"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit consistently shuts down and shows the F5E4-lid lock error. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F1E2-motor drive module over voltage. I cleared the code and attempted to test and the unit failed to test. I attempted to calibrate the unit and it continued to fail. I tilted the unit back and inspected underneath and found gearcase oil on the rotor (photo) and when I removed the rotor, I found more oil on the underside of the rotor and on the gearcase spindle. Following the tech sheet for the error code, I tested the unit and found the control needed to be replaced. I removed and replaced the main control and attempted o calibrate and the unit continued to fail. I tested the lid lock and found it open. I removed and replaced the lid lock assembly and calibrated the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. Due to the gearcase leaking oil, I am ordering the gearcase and clutch and scheduled return service for 05/01/24 PM. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that sounds like its running when it isnt. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise that the unit will drain as soon as she starts a cycle and will continuously run and will not actually start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Around the unit into diagnostics and found the machine automatically cake on the drain pump. Around the unit three diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key), F3 E1 (pressure system fault), and F8 E1 (low/no water detected during the fill) error codes. I tested both valves and found the valves working properly. I gained access to the pressure hose and found no cracks or improper connections, indicating any kind of leaking of air. I blew through the pressure hose from the control and did not find any debris stuck in the pressure dome. I removed the pressure hose from the tub and blew through it from the control. I found no loss of pressure for 30 seconds. I reattached the hose to the tub and replaced the control. Around the unit through multiple testing and found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete. W11170319"

"WFW6620HW0 Arrived to inspect vibration. The customer presented a video showing the issue and malfunction of the machine via over speed was ruled out. I found the rear bracket for the pedestal was only attached at the lower sides and the top mounting screw was stripped. I was able to invert the bracket, retaining its use and installing into factory holes that corresponded. All four legs were not secured and were screwed down by about a half-inch. This allowed vertical movement that resulted in the excessive hop and shaking. After correcting the bracket and legs, I was unable to create any further significant vibration within customer mode, highest speed. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit will het warm, but the clothing doesnt come out dry. The customer advised that the vent going outside runs through the home foundation and has been cleaned several times. Using my vent test ,it, I tested the airflow to the unit and it passed the first two tests. I tested the heating by opening the door and closing the door switch and tested on timed dry and the unit got warm, but I never saw the element illuminate in the back right corner vent. When I disassembled the unit I found a large amount of lint inside the unit (before photo). I removed the element to find the center metal plate cracked and badly warped. I advised the customer of my findings and replaced the element and cleaned the unit (after photo) and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended to the customer to clean the vents at least two times per year and possibly more since it runs though the foundation and a large amount of moisture will collect inside the vents causing the moisture to collect lint and clog the vents. No lint and no water observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator leaking water. On inspection I found the ice bin gasket folded over on the left side. I fixed that issue, we to the back in turn the water back on and looked for a leak in the valve and the water line. Found no leaks n back, I then went and was checked the rc evap and it was not frozen over. The condenser was 95% clogged I cleaned it up. Found that the ice maker was not seated all the way back so I reseated the ice maker. I never saw the unit leaking. Told the customer to keep a eye on it to see if it is recurring or was due to the air gaps on the ice maker. No leaks detected during service and no parts were used."

Customer advised that this microwave was brand new and that the fan does not work and when they cook, it will heat for about a minute and then Ill shut down and stop heating. They said it would need to cool down before it would microwave again. I tested the fan operations and confirmed the customer complaint. I remove the unit from the wall and gained access to the fan assembly. I found the fan assembly connector not connected onto the fan motor. I fixed the connection and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. I put the unit back on the wall and the customer had me microwave a frozen item for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes without it shutting off. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that has a locked lid and water at the bottom of the washer. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit just stopped in the middle of the wash, and has not been running since. I did find the washer full of water and getting access underneath. I did not find any wires broken and checked resistance on the drain pump. I found the drain pump open and the drain pump had internally combusted. I replaced the drain pump and checked my loads from the control. I found all loads within range. I tested the unit and found the unit continually stuck in a drain due to water being stuck in the washer for the past week and a half. I replaced out the control in around the unit through an auto test. The unit ran and operated as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete."

"KRMF706EBS01 Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the source of the leak at the dye drier connection and I removed and replaced the drier to correct. The customer advised the last repair did not last overnight. I vacuumed the system to 270 microns and then it held below 500, reaching 470 microns after approximately 15 minutes and steadily tapering off, towards the end of the monitored time. The increase in microns is likely due to the fact the system had a severe leak and lost refrigerant while running, creating a vacuum in the low side and when shut down, it drew significant moisture. The customer will contact us if issues persist. No water connections to unit."

Arrived on site to inspect unit for burners not heating. Upon closer inspection found cord was hooked up backwards. Swapped cord around but after doing so one on the leads pulled out of eyelet due to improper crimping. Informed customer that power cord will need to be replaced to get rid of power supply issue that is currently apparent due to cord not being set up properly. Job complete. NO PARTS USED

Arrived on site replaced drain pump W10876600. Ran diagnostics all checked normal. No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

"MVW7230HW1 Arrived to inspect noise. The customer advised the sound was similar to grinding gears. Service test mode had F6E3 and I cleared for testing, also attributing the stored error to the possibility of the error to gear case/motor issues and over-currenting, known to occasionally cause that error. During manual test modes, I could hear excessive gear noise at lower spin speeds. Inspection of the motor and gear case area reveled the presence of oil in an apparent recent leak, series of events. Further inspection revealed parts of a garment had wrapped around the upper shaft, damaging the inner seal and causing water to incur into the planetary drive area and subsequent loss of oil at the motor end. I moved and replaced the gear case and slider and then calibrated the control. Testing in automatic and manual modes proofed the issue as resolved and the unit operated as designed, with all functions present. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for not heating correctly, upon arrival, test unit by preheating oven to 350. Used thermocouple to monitor temperatures. Unit preheated correctly then began to heat cycle. Averaged 3 cycles and get an average of 356. Unit is operating as designed. After series of questions with customer, he said all of his foods are cooking correctly. I believe inspector used incorrect thermometer when testing. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete. No parts needed"

"Arrived on site for not draining, upon arrival,inspected unit and there is water sitting at bottom of tub. Ran drain but motor only hums. Ran diagnostics and get error codeF8-E2 drain motor electrical issue. Drained out all water with shop vac. Removed drain pump and found debris lodged in impeller. replaced Drain pump W10876537. Test unit and fills but wash motor never operates. Am able to drain. Ran diagnostics again and get F4-E3 motor not operating. Need to replace sump and motor. Replaced sump and motor W11025157 and re test unit. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete"
