"On arrival verified complaint of not draining and noise. Ran diag and found drain pump activates for 2 seconds then fails. Also during spin agitator makes a rubbing sound. Recommend replacing hub, agitator, and drain pump. Ordering hub and agitator. Resch 2/9; ordrng 1 W11418231 (Agitator base) and 1 W10528947 (Hub)"

Arrived onsite for a DW that is still leaking after a repair. Upon arrival I ran the unit and found that the lower spray arm got stuck on the heating element support and will spray at the bottom of the door causing the leak. I bent the support out of the way and ran the unit and found that the unit is now operating as designed.

WFE535S0LS0 Arrived to install previous diagnosed and ordered part. I removed and replaced the failed burner and tested. The unit resumed normal operation.

"WFE535S0LS0 Arrived to inspect burner not working. The customer advised they didnt immediately test the burner after the previous repair and when they did, it did not work. I found that debris, likely plastic, had fallen into the burner when the previous cooktop had failed and the burner will require replacement. WRX986SIHZ00 GP arrived on site to inspect freezer not freezing good enough. FC temp = 2. Customer states they considered canceling service because the freezer started working properly but still wanted to get it checked out. Found the unit in defrost cycle upon arrival. No water leaks observed during service. Warranty applied.
