Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a door screw missing. I found one of the screws that mount the door to the FC basket missing along with the washer. The customer provided the leftover parts from installation, which had the LPG kit and I corrected the issue and tested. I removed the outer door panel and tested the element at the control and found the element open. Also found the vent is leaking water (photo). I removed and replaced the element and using a vent gasket from my van stock (WP8269259) and removed and replaced the gasket and retested the unit. I found no further water leaks and the unit is operating as designed. Element is drawing 7-9amps during wash and drying cycles of diagnostics. "WRF767SDHZ02 Arrived to inspect cooling issues. I found the unit was cooling as expected, but no ice had been produced since the last service. I verified the condenser fan operating and water flow to the upper ice maker. There was a stored error that had been cleared and after clearing, the ice maker filled as expected. The lower ice maker harness was not plugged in at the gear head and after correcting, the ice maker cycled and filled as designed. The leveling legs were not set and there was nearly a two inch forward tilt at the top of the machine. Previous tech replaced the main control and I found the customer has a water softener system and are using pods as detergents. The customer advised theyve never used the detergent dispenser and when I opened the dispenser, it was covered in mold. Also found mold inside the drawer. I found the floor of the oven had not been correctly installed and after correcting position and reinstalling, the issue was resolved. During final inspection and testing, I found the right grate, at the right rear section, had failed. There were no impact points and the issue appeared to be from a failed casting. "WMH31017HS09 Arrived to inspect noise. I found the damper could be heard anytime the blower engaged, during blower and microwave operations. I found no issues with air movement and advised the customer the issue is common and not a cause for concern. Operational test good."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher display frozen/not working. Upon further inspection, I found the display flashing the time remaining for the cycle and when I pressed the keys, nothing happened except the button indicator making a beeping noise. I found the display child lock turned on and when I pressed and held the sani rinse key for three seconds, the panel unlocked and I was able to get the unit to drain. Once I had the unit drained. I placed it in diagnostics and tested. I observed the heating element to be badly warped and coated with old powder detergent from the pod. I tested amp draw to,the element during testing and found it be getting 7-9amps during wash and drying cycles of diagnostics. The unit operated as designed. Due to the element warping, I am ordering an element and scheduled return service for 04/02/24. Arrived onsite for range no power. On inspection found no voltage at outlet. Found breaker tripped. Reset breaker turn unit and within 1 minute it tripped. I monitored the amps and when it turn the bake element the amps went to zero and the unit tripped the breaker. Installed a new control board in the unit and now the range is operating as designed. Turn bake on for 20 minutes and never tripped the breaker.

"Arrived on site for unit not powering on. Upon arrival inspected unit. Customer stated unit would not power on for almost 5 days. As of yesterday an attempt was made, and the unit did power on and has been cycling properly cents. The bin is almost completely full of ice at the moment. Ran a few test cycles to see if I could duplicate the issue and unit responded as designed. Could not duplicate the issue . Customer will monitor. Job complete. If symptoms persist, recommend replacing external drain pump and bringing control. Job complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Found unit connected to wrong outlet. Test unit after securing outlet and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not producing ice. Upon arrival customer stated unit stopped dispensing water a few days after tech serviced unit. Tested unit, water valve is open but no water is reaching the dispenser or either ice makers. Ordering both valves and also returning with UI and control. Office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11579561 (Secondary valve) and 1 W11482025 (Primary valve)"

"Arrived on site for loose display. Upon arrival, inspected unit and left side of display is hanging. Upon arrival removed console and found display is not secured. Secured display to console. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete"

Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Test unit and found no power and found breaker off. Turned breaker on and unit working as designed.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found no refrigerant left in system and found uv dye leak at bottom right of rc evap coil. Replaced compressor, drier, access valve and rc evap coil. Pulled vac then recharged system with 6.oz of r134a. Found psi levels between 125-0 at rc evap and 150 -0 at fc evap coil. Informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to stabilize temps but one additional day after to ensure it stays cooling. Call complete"
