"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E4-water leak. I cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I found a large amount of suds in the bottom of the tub. The customer advised that they accidentally placed liquid dish soap in the rinse aid dispenser (photo). I removed the toeplate and inspected the float switch and drip pan and found soapy water in the pan causing the error code (F8E4). I removed the float switch from the pan and cleaned the soapy water from it best I could and will order another one just in case this one continues to fail. I recommended the customer not use the unit until we can get back to replace the dispenser assembly and I explained that using the unit with the dish soap will only cause more issues with the unit. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use (water softener system). I am ordering the dispenser, float switch and CNOTE-PLACE ON CANCELLATION LIST and spoke with KC in scheduling soon as the customer is a care taker of an elderly and needs their dishwasher daily. Arrived onsite for a washer that will not start. Upon arrival the customer informed me that the unit will at times just get the clothes wet but not wash them and some times the unit will not spin the clothes out either. Upon arrival I ran the unit in quick wash and found that it opened as designed. But while doing this test I found the the unit was set to hit then I change it to tap cold and found that the water flow was low/slow. I replaced the valve to take care of the low cold water flow and it improved the flow. Then I replaced the control for the seemingly start/cycle completion issue.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Customer stated unit smelled weird for about a week. They were worried about a freon leak. Ran diagnostics on unit multiple times, unit passed, all components engaged properly. Unit is freezing in FC and cooling in RC. Inspected unit for leaks, none present. When dishwasher was running, something sounded like it was spraying on the door. I tried reseating parts on the inside. Found unit is pumping good, spray arms are moving. I also removed some debris from the lower spray arm. I advised the customer to run the dishwasher on Heavy with the high temp options all turned on, and see if performance improves. Mechanically the unit seems like it's working properly, but the spray on the door seemed abnormal. Ordering clear door to observe, and spray arms as well. "Complaint was that cooktop sometimes turns itself on and has to cool down before it will turn back on, found shelf under cooktop was to close. Showed instructions requires 5 1/8 inch clearance before the top of a shelf. Refer to contractor or builder. Call complete"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per the previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and UV dye drier. Before installation, I evacuated the system outside and cleared the system with Nitrogen. Removed and replaced the parts mentioned and vacuumed the system for approximately 30 minutes. Pressures held at -30/0 for approximately 15 mins before I installed 68g of R600 refrigerant. Allowed the system to equalize then plugged the unit in and monitored the unit. Unit is beginning to cool properly and I recommended the customer allow the unit to cool for 24-48 hours before placing food items inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site and upon further inspection found fill tube wire was connected in molex connection but actual wiring was not making contact. Replaced fill tube and heater assembly. Installed pressure regulator and replaced FC ice maker as a precautionary. Unit now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived on site to inspect unit for burner coil not heating. Upon closer inspection found heating element cycling on and off as designed. Customer stated unit struggles more when pan or other item is on burner. Placed pan on burner that was having more issues. Unit is still cycling heat to burner as designed. Informed customer while pan is on it will read temp of pan and will not cycle back until load on burner has reached below a certain temperature. Unit is running as intended. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not turning on. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they suspect the fuse has gone bad again as the unit will turn on but it wont start. I attempted to start a cycle and it failed. I tested voltage and got 245V at the terminal block. Tested voltages at the control per the tech sheet and all checks were good. I disassembled the unit and tested the element, cutoff, thermostat and fuse and found the fuse open. Also found the harness to be different than normal as there is usually two light blue wires to the fuse and now theres one with a purple wire. I removed and replaced the fuse and tested the unit and it is operating as designed. I reassembled the unit and tested airflow and it is good and the vent going out of the home goes straight outside. I made recommendations for use and care to the customer. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a washer the is making screeching noise. Upon arrival The customer advised me that the noise sounded like something knocking against something when the unit is no spin. The customer cut the old filter in half and found no debris that we could see in the filter. Customer is going to see if the new filter head makes a difference. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not spinning out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit on most loads does not seem to spin out the clothes and theyre having to run through a drain and spin and ordered a ring out the clouds. Around the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Around the unit through an auto chest in the unit ran as designed. I checked the back to make sure the shipping bolted and removed and found that they had. I also found proper installation of the unit. I ran through the wash settings and found the normal/regular cycle with no spin. I found two other cycles on low or no spin as well. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rich SR# 7738719208. He advised that because the unit didnt store any error codes and most of the reasons why the machine would not finish the cycle would populate an error code, the issue would either be with off balance loads due to mixed loading/overloading or an issue with the spin speed setting upon the cycle start. He advised to make no repair and to inform the customer on spin settings. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose range that was not heating properly, running too cold. Tested unit with multimeter and thermocouple and measured preheat and bale cycles. Foind preheat hits about 402, and cycles between 325-375 during normal bake cycles. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is turning itself on and off. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that for three days, the unit was just making a clicking sound on the back side of the refrigerator near the control, and that the power inside and outside of the refrigerator was turning on and off every five seconds. He advised that after three days, the unit started to work again, and has been running ever cents. I went ahead and replace the high voltage control due to the unit working properly at this point to eliminate any kind of control related issue, but did explain to the customer that there was no other way for me to determine exactly what happened. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does heat, but that it doesnt seem to heat as hot as her previous dryer. She advised that the cycles to finish but unless if shes running the unit on a high heat cycle, the unit sometimes does not fully dry her clothes on every load. I checked the dryer and didnt find the dryer, tumbling and heating. I took a temperature reading at the back exhaust of the dryer and found the temperature fluctuating between, 105 and 160?F. I did explain to the customer that the unit is working and operating as designed. I did advise the customer to get away from her Springsteel vent, which may be causing certain issues with dry performance. The unit is working and operating as design. Call complete."

