I found the issue was with the ice bin door model area and the door will be required to correct the issue and prevent the excessive airflow through the ice bin, creating the prior observed moisture. I found the ice maker housing required position correction and the heater for the fill tube was incorrectly placed, resulting in the tube freezing. I corrected a,l deficiencies, including the position of the cabinet and doors and tested. Returning tech will be required to re-align the door(s). No leaks observed during service. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not drying clothing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit will het warm, but the clothing doesnt come out dry. The customer advised that the vent going outside runs through the home foundation and has been cleaned several times. Using my vent test ,it, I tested the airflow to the unit and it passed the first two tests. I tested the heating by opening the door and closing the door switch and tested on timed dry and the unit got warm, but I never saw the element illuminate in the back right corner vent. When I disassembled the unit I found a large amount of lint inside the unit (before photo). I removed the element to find the center metal plate cracked and badly warped. I advised the customer of my findings and replaced the element and cleaned the unit (after photo) and reassembled the unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I recommended to the customer to clean the vents at least two times per year and possibly more since it runs though the foundation and a large amount of moisture will collect inside the vents causing the moisture to collect lint and clog the vents. No lint and no water observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part(s). Due to the UI failing to respond properly when placing the unit in diagnostics, I removed and replaced the UI and attempted to test. The unit continued to fail. I removed and replaced the main control and calibrated the unit and placed it in diagnostics and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Tested the unit in a normal wash cycle and it operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11627413. W11675701"

"JMW3430LM02 Arrived to inspect noise. I found the door would not fully close and was causing the interior light circuit to energize, creating a 60Hz hum, until the door was pressed on, activating the switch. The issue had likely burned the interior light out and it will require replacement upon return. The cabinet installation was slightly incorrect, but enough to cause undue inward pressure at the top of the unit and showed as the door inoperability and a slight deformation to the trim piece under control panel. The interlock assembly will be required and and I will also add the hinges, in case of need. The unit will require shimming to prevent lower front vent contact as well. The customer has specified they would like GCO.
