"Arrived on site for washing machine thats not spinning. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised finishes motorcycle but it does not spin out the clothes properly. They advised they have to run it through an extra drain and spin in order to get the clothes completely dry. I ran the unit into diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Around the unit for an auto test in the unit ran as designed. I tested the unit and manual diagnostics to check all components and found all components working and operating. I called whirlpool techline and spoke to Kurt SR# 7738973127. He advised that based on all those checks, nothing would indicate that there is a problem with the machine, and that the issue would most likely be with the spin settings or the loads that the customer is washing. He advised Magno repairs at this time and that the unit is working an operating as design. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that is losing cool in both compartments. Examined unit and found no frost pattern on evap, and freezer will not drop below 30 degrees at all. Items thawing out, and RC is also getting warm. Compressor running on high constantly. Unit has a frost buildup on the left side of the evap area, but it's not from defrost, likely a restriction in the SS. Ordering sealed system parts and submitting for review. Unit is fairly old and starting to show signs of rust in things like the evap drip pan. ; ordrng 1 W10160407 (Compressor) and 1 12001940 (Evaporator kit) and 1 Wpw10143759 (Dryer) and 1 W11506635 (Access Valve)"

Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that was not washing dishes or filling. Tested unit and found no water entering or pumping. I found the float switch was stuck up and stiff due to having buildup / crud unit it. I freed the float switch and was able to get the unit to work correctly. Verified proper operation. No parts needed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer making loud noises when running. Traced noise back to 2 rollers and a blown out tensioner pulley. Used a repair kit to resolve, and vacuumed out unit. Advised to have vents cleaned based on the amount of lint in the unit. Tested and confirmed noise was gone. Repair completed. Parts used - 4392067."

Arrived on site for washer repeating rinse/spin cycle. Upon arrival found f9e1 in diagnostic. Found 20.8ohms to drain pump. Filled tub and found drain operational on 3 tests. Replaced w11162438 control and reset unit found no leaks. Call complete
