Replaced wpw10384183 thermistor, w11449482 control, w11545823 harness, and w11518204 ui. Tested defrosted and found it working as designed. Removed rest of the ice and informed customer er to give unit 24 hrs to stabilize temps. Call complete"

"Arrived on Site for washer needing agitator and gearcase, upon arrival found belt shield broken as well as cam and belt bad, found drive block, inner tub an gearcase fused together and unable to separate. Ordering WP389140 block, outter tub w10371566, inner tub w10554251, filter wpw10215093, wp8533928, drain pump w10919003, and previously sent parts for a full rebuild. Office to reschedule once availability of parts is known; ordrng 1 WP389140 (Block) and 1 w10371566 (Outter tub) and 1 w10554251 (Inner tub) and 1 wpw10215093 (Filter) and 1 wp8533928 (Screw) and 1 w10919003 (Drain pump)"
