"Arrived onsite for water not dispensing enough water for washing. On inspection the unit was set for auto sensing for water. I saw that the unit was not connected to WiFi, I informed the customer that how WP sends the new firmware down to the unit. I put the unit on normal and started a load very little water came in and it was slow and not enough to start a small load. Turn it to quick wash and it but more water in then the normal setting did. I set the water setting to max fill and informed the customer that she might need to change the settings if to much water starts to come in. No water leaks are detected during service."

"Arrived on site to replace faulty part. Upon arrival, we replaced fill tube heater. Upon further testing, we noticed water dispenser pressure was low. Customer bought new filter and replaced. Customer mentioned about home water pressure was corrected sometime in the past where the neighborhood water pressure was reading 180 PSI. In result, a reducer valve was installed on the refrigerator by LM on 6/22/22. The water pressure for home was corrected so overtime the water pressure to the refrigerator started to reduce lower than average. Bypassed reducer valve per customers request and installed a straight fitting. Retested water dispenser and fill tube and now unit is functioning as design. No leak present at this time. Customer will monitor the ice maker to see if it makes a full bucket within 24 hours. Job complete. W11366500 fill tube heater"

"Arrived on site to inspect range cooktop burner leaking gas. Upon further inspection, I tested the burners and found the front left burner not igniting and gas leaking from the burner. I found the ignitor had dropped down and not seated properly due to the ignitor clip falling off the ignitor. I reseated the ignitor to the orifice holder and retested the cooktop burners and the unit is operating as designed. Also while testing,I found one of the cooktop valve knob stems,was broken. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is taking a long time to dry clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that the unit does heat and tumble but that it is taking her three hours to dry clothes in the dryer. The customer had a load inside of the dryer, and when I opened it, I felt, a gusher of heat coming from the dryer after about five seconds, indicating an airflow issue. I checked behind the dryer and found the vent hose was crunched and on itself causing an airflow issue. I showed the customer the issue and asked if they ever had the dryer vents cleaned. She stated that they had never done that before. I advise the customer that she may need to switch vent hoses to a periscope style dryer vent and potentially get her vents cleaned to ensure that this does not continue to cause problems. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

Upon further inspection, I tested the microwave with my tester and found it not heating and after approximately ten seconds of use, the error code F1E5-inverter failure appeared on the panel display. I pulled the unit out and inspected the magnetron and inverter board and removed and replaced both parts and retested. Unit is operating as designed. "John site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found a noise coming from underneath the washer when it was trying to shift into agitation. Found that after it tried to agitate once, the unit was shut off. I came to access underneath and found the shifter stuck in a bind and not shifting properly. I replaced the actuator, Kim, and belt. Test of the unit several times and found the unit working an operating as designed. I did check to see if there was something stuck underneath the basket, but the one of the hub assembly screws was stripped and would not come out of the basket. I did run the unit through multiple tests and found the unit working and operating as designed. I had the customer run a couple loads on the washer and I advised her that I would call her back later in the afternoon. I called the customer back and the customer advised that the unit had washed 3 to 4 cycles without any issue. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete. "MED4500MW0 Arrived to install ordered part. Prior to replacing the cabinet, I discussed the issue with the customer and they had a recent video of the issue. I was able to determine the prior tapping noise that had matched the drum rotation was gone, but there was an intermittent tapping that was very loud. I discovered the motor mount to be the absolute source of the issue and corrected the mounting. Multiple tests with the customer present, showed the issue fully resolved. Operational test good."

Attempting to remove the machine from its installation, I found the cabinet sides too tight and catching the outer wall panels, preventing removal. I advised the customer that we will return with all needed parts to attempt the service, but in the event we are unable to remove the machine without damage to the surrounding area, they will need to seek the assistance of a cabinetry professional for assistance with the cabinet. "Arrived on site to test unit for no cool. Upon arrival cabin temperatures were at room temp. Cycled power, compressor did not kick on. Entered diagnostics and activated compressor, heard no click from the start device and compressor did not kick on. Replaced start device, compressor kicked on and shortly after shut off again. Compressor is seized and will need a new compressor, access valve, dye drier and start device. Will order evaporator coil as precautionary. Customer would like an earlier appointment if possible. Unit is r600a. Requesting 2 hours. Upon arrival customer stated unit would get stuck on sensing, and when unit did start to fill with water the drain pump would also kick on and it would be stuck in that loop. Inspected pressure hose, found no air leaks in the system which indicate that the issue is the control board is not reading the pressure correctly. Replaced control (W11608056) and tested, unit is now filling properly and going through the stages of the cycle correctly. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher shutting off after approximately five minutes of use. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1-drain failure, which is the same error code as previous service. I cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit would intermittently shut down and start back up again. When the drain pump came on, it was very loud. I removed and replaced the sump assembly and retested and the unit is operating as designed. I made recommendations for use and care and no water leaks observed during service. Customer was advised that the unit is currently out of warranty and this repair has a 90 days warranty which will end in May. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker. Ran multiple diagnostic cycles, breaker did not trip. Amps did not exceed 7.2 during the cycle. Breaker is 20amps and unit did not reach its tolerance to trip it. Noticed there are multiple drain hoses using one drain and multiple washers plugged into splitter using 1 dedicated CAFCI and GFCI outlet. Advised customer to run 1 washer plugged directly into the outlet. If breaker trips, replace breaker and run another cycle. If unit still trips the breaker than call the office. If return visit is needed would need to return with drive motor, capacitor, lower harness, control, and suspension. At this time unit is running as designed, job complete."
