Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they are having to unplug the unit or turn it off at the breaker because the unit wont turn off after a cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F2E1-stuck key. I cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit is operating as designed. Due to the error code, I removed and replaced the panel UI and retested and it continues to operate as designed. Advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No lint observed during service, job completed."

The customer advised that they have had this issue from time to time where water drips into the freezer section and create an ice sheet on the bottom floor and will leak onto the floor. I did confirm the customers complaint and gained access to the evaporator. I found the drip pan hole covered in ice. I steamed out all excess ice and steamed out the drain tube. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that the door is getting hung up and not opening fully. The customer showed me that when the door is almost opened fully it makes a popping sound and jumps. I found the cabinet seal had come off the dishwasher face and fallen down into the left hinge causing the issue. I put the cabinet seal back on and the door operates properly now. The issue is the cabinet seal has nothing to rest against to keep it from coming off. It appears the cabinet opening is too large and they added a facia trim on the sides to make it look smaller but it will not allow for the dishwasher to be pulled out without removing the trim and it will not keep the cabinet seal in its place. I advised the home owner to get with the builder about this and I took pics of the trim. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is making a knocking noise and its intermittent. Also, advised that there is condensation building up on the freezer door gasket. I found condensation built up on the FC door gasket and found the horizontal mullion is very cold. I checked for air leaks in the FC door gasket and found none, but when I opened the FC door, I found it difficult to open and found some frost on the rails/brackets. I advised the customer that the FC door couple potentially be not closing fully and leaving a gap causing the cold air to mix with the warm air and cresting the condensation. Due to the FC door being difficult to open, I am ordering the brackets and scheduled return service for 04/19/24 (per customer request). Gain access to the dual valve and when I was removing it it shocked me when no one was pressing the paddle. Tested the valve and found 124vac on the Neutral and .2 vac on L1 and no one pressing the paddle. Tested the out let and it is wired correctly, tested the power connection on the controller and found 124 vac on the neutral side and .21 vac on L1 at the control board. Tested the diodes and they were both good. Called WP techline and they said to replace the compressor harness. Ordered a harness w11661927. No water leaks detected during service. Office to reschedule when a part arrives. Sr 77388865540; ordrng 1 W11661927 (Compressor harness)"

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not making ice or dispensing water. I tested the dispenser and found the dispenser working but there was no water in the icemaker mold. The customer stated that the water was turned off and didnt understand why it was dispensing water at this time. I checked the wall valve and it was in the off position. I turned it on and water still ran but slowly. I turned it back off and water started flowing again. I advised the customer that the wall valve is bad and needs to be replaced. I tested the icemaker and found it going thru a harvest and stopping. I replaced the FC door due to damaged wiring at the bottom of the door. The customer also stated the RC door was making a noise when opening and closing it. I applied grease to the door cam and hinge to prevent the noise. At this time all is working as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not dispensing rinse aid. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code FA E1 (F10E1)-vent failure. I cleared the code and continued with testing. While testing, I removed the outer door panel to inspect the control and dispenser and also removed he toeplate to checks for leaks. When I removed the toeplate, I found the float switch missing (photo). I removed the drip pan and found the float switch shoved under the unit to the right side. Once the unit began to operate in test mode, I could hear the motor making a load moaning noise as if it were struggling to pump the water and then the dispenser began to make a loud noise. The customer was present during testing and heard the noises. I am ordering the sump assembly and vent assembly and will return with all prescreened parts. Returning tech to replace the sump assembly, vent, dispenser and main control. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11649995 (Vent) and 1 W11460945 (Sump assembly)"
