentation of the liner, and advised that the gap was too wide to silicone, and that the unit would be sent to review. He advised that whirlpool would be in contact with my cell for the customer depending on the next steps. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a washer that is making a loud noise when in use. Upon arrival I ran the unit in quick wash and found one noise. I leaned the unit back and found that there was some objects underneath the unit which I remember I inspected the cam and found the it was slightly worn. I replaced it and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed the only other noise I heard was coming from the hoses hitting the unit when in spin. Which cant be remanded due to how small the laundry room is unit operating as designed

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven door glass broken. Upon further inspection, I found the oven door outer door glass missing and pieces of broken glass inside the frame of the door. I disassembled the door and cleaned the broken glass from the frame and reassembled the door installing a new outer door glass and nameplate. Tested the door functions and unit is operating as designed. Job completed. No one available to sign for receipt."

"WTW8127LC1 Arrived to inspect error codes and water in tub. I found the unit would not drain and discovered the drain pump harness had failed, at the connector. I repaired the failure point and drained the unit to perform checks. I found a line of oil within the lower part of the cabinet and other areas adjacent to the motor, but prior to todays service, a gear case replacement had occurred and suspect the oil from that point in time. Further inspection revealed a screw missing from the clutch and stator assembly and will need to be installed. Mode testing revealed water fill flow to be lacking and a valve assembly will be required as well. Arrived onsite and found unit with ongoing off balance symtpoms during the spin and determined the basket to have incomplete weep hole punches. Ordering corrected basket to repair. ; ordrng 1 W11172199 (Basket)

On arrival verified complaint of UI is locked and wont respond. Replaced UI w11319991 and still no change. Called TL 7736516090 spoke to Kurt. Unit was deemed NR due to extent of repairs including 5 UI's and 3 ACUs. Documented with AIG. Customer to hear back in approx 3 business days.

"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed cam, replaced cam but noise is still present, inspected gear case and found shaft has slightly dropped causing cam not to work properly, replaced gear case and tested, unit is now running as designed, job complete"

"Arrived on site to test unit for not advancing in cycle. Customer stated unit would start cycle and 6-7 minutes in itll stop and say sensing. Tested unit found slider not releasing properly, would need slider, clutch, and control as precautionary. Replaced parts and tested, unit is now running as designed, also advised customer to connect unit to wifi. No leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site for not heating correctly, upon arrival, test unit by preheating oven to 350. Bake element energizes an begins heating. Unit preheated to 390 and began heat cycles. Used thermocouple to monitor temperatures. Cycled unit 3 times and averages are L 336, H 381, avg 358.5. Found inspector used infrared thermometer to test unit. Showed customer service pointer of correct and incorrect thermometer for oven calibration. Unit is operating as designed"

"Arrived on site to test unit for broiler not working and lower oven not hot enough. Tested lower oven with thermo coupler, unit heater to 380? and than leveled off at 350?. Tested upper and lower oven broiler, elements are glowing the same and heating as designed. Advised customer to adjust temps in calibration to get to desired cook times. Unit is running as designed, job complete."

Arrived onsite for a DW that is not drying dishes upon arrival I ran diagnostics and found (F7e1 Heater No Heating) code stored. I continued running diagnostics and found that the heater didnt come on . Upon further inspection I found that the heater was burnt out. I replaced it and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed no leaks. I went over detergent/rinse-aid use and how it can help keep the heater alive longer

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is shutting off halfway through cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will shut off and not allow it to come back on for at least another 30 minutes or more and that it happens on almost every cycle. I checked behind the unit and found the vent hose kinked. the customer advised that even when they pulled out the machine, it still does not complete a cycle. I went ahead and replaced the motor budget advisor, customer that if they have any further problems, they would probably be looking at an air flow issue, and they may want to change from a spring style vent hose to a periscope style that house. I tested the unit and the unit began to work in operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not cooling. On arrival found both compartments room temp. I foind fans running, but did not hear compressor. Accessed compressor and found start device was unplugged. Plugged in harness and compressor started. Advised unit would take 24-48 hours to fully cool. Unit now working aa designed. Repair completed."