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with no heat. Determined shorted hi voltage circuit. Replaced mag cap and diode. All checks good. Advised customer on repair

"Arrived on site to rep,ace ice door dispenser diagnosed on previous trip. Replaced ice dispenser, tested unit, unit is now c,owing in acceptable time. Checked seal around door to ensure no warm air was coming in anywhere besides shoot. Found magnet at top of FC door was slightly further back then RC, asked customer if she ever noticed ice or moisture build up at top of door, customer stated only from ice chute. Checked door multiple times to ensure seal and timing of shut. No leaks present at this time. Job complete."

Arrived on site the unit making noise after previous repair. Upon arrival inspected unit and noise began as soon as a unit and started. Disassembled and found housing tomorrow will not seated properly making a grinding noise. Secured housing and tested unit is now functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site for not drying. Upon arrival test unit and heat is operating correctly. Ran diagnostics and There are no saved error codes. Ran vent test and test result is poor for electric dryers. Removed vent hose and test now passes. Found lint build up at screen. Recommend to clean with brush regularly. Unit is operating as designed. Customer will have vent checked.

"Arrived on site for water line freezing. Removed filter top cover found air leaking out around icemaker housing causing water line to freeze. Added sealer in fill tube channel on housing,added sealer between housing and liner ran fans no air migrating out,tested water dispenser,water dispensing."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not dispensing ice but it makes it and there is an issue with the water line so it needs to p be pulled out and reinstalled. I found the cabinet damaged as far as the facia trim has been pulled away from the cabinet and the leveling feet were never put down so its leaning away from the cabinet at the top. I found the ice bucket not lined up with the coupler causing it not to dispense ice. I took photos of the cabinet damage. I corrected the ice bucket and the unit is dispensing ice properly now. I cleaned tree branch pieces off the top of the refrigerator. I fixed the clip on the front panel. I explained to the customer that I could get the refrigerator close to being installed correctly but I could not get it perfect because of the facia trim pulling away from the cabinet especially on the left side. The customer asked me to proceed. I leveled the refrigerator for the customer but there was still a small gap on the left side at the top because of the cabinet facia trim. The customer was pleased and happy with what I could do. Call complete.

"WZF34X20DW05 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I evacuated the system and then removed and replaced the compressor, service port and dye drier. Vacuuming to below and holding under 350 microns, I charged to the MFG calculated refrigerant charge and tested. The unit operated as designed. No water connections to unit."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not cooling. On arrival customer advised me that only the refrigerator upper compartment seemed to have lost cooling for a period of time. Freezer felt fine, and pantry area also felt fine. Checked temps on arrival and found freezer at -9, RC at 33. Checked average temps via diagnostics and found FC averaging 4, RC averaging 33. Customer said they shut power off for a bit after the original incident and restarted. Unit resumed normal function afterwards. I called tech line since electronics were replaced within the last 6 months, SR7738699600. Tech line advised that we must have the unit in a failure state before we can move forward with a repair, and to check voltage and polarity while the unit is in a failed state. I relayed the information to the customer since measurements were within spec at time of service and unit is properly cooling. Customer will follow up if issue repeats. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is taking multiple cycles to dry clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit does heat and tumble but that its seemingly taking multiple cycles to get clothes completely dry. I checked behind the dryer and found the vent hose crunched. I tested the unit and confirmed the dryer was tumbling and heating as designed. I did find an airflow issue within the dryer. I checked outside for any clogs or debris and could not find any. I did advise the customer that the issue was most likely with their vent hose, and that because the unit is tumbling and heating properly and cycling often on, the only issue left would be an airflow issue. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator tripping the circuit breaker. On arrival the customer stated it tripped the breaker three times in a row when he tried resetting it. He stated he emptied the refrigerator out and left it off for a couple of days and then turned it back on and it hasnt tripped since. I found the refrigerator working as designed when I arrived. The sealed system components were all working. I ran a force defrost and it completed the cycle and worked as designed. After the bimetal opened I turned the refrigerator back on and the ice maker went thru a harvest with no issues. I found no issues with the paddles or the dampener. At this time I cannot recreate the circuit breaker tripping. I changed the defrost setting to 8 hour since the customer stated that just before this started the icemaker had stopped working properly. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for trash compactor door moving to one side when it closes. On inspection the door would lean to the right when it closed all the way and hit the cabinet. With this issue you could not slide the unit all in because the door would catch the cabinet and not close. I installed a longer screw into the foot paddle that opens the door. The screw keeps the door from moving to the right as it close. The unit is operating as designed from the factory.

Arrived on site to test unit for console not responding. Found normal wash and though and other buttons not responding. Replaced console test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for yellow high flames. Found unit is on LP and not converted to LP. Will order new LP kit office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W10853432 (LP kit)

Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. On inspection found that the unit is leaking from the pump. It is a drip leak and coming from the recirculating pump. Customer is going to talk to his wife on buying new or repair. The unit is 6 years old and customer wants to look at new ones and talk to wife before making a decision. Water leak at the pump. F9E1

"Arrived on site to test unit for noise and condensation buildup. Tested unit found when activating damper control it would make a loud noise. Will need to order damper control to fix issue. Inspected unit and found condensation right above FC door along horizontal mullion. Customer stated unit always had that issue. Contacted techline to document SR#7738697655, per techline disconnected condenser fan and waited 15 minutes, took temps of mullion every 2-3.
