Upon further inspection, I found a small amount of foil that had melted to the bottom panel and no cooking pans inside. I found the bottom panel is not warped from the foil being on the panel. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the center of the middle rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees Standard Multi Rack Preheat selection. The unit is heating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care. No repairs needed at this time, job completed."

"KRFC704FPS06 arrived to inspect cooling issues. The customer advised that the same cooling issues that were happening prior, such as over temperature within the refrigerator and freezer, were still continuing. the customer also advised that intermittently the unit would give the tone for the automatic water dispenser at random times. On this service, I elected to bring anoscope and test incoming line voltage to the unit. I found a significant noise signature, but only when the customer would turn their water supply on and the well pump would engage. I found some other issues that were likely problematic and advised the customer and they will contact the proper servicer to address the issue. The customer will contact us after the issue has been resolved, if the issue persists. No leaks observed during service."

This is causing water to fill fc and overflow into RC. The RC water is from the overflow. The water on floor was found to be coming from the RC section as it flowed out the door. Verified no leaks in rear of unit at valve compartment. Pulled this fridge out with some resistance but was unable to tell why. Had my slide under it abut unit still fought to come out. After having maintenance help me slide it back we found a cabinet handle stuck under my slide from under the fridge. No floor damage was found to have been caused during this. Will need to order the fill tube extension rescheduled for 4/12; ordrng 1 Wp2174755 (Tube extension)

Arrived onsite for oven tripping the breaker. On inspection I pulled unit our and metered the amp usage. The oven never draw more then 18 amps. I set the oven on bake to 425? and the breaker did not trip. If you do the convection bake it will trip the breaker and if you use broil it will trip the breaker. Called talked with Eric at WP and did a few volt checks and we came up with the breaker being weak. Customer is going to change the breaker today and will call if issues continue. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice and not cooling correctly in either compartment. I found no air movement but the evaporator fan was running. I found the FC evaporator cover with frost build up on it. I found the icemaker mold full of cold water but not frozen because of the temp. I explained to the customer that this was why there was no ice. I tested the thermistors and found them good. I ran a forced defrost and found it working as designed. The top shelf in the freezer was packed with frozen product in bags and they fell off the shelf and wedged against the vents. I removed the frost from the cover, removed the cover, and found the evaporator packed in frost and some ice. I found the evaporator thermistor not mounted properly and loose. I suspect between this and the bags choking off the vents caused the defrost issue. I removed all the frost from the evaporator and tested the refrigerator. All is working as designed. Call complete."

Ran cycle and found unit heats correctly and doesnt blow fuse. Tested with magic lights tool got all three lights, opened door and closed multiple times nothing seemed to trip fuse. Spoke to SW recommend door interlocks for possible oil inside as unit is very oily. Light under unit is not working either. Ordering door interlocks, main board, light socket, and bulb. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has doors that wont seal. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they just got this unit and that it has been frosting up in the freezer and they have had icicles hanging from the top of the freezer. I did confirm the customer complaint and found the upper left him. Part of the gasket on the freezer door, not ceiling. I opened up the freezer and found a huge gap up at the upper left-hand corner, causing the door not to seal due to uneven surfaces. I found that the cabinet was bowing, outward at the edge, causing the gasket not to be able to fully seal. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rob SR# 7738825354. He had me send him several photos of the damage and advise that the gap was too wide to seal, and with the cabinet bowing, there would be no repair that could fix this issue. He advised that he would be sending this to review, and to inform the customer that Whirlpool would probably most likely be in contact with them within the next 3 to 5 business days. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit makes a screeching noise constantly throughout the cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit operated as designed. I tilted the unit back and removed the pulley shield and found the belt has been slipping based off the rubber markings on the pulley (photo). I removed the belt and pulley and found gearcase oil on the underside of the pulley and on the splutch assembly (photo). I provided photos to the customer and advised of my findings. I attempted to remove and replace the gearcase, splutch and belt; however, when I went to remove the washplate, I found that it is seized to the gearcase spindle. I advised the customer of the situation and that I would have to order another washplate as this one might break if I force it off. I am ordering the washplate and washplate removing tool and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and scheduled return service for 04/11/24. The unit is operating properly and no water leaks observed during service. Arrived on site to test unit for low flames. Adjusted regulator test unit and unit test good job complete.

"WED5620HW2 Arrived to inspect damage. I found the front panel was dented in, below the left side of the door. I removed and replaced the panel and tested. Operational test good."

"Arrived on site for not spinning,upon arrival, ran diagnostics and got error code F5-E3 lid will not lock or unlock. Ran a automatic test cycle and lid will not lock. Ran a normal cycle and lid would not lock. Found lid is pushed and bowed inward not allowing strike to make correct contact with latch. Corrected lid. Cleared error code and lock now operates. Ran an automatic test cycle as well as a drain and spin cycle. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete"

Arrived on site and replaced compressor and smoothed out welds on evap and buffed to smooth finish. Replaced evap and vacuumed system. System held pressures for 30mins. Charged to specs with 6.2oz of r134a. Allowed ice sheet to form and after about 20 mins of running heard a loud popping sound. Found condenser now leaking refrigerant. Leak is underneath shrink wrap from factory weld. Needing condenser to fix issue. Needing 2hrs on return visit. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 WP2313624 (Condenser) and 1 W10843121 (Non UV)

"Arrived on site to replace motor diagnosed on previous trip. While removing motor had to break blower wheel off. Replaced wheel and motor, tested unit, unit is running as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for an ice machine. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit only seems to drop a few shavings of ice. Upon entry, I found a sheet of ice that was made over the evaporator plate, and when it went to harvest and turned on the gas valve, I found the ice was not sliding down the evaporator plate. I spoke to CS and G C, and found the evaporator plate had ridges on the Top of the evaporator plate where the welds of the plate were welded. I was advised that we would need to use fine grade sandpaper to sand those welds down to make a smooth surface for the sheet of ice to drop. I am rescheduling the customer to 4/12 to return with the necessary equipment. The customer is requesting a p.m. appointment.; schdld next appmnt for 4/12 FRI PM"

Arrived onsite for unresponsive and found a bad power supply in dishwasher door panel. Repaired wiring. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair. All checks good.

Arrived on site for oven door being bowed. Customer already had new doors. Removed and replaced both upper and lower front glass door. Installed nameplate. Call complete

"On arrival verified complaint of unit making noise. Replaced timer and knobs per previous diag. Ran unit and confirmed knocking noise is coming from back right corner. Replaced bulkhead, rollers, and shafts. Confirmed vent and heater are secure and not moving. Blower housing is good and not bouncing. When back plate is removed it gets quieter. Spoke to TL Bruce 7738814528. He states cabinet will need to be replaced as it may not be square as everything else has been replaced. Spoke to GC. Instructed to speak to office. Spoke to SW and instructed to order cabinet. Ordering 1x cabinet; ordrng 1 8533643 (Cabinet)"

On arrival verified complaint of unit rusting. Rust spots wipe right off as tub is plastic. Inspected racks and rails and found no damage. Heater has a light rust on it from use but not a failure of the heater. Rust spots will wash and wipe away. Advised customer to use affresh tablets and proper use and care. Unit is working as designed. Job complete. No leaks detected during service
