"Arrived on site for a washing machine that still has a loose agitator. Inspected unit and work area. I found that the agitator came off as soon as I lifted it up, indicating the screw had come undone. I went ahead and replace the gear case in the agitator screw and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete. W10772621 and W11454741."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not running through cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the machine seems to run the entire load but that the clothes arent getting washed and that they think that theres an issue with the agitator. I gained access to the agitator and found the agitator completely loose and not sitting properly on the driveshaft. I removed the agitator and found that the inner spine was completely fine. I reattached the agitator in test of the unit. Found the unit working and operating as designed. Around the units are an auto test in the unit works perfectly. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making loud grinding noises throughout the wash cycle but the specifically in the spin cycle. I did confirm the customers complaint. I went to check for model and serial numbers, but found no model or serial tag on the washer itself. I spoke with claims and because there is no full model number or serial number is attached with this unit, we cannot necessarily find the parts needed for the washer. The office will need to contact the extended warranty for alternate resolutions. Call complete."

Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water and fc door not closing. Upon arrival confirmed failure and found valve leaking into icemaker and under fc door. Removed ice and installed valve. Tested ice maker and dispenser and found no leaks and door sealing. Call complete

The service was efficient and the serviceman was polite.
I would have rated this overall service higher if, #1 the upper rack attachment on the right was difficult for the serviceman to get off. Then when putting it back together it was all of a sudden broken and cannot be raised. Not sure if he broke it but it does raise the question!
#2 When I spoke with Jenn Air Customer Service to schedule this call they said no cost to us at all. Your serviceman said the office said there will be a $169 diagnostic charge. So I had to call Jenn Air and they confirmed no cost to me. This is very suspect to me. I expect the absolute integrity and highest level of service and these 2 items give me pause.
