Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling or over cooling. Customer also says when it is not working she can hear a click every 7 sec. All components working at this test. All pass test. Replaced compressor start device. As this may will click and cause it not to cool. Unit started up as normal. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator ice bucket freezing. Customer says water works since she changed the filter, it only last about 3 weeks. Customer had icemaker off. Turned on and tested. Passed test with no error codes. Fan is working. Replaced filter housing and water valve. Found stored pressure when filter was removed. Advised customer if problem continues then water pressure is too high and will need to be reduced. Call complete"

Arrived on site for ice being wet and not making enough ice. Found ice in back melted. Up front looked normal. Advised customer ice melts and is wet but it should not melt down in back. During operation I caught unit overflowing during fill. Replaced water level sensor/recirculating pump again. Verified operation. Call complete. W11542867
