The customer stated the left front burner will not lite, when the right front burner is used the back two burners continue to click, the downdraft motor will not run, and the last service company cracked the cooktop. I found voltage to the down draft motor and it will not run. I found orifice holder screws broken out of the burner heads and all the screws broken out of the right front burner causing it to not sense ground and continue sparking on the other burners. I found a crack in the top from the right front burner to the right side of the cooktop. I found two burner knobs cracked and the fan knob broken. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the air tower again. I found moisture in the center at the top at the mullion due to an air gap and the moisture was running on the ceiling of the liner to the air tower. I found the door gaskets good. The issue is the mullion spring is not stout enough to snap the mullion all the way closed if the door is closed to easy. I explained to the customer that the right RC door needs to be opened first and closed last. I also explained to close the left RC door with a little force so the mullion will snap closed and allow the right door gasket to close the gap. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for wine refrigerator ui not lighting up. On inspection the unit did not light up when the door is opened. On further inspection found the bottom cover is being pushed up because the feet were never lowered causing the cover to keep the door switch compressed. I lowered the feet and recentered the bottom cover so it doesnt keep the switch from working. No parts were installed.

JMW3430LL02 Arrived to install parts. I found the issue was due to two wiring issues and corrected. The thermostat in the back left of the control area had failed and the UI harness was shorted to the chassis. "Arrived on site for washer not spinning. Customer says belt was eaten. Unit was unplugged from water, inspected underneath and found motor cover broken off and belt torn. Cam is worn. Found screws for cover on floor and they were not of same size. Tested and found screws just turn as hole is threaded on gearcase. Will need gearcase, cam, belt, actuator, capacitor, cover and screws. "Arrived on site to diagnose compactor that would not stop running the ram when it hit top position. Examined unit and found the start pedal was bent outwards, and the spring was missing. Was able to bend back the start pedal and spring and tested. Verified unit working as designed. No parts needed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is not spinning clothes out. Examined unit and tested. Found unit doesn't spin and just bangs / pops / and has belt noise. I found the suspension is worn out and springy, and the hub is so worn out the basket can actually be rocked into the tub. The washplate can be freely turned on both the gearcase shaft, and it's also loose. Washplate is also failed. Unit has evidence of constant overloading, belt is also screaming on the cam and has left deep black marks. If you try and spin or agitate the unit just screeches. Called third party team and advised unit needs massive repairs due to being overloaded / used in a worn out state. Received email from third party team that the extended warranty does not want to proceed with repairs. Parts that would need to be replaced - Washplate, Hub, Gearcase, Cam, Belt, possible motor / control / capacitor. "Arrived on site to follow up on microwave not heating. Found high voltage system failed. Replaced capacitor, mag, diode to resolve. Retested and verified unit is heating as designed. Repair completed. Parts used - W11256462, WPW10574736, W11495561."

"Arrived on site to follow up on range that is igniting frequently, customer feels too often. I tested the unit and measured temp swings. Temo seind are normal and averaging about 6 degrees low. Adjusted temp. Called tech line, SR7738982177. Tech line says more frequent ignition cycles are working as designed as unit is trying to minimize temp loss. Call completed. No parts used."

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator not cooling. I rediagnosed unit and checked temps. I found the freezer at 1, but the RC was around 50. When performing tests I found the damper was not opening to the RC, causing RC to run hot. I retrieved a damper control and replaced / power cycled the unit. Once I did I found the damper opening and unit was cooling properly. Sealed system repair was not needed. Part used - WPW10196393. Repair completed. ; ordrng 1 WPW10196393 (Damper Control)"

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was building some ice in the freezer and had issues with lights. I found a small gap in the freezer gasket on the bottom side, allowing air infiltration. I was able to remove the door and mold the gasket to hold properly. Gasket for freezer door is a glued in type, advised that we risk removing foam and fitment issues if we have to pull the gasket. If gap opens again customer aware that we would replace the gasket. Freezer light switch was flickering when i touched it and may have an issue present, which may be the source of the door alarm. Advised this is either due to switch or DC load issues with this chassis and there may not be a good fix. No parts needed for repair. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop flames issue. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the center burner flame would turn off when putting the burner into the simmer flame. I tested all burners and found the center burner is the issue. Also, I found rust on the cooktop. I attempted to clean the cooktop, but the rust stains were not coming off. Also found the cooktop is installed above the wall oven and I had to remove the oven to get to the model/serial placard (photos). I am ordering the cooktop and center burner valve and scheduled return service for 05/04/24. No gas leaks detected during service.; ordrng 1 W11209819 (Cooktop) and 1 W11246817 (Center valve)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not heating/drying. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit operated as designed. While testing, I tested amp draw to the element and found it at 7-9amps as designed. I removed the outer door panel and tested voltage at the control and got 124V and tested ohms to the element and got 12ohms. I found the customer is not using rinse aid. I recommended the customer use rinse aid and make recommendations for use and care and advised the customer that once they begin using rinse aid and change the settings theyre using for the wash cycle and the unit continues to not dry/heat, to call our office to schedule service. No water leaks observed during service and no parts installed, job completed. No parts replaced."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit leaning forward badly and not leveled. Customer pointed out that there is water/ice at the bottom of the RC section. I did find water at the bottom of the RC section and the RC evap drip pan slightly bowed. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the unit and found the ice maker fan badly pulsating and the RC ice maker showing error code E1-no cooling. I removed and replaced the hv control and inspected the drain tube at the back of the unit and found it badly gapped (photo). I sealed the gap with silicone (photo) and cleared the water/ice from the RC section. I placed the unit back into diagnostics and tested the ice maker fan in test 36 and found the fan operating better, but it continues to pulsate. I am ordering the ice maker fan and scheduled return service for 05/13/24. I leveled the unit before leaving. No water leaks observed at the end of service. "Arrived on site to inspect unit for bottom door being broke and not cooling. Upon closer inspection found incorrect model and serial confirmed with employee the unit in question was supposed be on ticket, adjusted model/ serial number. Plugged unit in compressor would kick on and off within less then a minute. Tested unit with new start device, same issue present. Found compressor creating odd humming noise before kicking off. Also found handles missing tightening portion will need to order handles for return visit as well as a sealed system job. Office to reschedule.
