"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit consistently shuts down and shows the F5E4-lid lock error. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F1E2-motor drive module over voltage. I cleared the code and attempted to test and the unit failed to test. I attempted to calibrate the unit and it continued to fail. I tilted the unit back and inspected underneath and found gearcase oil on the rotor (photo) and when I removed the rotor, I found more oil on the underside of the rotor and on the gearcase spindle. Following the tech sheet for the error code, I tested the unit and found the control needed to be replaced. I removed and replaced the main control and attempted o calibrate and the unit continued to fail. I tested the lid lock and found it open. I removed and replaced the lid lock assembly and calibrated the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. Due to the gearcase leaking oil, I am ordering the gearcase and clutch and scheduled return service for 05/01/24 PM. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not producing fast enough. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the ice production has gotten slower than normal. When I went to test the temps in the freezer section, I found a large amount of glazing and frost on the interior of the freezer. Also found the emitter receiver boards not functioning properly. I tested the boards and found the emitter light is not coming on or flashing. Following service pointer #W11660066, I tested the emitter/receiver boards and found they are faulty. Also, per service pointer #W11685264, I inspected the unit and found the control board needs to be replaced. I am ordering the emitter/receiver boards and will return with all prescreened parts and scheduled return service for 05/01/24. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the element failure, I removed and replaced the element and when I went to test the unit I found the timer knob stem broken. Also found the timer difficult to turn. Using a pair of needle nose pliers, I was able to get the timer turned to test the unit and other than the timer, the unit is operating as designed. I am ordering the timer and knob and scheduled return service for 05/01/24. November lint observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11685947 (Timer) and 1 W11708423 (Knob)"
