Arrived onsite for dishwasher no power. On inspection found that there was no power to the outlet. I switched the power outlets and the dishwasher came up and was working as designed. I tested the outlet and there was 9vac at the outlet. Currently is going to contact the builder to look at the issue. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for washer clothes wet. On inspection found the basket is up against the front of the unit. I had to adjust the feet to make the basket move away from the side of the unit. Since the basket was hitting the side of the unit I re calibrated the unit so it would spin at full speed. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that makes a popping or crackling noise when the door is opened. The customer stated that the noise is a hissing noise and they her it louder sometimes when the door is open. After talking with the customer I found out that they are hearing water droplets hitting the heating element when the unit is in a defrost cycle. I explained to the customer that this was a normal sound when it was going thru defrost. I explained how it works. I set the doors even and checked the gaskets which are sealing good since the customer mentioned there was condensation in the RC last week but everything is dry now. All is working as designed. "WRF555SDFZ16 Arrived to inspect ice issue. I found the ice bin stuck and after dislodging and discarding the ice mass, the unit tested as designed. I found the issue was due in part to the RH TC gasket being torn. The other issue found was the left door was too low and the door chute gasket would not fully contact the ice bin. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator with frost/ice built up in freezer section (FC). Upon further inspection, I found the FC door open at the top left side and found the FC door gasket gapped on the top left (photos). I inspected the rest of the FC door and found the gasket sealing everywhere else. I opened the FC door and found ice accumulation on the left rail (photo). Also found the freezer bin badly bowed inward on the left side (photo) which is keeping the door from closing properly. When I verified the model/serial numbers, I heard the damper opening. I placed the unit in diagnostics and verified the noise as the damper. I removed the ice from the left rail and the FC light switch. On arrival verified complaint of unit not draining. When disconnected from disposal unit is draining. Plug is out but disposal is broken and full of food. Arrived onsite for a washer that hits the sides during spin and makes a clicking sound like something came loose. I went over piling the clothes with the customer in the machine. The customer says it makes a metal tapping sound when it spins. I found a couple of collar stays had gotten down in the tub and between the tub and basket. I removed the basket and all of the collar stays. I reassembled the machine and tested it. I found all components in good working condition and the machine works as designed. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not drying properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit runs through each cycle but that the dishes always come out wet and not dry. She stated that the unit has been this way ever since they bought it and have been going through Variety of service people on this unit. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working in operating as designed with the heater coming on at the end of the cycle. The customer stated that she didnt believe this dishwasher would drive so little due to the fact that she has several other dishwashers at other properties that dry fully. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Leon SR# 7738667295. He advised that based on the fact that the customer is not using rinse aid, the customer has a plastic tub, and the style and design of this unit, this dishwasher will not dry completely. He advised this unit is meant to be an energy, efficient dishwasher, and therefore does not use the heater as long as other dishwashers. He advised that it is no component that we can replace that would enhance the driving ability of the machine and that the unit is working an operating as designed. He advised to make nail repair at this time. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for DW with a door that falls down when opened. Upon arrival I found this to be true. I pulley the unit out to inspect the hinges and found the the spring on the right hand side had slipped off of the hook that holds it in place. I corrected this and reinstalled the unit and tested the door and found the door opening as designed.

"KRFC704FBS05 Arrived to inspect temperature issues. Upon arrival, the unit was cooling and I found 37 in the RC and -8 in the FC. Six hour temperatures recorded by the control system were: RC, max 69, min 32, avg 37. FC, max 59, min -18, avg -2. Pantry, max 69, min 29, avg 33. Ice box, max 62, min -13, avg 13. The ice in was full and everything appeared to operate as expected. This service, both evaporators were completely clear of ice mass and frost. Having prior history with this temperature swing issue on limited other machines, the UI, dispenser UI and HV control should be replaced simultaneously. I contacted the MFG tech assist service and conferred. Tech Johnathan, file #7738649866. The tech agreed and the parts will be ordered and installed. Arrived onsite and found unit operating with noises customer concerned about noises. Identified some of the noises as defrost popping and hissing. Advised this will happen as many as 2 times per day. Arrived on site for oven tripping the breaker. Found breaker off. Reset and attempted to pull oven from wall but was not successful. Found power wire goes into wall above and microwave is above. Preheat oven and it reaches temperature. Customer said it had not done that for them after reset. Suspect issue with breaker. Arrived onsite for report of leaking out of the unit the load following a cleaning cycle. Unable to replicate symtpom. All base functions operating with design specifications. Advised customer on the strong possibility of a sudsing leak out of the return air hose.

Arrived onsite for washer not cleaning clothes. On inspection I saw the load of clothes that was going into the washer. I explained that you can not put that many in the washer. Customer was filling the washer to the top of the unit before they started the unit up. I showed customer how high the clothes should be in the tub. The customer is going to try the suggestion I give to her. The unit is operating correctly and no water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling correctly. On inspection found the fc evap cover with 1/2 inch frost on it. Had customer sign the defrost waiver. Informed the customer to defrost for 36 to 48 hours then you can plug it back and it will work for a few months before the frost builds backup. Ordering a evap harness and fan motor. No water leaks detected during service.; ordrng 1 W11559968 (Evap motor) and 1 W11650662 (Fan harness)

Arrived on site to replace door glass. Replaced and unit is functioning properly. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a range that has a gas odor. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has given off a gas odor 3 times since they originally moved in in October and that it has not been consistent but that they had Atmos come out and tell them that it was an issue within the oven. The customer stated that it only happens when they use the bake cycle on this unit and it does not always smell like gas. They advise that theyve been using this thing repeatedly even with the three separate instances, and if they have not experienced any fireballs, or any kind of abnormal use within the machine. Are used a carbon meter to test carbon detection and did not register any measurement of CO2 inside the unit, in front of the unit, or in the back of the unit. I tested the unit several times and multiple spots and still cannot get any detection of CO2 Monoxide. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Nate SR# 7738653681. He had me do a few checks, but did advise that if the unit was leaking, the customer wouldve experienced a fireball or some sort of explosion, especially since the customer has been using the product repeatedly after having those gas smells. He advised that the most likely occurrence would be the burned up gas since it is a gas oven. He advised that since no CO2 levels were recorded on the front, back, or inside of the oven, the issue would have to be that or some thing on the gas provider side. Advise. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for unit running for 3 hours on normal. Showed customer how long the unit rinds with out heat dry and no long it takes when normal and heat dry are on. Unit working as designed job complete

Arrived onsite for a wall oven that has no power. Upon arrival I Checked that the breaker was not tripping and it was not. I removed the unit from the wall and gained access to the fuse and tested it and found that it showed open. I replaced it and tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed i the put the unit back in the wall

Arrived onsite for a washer that will not spin out. The customer stated it didnt spin out or drain correctly on the last cycle they ran and they had to power the machine back up then it did drain. I found no stored error codes. I started a regular cycle and found the basket not spinning and the motor just humming. I found the cam had come apart because the nut had backed off. I replaced the cam due to damage and the belt. I tested the machine and found it working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that has a broken latch. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit will not lock the lid and keeps making a clicking sound. He showed me by trying to start a drain and spin cycle and found the lid light flashing, and attempting to lock but not able to lock. I went ahead and replaced the latch assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven microwave combo unit with the time not keeping. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. I checked the WiFi connection and found the unit needed to be connected. I assisted the customer in downloading the Whirlpool app on their phone and assisted in connecting the unit to WiFi. Once connected, we tested the unit vis the app and the unit is operating as designed. No repairs needed at this time, job completed."
