"John site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found a noise coming from underneath the washer when it was trying to shift into agitation. Found that after it tried to agitate once, the unit was shut off. I came to access underneath and found the shifter stuck in a bind and not shifting properly. I replaced the actuator, Kim, and belt. Test of the unit several times and found the unit working an operating as designed. I did check to see if there was something stuck underneath the basket, but the one of the hub assembly screws was stripped and would not come out of the basket. I did run the unit through multiple tests and found the unit working and operating as designed. I had the customer run a couple loads on the washer and I advised her that I would call her back later in the afternoon. I called the customer back and the customer advised that the unit had washed 3 to 4 cycles without any issue. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete. "Dance out for a refrigerator that is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. Found the unit completely dead upon arrival. The customer advised that there soon as the unit is plugged in, it tripped the breaker. Checked all wiring for any grounded, wires or failed components. Cannot find any. I took off the ground wire off the power plug from the unit and plug the unit in. Found the unit working and operating as designed without tripping the breaker. I called Whirlpool tech line and spoke to Ed SR# 7738116047. Advised that the only two things that would cause the unit to do that would be the control or with the GFCI breaker. Advised that since the ground wire was removed from the backside of the cabinet that they could not be with the control as they would still trip the breaker and that as long as the unit is working right now, the issue is fine. Advised if issue comes back, the customer will need to update their refrigerator to a standard outlet. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has frosting up in the freezer. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised it about a week ago, they came into the freezer section and found what appeared to be snow on all of their items in the freezer. They advised that they did not clean any of it out and the frost has not dissipated. Check the freezer section and found what appeared to be frost. The head turned into ice indicating the issue was no longer present. Check the gasket in the cabinet for any gaps. Found no gaps all the way around the gasket or around the cabinet and liner. I did advise the customer that it appeared that the door may not have been either fully closed or they may have had something caught between the gasket and the cabinet. I showed the customer that the left-hand side of the freezer can pop out if you dont close it or open it correctly. And did advise her to open and close the door from the middle or right hand side of the handle. The unit is working as designed. Advise the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for an ice machine. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had a maintenance man who was helping me out with the machine. He advised that on the previous unit they had issues with the unit filling with water and when they replaced it with this new one, they have had the same issue. He did not know if they were related. I turned the unit onto a max ice cycle and found barely any water coming into the unit when trying to fill. Removed the filter and found no change in water pressure. Went to turn off the water supply and found an in-line water filter, in between the copper waterlines underneath the sink. I asked the customer how long ago they had replaced that filter and the maintenance guy advised that he was unsure when that had been replaced last. I did advise that the issue maybe with that filter considering that the old unit had the same problem. He removed the copper waterline off the the machine side of the filter and we added water pressure. Found water dribbling out of the in-line water filter. He removed the filter off of the other side of the copper waterline, we found adequate water pressure indicating the issue was not with unit and with the in-line filter that they already have on the unit. I ran the unit through diagnostics and checked all components of the machine and found the unit operating as designed. Advised the customer to either bypass the in-line filter or to replace it and the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."
