Arrived on site to install previously diagnose part. Inspected unit and work area. I found the drum still full of water and use the shop vac to try to remove the water from the drain hose. I found very little water coming through the drain hose at all. I cant access to the pressure switch and unplugged the pressure hose. I found the unit unlock. I took the washer back and open the door and use the shop vac to drain out the rest of the water. I gained access to the drain pump filter and found it the filter clogged with a rug like material stuck in the filter. I removed the obstruction and tested the unit several times. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were replaced.

I just need the feet on the washer to level it out and ran the unit through testing. I did not find a unit going off balance, but instead was making a rather weird ticking sound. I checked underneath and make sure the beam connections were tight. Did not see any Addmore abnormality with the rotor, stater, or slider. I did not find any evidence of an oil leak from the gearcase. And I ran through various testing and finally confirmed the issue was with the gearcase. I went to remove the agitator, and the agitator would not come off. I attempted several tricks to get the agitator to come off and eventually had to break the agitator off. I replaced the gearcase and agitator and reassembled the unit. Ran the unit through diagnostics that noise that had been previously there have been resolved. Also found frost built up on evaporator cover. I placed unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost thermistor and according to the UI defrost thermistor was open and tested defrost function and found unit would not defrost. I removed and replaced the UI and HV control and retested defrost and the unit is operating as designed. I placed my flashlight inside the freezer and closed the door and found small gap in the upper right corner of the FC door gasket. Using my heat gun I heated the gasket and shaped it and found the gasket is sealing properly. Using my steamer, I removed the ice and frost from the evaporator and tested the unit and found the evaporator has a good frost pattern. Reassembled the unit and continued monitoring it and unit is operating as designed. I contacted the tenant and left a message advising of my repairs and recommended leaving the FC door closed for a few hours to allow the gasket to mold to,the chassis and FC door. I cleared the code and continued with testing. I removed the toeplate and found the drip pan full of water. I removed the float switch from the pan and cleaned the water from the pan. I found the customer has a water softener system and is using too much detergent which is causing too many suds and over flowing the reservoir. "MVWB835DC5 Arrived to inspect water flow issue. Service test mode had F8E1 and F0E3 stored in memory and I cleared for testing. I found the valve assembly had been restricted and would not fill as designed. Further inspection showed the gear case had lost a significant amount of oil and required replacement. I retrieved a new gear case from the warehouse and upon installation, found it was incorrectly packaged. I retrieved a second one and completed the install. Arrived onsite for a dryer stopping mid cycle. The customer showed me multiple videos of the dryer stopping and the display showing paused and saying press start to resume. I tested the dryer and found it doing the same thing. I tested the door switch when this happened and the door switch was good. I replaced the control panel and tested it again. Now the dryer will run for anywhere from 5-7 minutes and stop but the display stays on and counts down like its still running. I tested voltage at the motor relay on the control and found it opening up and not sending voltage to the motor when this happens. I found Technical Service Pointer #: W11727795 and suspect the control needs this update to fix this issue because the customer showed me another video when the control will not respond to powering on. I gave the customer the WiFi connect team number and had then download the Maytag app on their phone. The customer is going to get the unit connected to WiFi and get the update to see if this solves the issues and will call back if it doesnt. Call complete. INSTALLED W11413567 CONTROL PANEL.

"Arrived on site for oven tripping breaker. Removed and checked voltage. 249v, 125 vboth sides good to ground with a good neutral. Enter diagnostics and found no errors. Bake element pulls 12.4 amps, broil pulls 15 amps. convection fan, door lock, high and low cooling fans both work. All components check good. Saw a spark from relay on board when testing. Replaced control. W11649350. Tested and breaker tripped. Reset and ran again. Verified voltage changing from 12 for bake to zero then 16 for broil. Called tech line. File #7738973207. Per Service Pointer - W11525530. Unit is working as designed. Breaker not compatible. Refer to breaker mfg. Eaton 1800-386-1911."

"WFG510S0AS0 Arrived to inspect ignition issues. I found the burner would not ignite and further inspection revealed the connector for the igniter had came off. After reconnecting, testing revealed ignition on the first pulse, every time. No gas leaks detected during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not draining. Upon closer inspection found error code f5e2, f8e1. Cleared error codes and placed unit into diagnostic cycle, all components activated as designed. Filled unit up until water touched door then drained, unit drained all water within unit. Found drain hose down inside unit a little to far and possibly causing a siphoning affect within units drainage system. Adjusted drain hose to proper length. Unit is running as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete. NO PARTS USED"

"KRFC300ESS11 Arrived to inspect door and gasket issue. The customer had concerns about moisture found on the mullion and other areas of the gaskets. I found the unit did not have the mullion heat wet to the on position and I corrected the issue and advised the customer. The chassis was set correctly and required no further action. The FC drawer required MFG approved and provided lubricant applied to the upper drawer and normal operation resumed. During final inspection, I found the FC door was missing-molded and will require replacement to prevent current and future failure and icing. I advised the customer of my findings and of the door being ordered and that the office will contact them to arrange return service. WRS335SDHM07 Arrived to replace damaged door. I removed and replaced the door LW10912075 and applied the nameplate W11223753. The unit operated as designed and no leaks were observed during service.

"WFG525S0JZ5 Arrived to inspect temperature issues. An inspector had claimed the machine was requiring calibration and I tested, per industry standards, the temperatures were 342, 381, 337, 375, 332, 376 and after the initial preheat, decline and recovery, the unit averaged at 5 degrees above the expected and the customer wanted to leave it as it was. The center burner would not ignite and after adjustment was fully corrected and ignited as designed. No gas leaks detected during service."

"WML75011HZ2 Arrived to inspect door opening issues. Upon arrival I verified the issue and the also that an internal fan or other item was energized, likely due to mid-timing of the interlock assembly. Further inspection revealed the wave guide cover damaged by significant over-temperature and burned completely through front the inside-out. I contacted the MFG tech line and advised of my findings. Tech Austin, SR# 7738969902. The tech recommended replacing the wave guide cover. I retrieved the wave guide cover W11193296 from the warehouse and installed it and the interlock assembly W11449274 and tested. Operational test good."

"Arrived on site. Found pivot block is correctly installed in correct location found mullion rail not fully entering catch,removed mullion rail from door reinstalled mullion adjusted mullion height checked door operation good unit closing and sealing as designed. No parts needed."

Arrived onsite for a dryer that turns on and shuts off. I found the motor turning on and running for a few minutes getting hot then tripping the overload. I found good voltage to the motor. I found the motor shaft in a bind and not turning freely. I replaced the motor and tested the dryer. All is working as designed. Call complete.

Ran test and found unit leaking from left-hand side filling the drip tray and causing the unit to error out and beep. Pulled unit for inspection and found third rack, tub nut filled and rail assembly not making a good seal causing a leak when the third spray arm is energized. Ordering left rail assembly in tub nuts. Arrived on site to test unit for check vent prompting. Unit passed air flow test. Customer stated she had roofers verify exhaust damper opening and closing properly. No stored error codes. Advised customer unit will from time to time prompt to check vent to ensure lint screen is being cleaned. Advised to download app and connect unit to WiFi. No parts replaced at this time.
