Arrived on site for washer needing coupler w11561052 and hub w10528947. Upon arrival installed parts and tested unit. Found washer working as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site for washer not spinning. Upon arrival confirmed failure and found f7e1 in diagnostics. Upon further inspection I found motor, cap, cam, and belt all functioning as designed. Found hub drive and couple between agitator and barrel both stripped down/broken. Rescheduled customer for 04/19/24 to complete repairs. Ordering W11561052 couple, W10528947 hub; ordrng 1 W11561052 (Couple) and 1 W10528947 (Hub)"

Arrived on site for washer needing previously diagnosed slider. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue and installed part. Tested and found washer working as designed with no leaks. Call complete

On arrival verified complaint of noise near end of cycle. Customer described it as repetitive knocking sound. Spoke to Andrew TL 7738083628 prior to arrival. TL noted what had been done previously but needed more information. Once on site ran error codes and found no error codes in system. Ran automatic test and when unit was braking after spin the shifter started to knock. Unit did spin and shift prior to that in early test no problem as well as shift between spin and agitate. Verified by hand the splutch and gearcase were not jammed up. Replaced shifter and cam. No belt debris and there was no gearcase oil anywhere either. Cap was functioning correctly. Documented with Chris at TL with new findings. Job complete operational test good. No leaks found during service.

Arrived on Site for washer getting off balanced. Upon Arrival found unit not lvl and tub also leaning heavily to the back right. Found suspension rods failing and replaced them. Found gearcase had no oil and washer working as designed without banging around once rods were replaced and unit was level. Found it could spin out 6 towels as designed. Call complete
