Arrived onsite for ice machine not leaking. On inspection the unit had about 3 gallons of water in it. Removed the water and pulled unit from cabinet. Checked the pump to make sure it was working correctly and it is. When went to flush the first time it did not dump the water and went right into making ice. It did make slap of ice but did not cut it. The grid ohmed out at 17k ohms and it should be 5 ohms order a new grid. No water leaks any more. ; ordrng 1 W10919199 (Grid cutter)

Arrived onsite for washer leaking. On inspection flipped the unit up looking for evidence of water leaks I saw none at the time. I started the diagnostics cycle and no water leaks. Ran the unit in quick wash and still no leaks. I popping the lid up to examine the tub ring and right next the fabric dispenser was water marks running down the tub. I installed the new tub ring on the unit and told the customer to run a few loads and monitor it for leaks. If leak is spotted make note of the cycle and the time in the cycle. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for fabric softener not being dispense. On inspection found error F5E3 (door open) went to run diagnostics cycle and it took serval tries to get into the diagnostic menu. I ran the diagnostic test and it went through we no issues. I pulled the water lines off and found the hot valve was clogged with sediment. I replaced both valves and ran the diagnostic test. The test doesnt have a fabric softener test. The draw was clean and Imsaw no issues with drawer. Customer is going to run a load and see if it is working. If customer calls back bring UI and control board back. No water leaks detected during service.

There are now marks across the floor from the living room to the laundry room. Took videos and sent to the office. Documented pictures in QP. Inspected all connections but found no gas leaks present. Called Techline Sr#7738891877, and safety sr#7738850820. Reported findings to try and find a fix for solution but techline e stated burners will let in a small amount of gas when activated to allow for faster ignition time and that there was nothing that could be replaced to fix customer compliant. Instructed customer they would need to speak with whirlpool for further assistance as customer wasnt happy with findings. Unit is working as designed. Call complete"

"Arrived on site to h site to inspect unit for squealing noise during spin cycle. Upon closer inspection found unit unbalanced, balanced unit so basket would be evenly spaced between 4 walls. Inspected gearcase and rotor saw no signs of excessive wear. Ran diagnostic cycle while unit was spinning and washing could hear a hum or buzz coming from the lower portion and appeared to be struggling to begin spinning. Replaced clutch and stator unit didnt seem to lag after replacing but found basket jumping excessively during both diagnostic cycles, found holes not punched through basket. "Arrived onsite for dishwasher not drying properly. On inspection found water on the top of the dishwasher dripping down and error F4E3 & F7E1. Talking with the customer that they tried to run the dishwasher when the water was turned off. I explained that the heating element will turn off and the motor will error out when it since no water in the unit. Informed the customer that running the diagnostic cycle will turn the heating element back ons. Tested the heating element amps and it was 7.5 amps. Did not see any rinse aid at the end of the diagnostic cycle, rerunning the diagnostic cycle, the rinse aid was dispensed in the second time the diagnostic was ran. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a noisy fan. I found the evaporator fan a lot louder than normal. The customer had a recording of the fan and in the recording I could hear it hitting ice. I removed the evaporator cover and found a block of ice on the left side of the fan shroud due to water leaking from the icemaker fill tube and chute when the icemaker is going thru a fill cycle. I removed the block of ice. I replaced the fan and now it sounds normal. I am getting another chute because it isnt fitting correctly and adding a fill tube extension to stop this issue.
