Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is tripping the breaker when the defrost cycle starts. I confirmed the voltages the previous technician found but the only thing different was I did see 123VAC from the control to the heater for about two seconds at the heater connections with them disconnected before it dropped to 18VAC. The breaker did not trip with the heater disconnected. I changed WPW10675033 main control and WP12729128 heater. I tested in service step 38 again but the coil was already defrosted so it never sent voltage to the heater. I explained to the customer that it would need to go thru a defrost in a few days to know if the issue has been resolved. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is collecting water in the fabric softener dispenser housing. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the fabric softener dispenser completely full of water. I ran the unit through diagnostics and tested the fabric softener valve and found adequate water pressure. However, I found several of the holes in the housing that spray into the fabric softener dispenser were corroded and built up with calcium and mold buildup causing weak pressure through the housing. I got authorization to replace the housing and replaced the housing. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. I did find a small minimal amount of water still inside of the fabric softener dispenser housing after testing it in diagnostics, but found part of the problem was with the leveling of the washer. I found that washer leaning towards the front of the washer, causing a little bit of water to get stuck inside of the Dispenser housing. I attempted to adjust the feet on the washer and found that the feet were completely locked in place. The customer attempted to help me, but we could not get the feet to budge. The customer advised that he will try to adjust those whenever he can but to go ahead and leave it for now. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

The unit had been turned off, so I turned the unit on and ran the unit into an icemaking cycle. As soon as water was beginning to fill the reservoir, I noticed water dripping from the reservoir cap. As the unit continue to cycle, I found that the reservoir cap was leaking all of the water out of the reservoir, causing the issue. I tightened the cab and re-tested the unit. It had been installed at an angle from the factory and was touching the chassis which explains the intermittent ignition. Recent use had yielded no heat because the ignitor completely shorted. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they ran a load twice and then it never finished out the cycle. They advised they had to manually put it into a drain and spin in order to get it to spin out. Jeff is that since then, she has run a few other loads and has not had the same issue. Around the unit through diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key), F0 E3 (overload), and F0 E5 (off balance load) error codes. I tested the suspension and found the suspension was good. I checked the basket and found the basket was properly secured to the driveshaft. I checked underneath the washer and found no evidence of any oil leaks or issues underneath. I ran the unit through an auto task in the unit ran as designed. I ran through other general testing and could not get the unit to make any faults. I did ask by the customer that the issue seem to be with their flooring as the unit is on a couple pieces of plywood with the carpet over the top. The customer advised that the unit seems to only make about 20 to 30 cubes a day and is not keeping up with her and her husband. She showed me the ice container that was Filled with about 12 cubes of ice and advised thats pretty much work. The ice will be even if they leave it overnight. I tested the icemaker and found the icemaker harvest and bill. I went ahead and replaced the icemaker due to ongoing issues but did advise the customer that this icemaker will only produce 52 to 66 cubes per day. However, I did explain that less than that was most likely an issue with the icemaker itself. I tested the new icemaker and found the unit working an operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I found the customer had started a load of laundry with a sheet and a few towels and the customer had stopped the cycle due to the noise beginning. I restarted the cycle and immediately heard the noise which was the pulley rubbing the shield. While the unit was in the cycle, I looked underneath the unit and found the pulley shield sitting on the floor. I drained the water from the unit and tilted the unit back to find the front leveling feet all the way up and the bottom of the cabinet sitting on the floor and the rear leveling feet were down approximately one inch raising the back portion of the unit off the floor. I lowered the leveling feet and then adjusted the unit to completely level the unit and retested by filling the tub assembly with water and watching the tub lower. I found with the articles in the tub and the tub full of water approximately half way, where it was when I arrived, the tub now site approved half an inch from the floor. Retested and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No charge as this issue should have been corrected at the previous service call."

It looks like the unit was dropped on the front right. The over flow drip pan is hard to get out or in. The installer had to make a new hole for the toe plate on the right side. RED4516FW0 Arrived to inspect long dry times. I found flow was severely restricted and the air intake would not even hold a piece of paper. Removing the vent caused the test to work as expected. Arrived on site for dryer with broken knob. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found timer stem also damaged and knob couldnt be installed. Ordering W11685947 timer and will return with knob. Rescheduled customer for 04/22/24 to complete repairs.; ordrng 1 W11685947 (Timer)

Arrived on site to test unit for frost forming. Found evap completely frosted over. Was able to engage defrost element in diagnostics. Recommend replacing evap thermistor and control. Ordering UI to ensure completion on return visit. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11558182 (Control) and 1 WPW10384183 (Thermistor) and 1 W11518204 (UI)

Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed rotor and bolt. Found leveling legs were good and not damaged. Leveled unit and completed diagnostics with no issues. Advised customer to download app and connect unit to WiFi. Unit is currently working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit operated as designed with no unusual noises. The customer advised the noise is loud regardless of the size of load she washes. I tilted the unit back and found the pulley shield falling off on the right side (photo) due to the mounting bolt missing. I removed the pulley shield and found the be,t had been rubbing on the shield and the belt is fraying. I found the pulley had been rubbing on the shield as well. I removed the pulley and found no gearcase oil. I replaced the cam assembly and belt and calibrated the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer to monitor the unit and if it begins to make the noise again to contact our office to schedule service, at which time, the gearcase would probably need to be replaced. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which they said will start after approximately five minutes of operation. I found the noise to be the blower wheel vibrating after it heats up and expands. I disassembled the unit to find the blower wheel broken (photo). I removed and replaced the wheel and retested is operating as designed. No lint observed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Ive done site for a refrigerator. That is not cooling again. Inspected unit and work area. upon entry. I felt no cool in either compartment. I gained access to the back and found no pressure within the system. Little pressure into the system, I found a leak coming from the dryer. I replaced the dryer and vacuumed down the unit using a micron gauge. We found pressures hold and no evidence of any leaks of any kind present within the system. We charged the unit up with 5.5 ounces of. R600 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for icemaker not working. Customer said unit was not working for 2 weeks then started this morning. Icemaker working properly at this time. Inspected and found wear on wiring. Recommend new door. Office to call for scheduling ; ordrng 1 LW11037733 (Door)

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with stopped ice production in the fridge icemaker. Reset unit and tested for base function. Unit looks good and produces in diagnostics. Advised customer to reset the power for 5 minutes when the ice stops producing because some time production issues are logic based.
