"Arrived on sit to inspect unit for not producing ice. Upon arrival found ice cubes stuck and never escaped the ice maker. Removed ice that never fell. Immediately after removal unit filled with water, unit has lost position due to stuck ice. Also found error code e5. Replaced icemaker, filled unit with water. Informed customer unit should produce ice in the next 24 hours. No leaks present at this time. Job complete."
