Arrived on site to test unit for rolling when doors are opened. Tried adjusting unit to prevent it from rolling out with no success. Due to unit being on smooth floors advised contractor to shim front rollers to prevent it from rolling out. Unit is currently working as designed. Nonparts replaced. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Customer stated they had a power outage and when the power came back on the oven never turned back on. Checked breaker and found it tripped. Turned breaker back on and tested unit, unit is now heating and running as designed. Advised customer to connect unit to wifi and to make sure to keep moisture off the console.
