"Arrived on site to inspect washer lid strike issues. Upon further inspection, I found the lid strike is broken. I removed and replaced the strike and tested and found no error codes. Unit operating as designed, job completed. W11457841"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning out the clothing. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-long/no fill. Cleared the code and continued with testing. The unit completed testing, but I noticed the water level not over the washplate when filling. The customer described the amount of clothing theyre putting into the unit which told me that shes not putting enough clothing into the unit and its not getting enough water which in turn is causing the unit to get off balance and not completing the cycle. Also found the customer is using too much detergent. I retested a few more times and each time I noticed the unit not getting enough water. I tilted the unit back and inspected the components underneath and found all components good. When I went to check the valve screens, I found the hot water valve, at the wall, was not turned on. Removed the hoses from the unit valve and inspected the valve screens and they are good and clear. Re-attached the hoses and retested the unit in diagnostics and this time the water level was correct and the unit completed testing. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use. No repairs needed at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with low ice production. On arrival I tested the temperature of the FC and found it at 14 degrees and it was in a defrost. The sealed system cycled on within a couple of minutes and I watched the temp get down in single digits and it was continuing to drop. I found the ice bucket full. The ice wasnt all the way to the top so the customer thought it wasnt making enough. I explained how the new twist tray icemaker arm works to the customer and showed him how it was working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect upright freezer no cool. I removed the evap cover and inspected the frost pattern and there was none. Frost was built up at the cap tube. Per previous techs diagnosis, I evacuated the system and heated the cap tube at the evaporator and removed the cap tube. I cleared the system using Nitrogen and then re-brazed the cap tube to the evaporator and removed and replaced the UV dye drier and performed a push pull test and found the suction/push good. I vacuumed the system for 25-30 mins and then installed 50g of R600 refrigerant and tested the unit. I found the frost pattern good on the evaporator and the unit beginning to cool. I reassembled the evap cover and the back cover and advised the customer of my findings and repairs. No water connections to the unit, job completed."

KOCE500ESS23 Arrived to inspect door damage. I found the sides of the oven door were pushed in and I removed and replaced. The unit door issue was resolved and the replacement operated as designed.
